Francis King is truly The King! We bought a car last year from Volkswagen Napleton next door and it was absolutely traumatizing. We spent 5 hours there being jerked around and completely disregarded. So you can imagine how to timid the hubby and I are when it comes to car dealerships. Our experience at this Subaru as a whole was so pleasant and the opposite of our previous experience. Francis King was our sales rep and he was so hospitable and kind. He treated you as a person rather than money bags. Ray Cantu was our finance guy and boy does he know how to get a deal for ya. He wasnt aggressive (like other finance managers we know 👀 @napleton) and he worked hard to get us a good rate.My father in law works at a Subaru company up in Ohio and has bragged hard core about them being the best, and now Ive experienced first hand what he means. Subaru in Lake Mary Florida ( North Orlando ) has the best customer service I have ever experienced. Kendall was absolutely amazing service rep I cannot thank her enough along with the techs Rusty an Nathan. Best dealer I have worked with in 50 year of being in Florida. Twenty two vehicles later it is Subaru for us.Been going there since 2006, when we purchased our first Outback. It is still in great shape and off at college with one of our children.Our newest Subaru is a six cylinder Outback.I have been taking our other vehicles there for service. They were all for bigger and for pulling trailers. Great service.For now, I am finished with boats and trailers. Fantastic service from Jason, Haley and the entire crew at Subaru North Orlando. I was in and out of the dealership in less than an hour after an inspection, oil change, filter change, tire rotation and car wash. (They probably did even more but I dont remember everything.) In all, I received 5-star service from a 5-star team without breaking the bank! They put the service in customer service and this is why I drive all of the way from the other side of Orlando. Good Dealership. Was Maestro Subaru when we bought our Outback 3 years ago but nothing really changed and I still rate them higher. Salespeople were pleasant and low-key. Service department is fast and competent. The Express Service for oil changes is particularly fast.

I had my Oil changed today and when I got home after parking in my driveway I saw Oil dripping from under my car. I had to put a container under my car to catch the Oil because it was made a good size spot on my driveway. My car didnt leak before at all so I called the dealership. Im going there tomorrow hopefully to get it fixed.

I was met by a nice gentleman, John who took my car instantly. I had a nice waiting area where I could do some writing. My recall was a two hour job and was done on or before the given time.

We were pleased with the services. The reason for the 3 stars is that even though we scheduled our appointment days ahead, the service center wasnt willing to put a fuel pump aside for us. Instead, we were asked to call the morning of our appointment to make sure they could even service our car. That seemed like a strange practice to us, and we hope it wont happen again.

Simple oil change required. Drain plug not tightened correctly as such oil leaked all over my garage floor. I called to complain and they did offer to tow car back to dealership. Service was much better when Mastro owned this dealership. Been going there for 15 years but now lost confidence in their abilities.

I took my car for maintenance and to troubleshoot a noise it was making. Scheduling an appointment was very easy, recommendations for scheduled maintenance were explained along with cost of services. When I arrived Zach was very helpful in providing a loaner car while my vehicle was being worked on. He also called me in a timely manner to let me know about the status of my vehicle. Not only will I be back for future service but I foresee purchasing my next Subaru from here too.

This is the best Subaru place to get warranty work done on your car. Today I was only in for an oil change and the service was quite speedy. I drive in from Mount Dora and the service makes the drive worth it.

First time going to this location, was met with happy helpful staff, didn’t try to nickel and dime me, as I was prepared to pay a couple hundred in maintenance costs but was told the maintenance wasn’t needed at this time, so after a tire rotation, multi point inspection and complimentary car wash I drove away a satisfied customer. Will definitely go back for future car maintenance!

The “express service” took 2 hours. The mechanics left grease marks on my door panel and gear shift. I paid a lot for this car and take care of it, and it’s not cool that mechanics get in a nice new car without washing their hands or putting down a plastic cover or something. Nobody wants their brand new leather interior stained! Not sure if I’ll be back, even though I get free service with my plan. Not worth my car’s interior being destroyed with grease finger prints. I prefer Mobile Express because they’re quick and don’t get in my car for a simple oil change.PS - the receptionist who checked me out was friendly, clean, and wore a mask, which I appreciated. She was the only employee who exceeded service.

When we started discussing price there was no pressure, and I was shown a couple of options. While the service was good, I was appalled that nobody in the service department (& barely anyone in the sales department) was wearing a mask…even when working directly with me. Costumers were wearing masks, but not staff. I was uncomfortable being in the dealership.

They worked very quickly to get me the best price and rates. Jayden was a great salesman. Alberto got us through the financing process smoothly and even helped my dad when he started to have some blood sugar issues.While the dealership tried to prepare me for registration in my state, it is very different than Florida. There was a lot of documentation I needed that I didnt have.When I needed documents, they got back to me right away. They helped me renew my registration in Florida so that I would have more time to register in my state.What you want in any customer service experience is for the seller to have your back when things go wrong. They could have told me too bad, were done with this transaction. They could have ignored me. Instead they took my issue very seriously, were very compassionate, kind, and considerate. We recently purchased a new Outback from Subaru North Orlando and the experience was 100% positive. We started by looking at their website, where we initiated a chat session to check the availability of the model we wanted as well as color and trim options. When they confirmed that they had a vehicle with our exact specifications, they set up a meeting with the sales staff within the next hour. This was followed up by a phone call from our sales representative (Travis), confirming all the details. When we arrived at the dealership the vehicle was ready for us to look at and drive. Travis went over the vehicle in detail, with emphasis on the new safety and driver interface features. It is worth pointing out that Travis and the rest of the staff observed all COVID safety measures, and most of the process took place outside. Travis is very knowledgeable about the vehicle and was very easy to work with. He never applied any pressure on us to buy the car. Once we agreed on a deal, Travis walked us through the entire process. In all, the buying experience was perfect. We would be happy to work with Travis again.
