Compared to other Goodwills in the central Florida area...this one is ok. Selection is ok too...not much mens stuff IMO. A little less organized than some others also. They do have a separate furniture area which is good.

This store is really great.The selection is very good quality and organized by sizes.The store is open and very clean.The staff were also nice and friendly.

2 check out clerks on Saturday or Sundays is not adequate. 16 people were in line. I had a 20 minute wait in line to check out. I felt sorry for the 2 clerks. People were unhappy and irritated.

3.5 stars on the Goodwill scale, which is definitely different than any other scale. This Goodwill is in a nice location, doesnt feel dirty, and doesnt smell (thats how i rate thrift stores). Maybe people are donating less but this Goodwill is almost all clothes. They do have a separate furniture area and all of the furniture was priced pretty low. Some thrift stores like Habitat For Humanity and some Goodwills put almost new price on used furniture. The other section with kitchen, electronics, and other was not organized or easy to shop. Everything was mixed together on shelves.

I went few times here, store is very organized but I don’t find fair prices. I see few dollar tree items marked at 2-3$ when you can get a new one for lesser price.

Hate to be that OMG person but, here it is. 😱 OMG, It is high priced-a coffee cup 2.99, the lay out is a disaster and lawsuit waiting to happen. Under staffed to say the least. The worst of it all is why I did not take pictures. The store is filthy dirty.. I hate to think people use their restrooms. I didnt check the mens facilities but, if anything like ladies room it must be awful. Doesnt make me feel good at all to say they really have dropped to ball for sure. I had to clean the seat before I could even put toilet paper on top to use it and then I didnt. Be HAZARD SIGN be aware!!!

Not a bad one. Pretty big and we’ll organized. Not very crowded when I go. I usually go on the weekends.

Surprised at the quality and the incredible prices... the staff smiled even though they had a long line.. they had so many things for so little...

They need more than 1 cashier on a Saturday...I called said she needed help and it took the gal a good minute to come out to help...

Really great goodwill. Items are stocked well, and organized fairly well so its not too hard to find things in the massive amounts of products they have. Staff are friendly. Floors and staging areas are clean. Parking lot is pretty big so theres plenty of parking. Lots of clothes in there, like department store sized almost.

This placed has improved nicely. Very clean and organized. I come here from time to time just to see what they have and never leave empty handed, last time I got a nice tripod stand for a laptop for about 3 dollars, one time I got a mac wireless keyboard for 4 dollars, just changed the batteries and now is working as good as new, retails for over 100. Today I left with a nice hanging shelf with 6 spaces for 4 dollars. Their clothing selection is very nice and well organized. Have not gotten anything though since I can find brand new stuff at Kohls and Burlington at very cheap price anyways.

Always a hit or miss when going to places like this but usually I walk out w something. This time a bunch of almost or brand new baby clothes for new grand baby on the way. 😁

Prices are not as low as Teen challenge thrift but Goodwill have more selection or variety

The best goodwill in seminole county! You wont have the same experience at other locations as you do at this one! Or the customer service! It’s outstanding! I have shopped at other goodwills around seminole county & none of them compares to this location. Every item is properly ticketed & merchandise never has tares & looks as good as new . I call this the chickfila of goodwills because of how great the employees are. Also i find the best items here more than any other location! Also this is the ONLY good will that properly sizes items i love it! Thank you sanford employees for being so organized.

I really like this store for shoe shopping because the prices are fair. They also price linens fair. The toys however are priced fairly high but if you find a few with the color of the week... its all good in the neighborhood 😉 The crew here is pretty nice as well 😁

Waited over 20 minutes to check out, employees ignored customer requests for another line. Cashier turned down the one employee offering assistance, told them to keep cleaning.13 customers in line, OPEN ANOTHER REGISTER!+One extra star is for the cute ceramic goose i found.. if not for the goose this would be a one star review.

Another day Good will Hunting place if clean actually saw the cashier sanitizing after we finished cashing so that was a goos sign. place wasnt crowded another plus found some good stuff.

Im always pleased with my Goodwill visits but today was just a day. I walked in only to immediately see a few teenagers being reckless and not having masks. I usually wouldnt concern myself with this but you have a plethora of older shoppers whom are easily at high risk and the store employees did nothing to rectify the situation. In fact, they ignored it outright despite having a clear mandatory mask policy for all shoppers. This is irresponsible of you as a company to allow. I hope that in the future you enforce your own guidelines and not pick and choose when and who can break them.

It is a very good place to shop and you can find a lot of things that you may want or need for affordable prices like tv or clothing or shoes or electronics.

Prices are too high. Items purchased were broken and taped over the broken area to hide the cracks. Second time this has happened. Last time shopping there. Very sneaky and deceptive since you cant get your money back.

I like going to find odds and ends but it is not very organized. Same like items are best each other but almost thrown in shelves or piled on top of each other making it hard to browse.

Not sure why but I always find what I need its funny

Employees and customers complaining about the spike in prices recently. An employee said that there was a new lady hired from Waterford Lakes that is the one that has spiked the prices and everyones complaining. One jar priced for 99 cents (the white one) another one the same exact jar and brand in pink priced for 3.99. Currently a home accent piece no longer than my forearm and about an inch in width price for 29.99. Most of everything is priced $8 or higher. Was never like this before. A few of us regulars who donate and purchase on a consistent basis for years are starting to consider the new place thats opening next store that will be offering donations and resell goods. There was a gentleman pricing on Monday who priced as it should be, reasonable. Hope you all fix this issue soon otherwise most of your customers will be going to your competitor next door when they open! FYI an employee told me exactly who was overpricing. The person hired from Waterford Lakes theres your answer.

Annoying that fitting rooms are closed for covid and will only allow exchanges. At least allow returns for clothes if you wont let me try them on

Not a lot of merchandise on shelves in wares ..toos of clothing areas empty.Was told they have goods but have to wait 72 hrs now to put out onto floor which I knew.due to virus situation.So hopefully theyll be able to put more stock out soon cuz looking pretty sad now!!

Im no tree hugging evangelist but I do like to reuse, repurpose, and recycle whenever and wherever I can. Theres just some stuff thats better used.Before eBay, craigslist, letgo, offerup, and all the others, thrift stores were bargains. Not like garage sales, but bargains. Fast forward twenty years, prices are all over the board, loosely matched with aforementioned pricing.Because they dont want customers flipping their goods they end up charging sometimes unconscionable prices for things that were given freely, or err...for tax deductions.Makes me so mad to see them charging seven/eight bucks for worn out shoes. I dont need used shoes, but to someone who does, thats ridiculous for something that shouldve been thrown away. I dont know, maybe Im out of touch with pricing.Theyve got the best business model ever. Free cost of goods. Low overheads. Non profit tax breaks and benefits. Awesome executive compensation!!!Nevertheless, youll score here from time to time. I dont like to share a honey hole, but this ones a good one occasionally.Customer service and hospitality are poor. Dont expect anyone to be friendly or nice. Two point something; you deal because of the bargains.

Able to find clothes, wares & many other items

We pick for vintage items and this isnt a Goodwill that weve ever done that well at - maybe the surrounding area homes are too new to be discarding the kinds of things we like. But we occasionally turn up a treasure, like the antique hand painted porcelain lamp we found for $7.00 a few months ago. There seems to be a lot of clothing, newer household goods, etc, and the store is always crowded with families taking advantage of the good prices. Usually clean and fairly well organized, too.

I usually stop by here about once a month and check out what they have. I have found a lot of pretty cool things and some awesome deals on various kinds of storage bins. I highly recommend this Goodwill if you are in the neighborhood. A lot of quality items and rock bottom prices.

This Goodwill has more stuff than all the others in the area and sometimes you find some really good deals. This is the BEST place to go for work clothes more than anything. I bought non slip expensive sketchers for $2.99 and Dickies pants for $3.95!

This is one of the better Goodwill stores... very large and a decent selection. If you are a bargain hunter this would be a good location to hit.

I do wish that things were easier to find because sometimes it seems things are in the wrong place but if IS a goodwill store so ...Honestly, though it is a super great place to find those one of a kind finds. I like shopping there for art work and home decor.It’s a nice big store too so you could be there al day looking through everything and it’s located right off Rinehart road so it’s easy to find.

THEY BREAK THEIR OWN POLICY.Make up their own rules!When you buy something & leave it you are CLEARLY given ONLY 24 hours to pick it up. You ARE told it will be resold after the 24 hours. I know because I have had to forfeit a couple of things because I didnt make it back within the 24hrs! I went to this goodwill yesterday & noticed a Bike that had a sold sign on it. I asked the cashier how long it had been sold. He said it sold yesterday (Friday) if you come back tomorrow & its still here we have to resell it cause theyve already had their 24 hours to pick it up. So I come back & talk to the manager who tells me its the holiday weekend some people arent back in town yet. What does that have to do with anything Thanksgiving was Thursday! They bought it Friday & its now SUNDAY! Your policy is 24 hours.Theres no notes or info in the book & now youre making excuses for the person who obviously didnt take this policy seriously. I drove 45 mins back here today based on the guy who told me to come back!RULES ARE RULES. POLICY IS POLICY!You cant break them & make up your own. I called Corporate & they also stated 24 hours is policy. Going to contact CEO.

Found some nice shirts, and the day I went..beginning of July they had brand new stuffed animals. I got an adorable huge, floppy, curly haired gray elephant for my grand nephew who isnt here just yet. It smelled nice in this goodwill. Although they all use the same cleaner for the clothing

They usually have some good stuff, but the line is always, always, always long and there are usually staff members standing around gabbing instead of opening a second line. Ill wait in line only when I find something REALLY good--otherwise, Ive got better things to do with my life.

The staff here was very rude. We bought a new mattress, No one knew prices, and they were very unhelpful... I shop here so much I expected better... the manager was very rude and curt, expect friendlier service especially for 2nd hand goods.

I am not happy with goodwill. Not only do they keep raising their prices but now you are unable to return items. If you buy an electronic item then you wont know until you get home whether it works. They have items from the dollar store that theyve priced $2.99 and up. This isnt supposed to be a regular retail store but a thrift store. Personally Im not sure Ill ever buy from here again. Maybe if they start losing business someone will smarten up.

Its okay. If you wanna keep me shopping try and keep it a little cooler inside. There is always allot of people here, the back shelves are very unorganized with all sorts of items and the last time I visited, the cashier announced to be responsible for your own children. The Goodwills in Arizona are a little nicer and cleaner.

Love the place. Unbeteable prices. When you cant afford having clothes from stores this place is a blessing from the Lord. Always clean and with an amazing staff.
