I recently purchased a used Infiniti from Sanford Infiniti & it was a very pleasant car buying experience. Our salesperson, Tyrone Brown, was very professional, honest & easy to work with. I very much appreciated the low pressure from both Tyrone & the finance manager, Chadwick. I live over an hour away so we were able to make most of the deal via phone. This is a very well managed dealership & I would refer anyone to go see Tyrone. I feel I got a very fair deal & a fair amount for my trade and I love the car! I’m very much looking forward to driving it for years!

I received a pretty good deal through progressive/ true car. I was disappointed a day later when I realized the the car was pulling to the left significantly (severely out of alignment). I called and left a message and no one cared to respond to my call. They also sold me a tire with side wall damage and 3 tires that were warped on the inside and they didnt disclose it. I was told that the Upon on inspection the vehicle passed the safety inspection! So the dealership wouldnt cover it. Day three I realized that my logo was glued on with gorilla glue and they didnt even take time out to remove the excess glue protruding from the logo. Also after I purchased the car and was ready to drive off they told me that the car mats were damaged and they had to throw them away. So over all I had to deal with some dishonest individuals and I am sure I am going to find other issues in the near future. I am not going to mention any names because I dont want anyone to suffer financially. So buyer beware. These people are slick and shady.

Excellent customer service. I bought my car over a year ago from Mario who was so awesome and personable. He followed up with me several times after purchase to ensure that I was satisfied with my purchase. I feel comfortable here. I have only gotten my car serviced here. Jennifer is my usual service agent and she always goes above and beyond. Everyone here is excellent and customer service focused.

I can tell you that service has severely dwindled and loyalty is a four letter word at Sanford Infinity. This was the fourth car we’ve purchased from them and it will be our last. Didn’t fill up the car with gas when we took it. Had to have the car detailed professionally because it had a foul smell. Infinity is supposed to be higher standards but at Sanford Infinity that is no longer the case.

Had a routine oil change done today and the service team members (Ms. Arryana, Mr. Luis B, and Mr. Scott) were top tier in their professionalism. Ms. Arryana took care of me from the time I called to book the appointment, which set the precedence for exceptional service. Mr. Luis followed suit by having my car done within the time promised and helping me with maintenance decisions for future visits. Mr. Scott, the manager, was receptive and took time to chat about a few things before I departed. I have never had a bad experience at Sanford Infiniti and due to team members like these hopefully I never will.

Great location to buy and receive ongoing maintenance on your vehicle. It has been a pleasant experience since I bought my first Infiniti vehicle with Steve that used to be in Finance, now sales, the store manager, the shuttle service team, and Raphael in the service department. I recently inquired online about new vehicles at Sanford INFINITI. I received a response back from Tyrone Brown. Tyrone was extremely helpful and responsive to my requests and worked from afar to put some potential numbers together for a deal. The next day I went to the dealership, met Tyrone, and test drove the car. Tyrone and the staff at Sanford INFINITI went out of their way to work with me and see if we could put together a deal. He really went to bat with those managers! Ultimately, I did not end up purchasing the vehicle because it just didnt fit my lifestyle needs but I would highly recommend Tyrone and Sanford INFINITI if youre in the market for a great new car!

This is hands down the best dealership I have ever been to for any of my cars. I have never had any issues. The facility is clean and comfortable to be at. I am always greeted immediately when coming in and provided with a time estimate that’s usually always spot on. I have to shout out Bob Garcia for being the best service advisor I have had yet! He has excellent customer service skills, always listens and answers my questions, and never rushes me making me feel like a valued customer. Loved this place so much I took my Mom in to trade up her older Infiniti too. Great selection, super friendly staff beyond just the sales guys, really cool manager Steve and the guy Alexis actually delivered my Moms new car all the way to The Villages for her. And as an added bonus they even let me bring my dog in while I had my Infiniti serviced. EDIT ...finance guy Chad pulled some shady stuff over on my my Mom but Steve made it right...maybe get your financing elsewhere.

He not only gave us the best offer out of five dealerships we visited, but he also worked some magic with his manager to create an offer that met OUR specific requirements and desires. When we came in to sign off, our shiny new QX50 was immaculate, stunning, and ready for us. Went there to have my truck serviced..found issues and one part was delayed in transit. After about 6 days they finally gave me a loaner car. That could have saved me alot of time thinking how to get up there to pick up repaired car. That is the only issue with the service department. Staff was nice and courtesy. Jennifer in the service department did save my quite a bit of money with following through with my extended warranty company for coverage.

Purchased a QX80 from Sanford Infinite and service was top rated. This was my 1st Infinite and Alexis, Nigel and Chad made this by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. The details and knowledge that Alexis had about the vehicle I was imitated at 1st with all the bells and Whistles, but he showed me not once but twice how to work everything. The time spent made me feel like ROYALTY. They promised to take care of me and nothing was left un-done. I am missing my entertainment package and was told to come back and pick up no problem. My experience at this Infinity was horrible . I’ve had my car since since April 18th and they have had my car more then I have . Im there every week with issues with my vehicle . On the day that I bought the car it came from an Orlando dealership the bumper had damage and rims were curbed checked . My check engine light kept coming on they kept having me go pick the car up and saying that the issue was handled . Come to find out the after being taken back a fourth time cat converter had to be replaced. They said the fixed the bumper . My bumper keeps popping off and hanging . I’m so sad and just appalled of how many times I have to keep going down there with issues . This was the car I’ve always wanted and it has been a nightmare. Talked to the manager Steve and made nothing but promises no follow up no nothing . Horrible

I really wanted an Infiniti Q50 and I did as much research as possible to identify a vehicle that matched my price range and had all the features I wanted. We found this car, took it on a test drive, and the rest is history! The offer was just way too good to pass up considering the mileage and the vehicle history. Granted, I know I was rash in jumping on this deal but I have no regrets! Closing was smooth and the customer service is definitely gold standard. Not only was Mary Ann patient with us through the process but I appreciated the follow-up on the next day. Today I made it to my scheduled maintenance appointment on time and was happily greeted when I arrived. After verifying the appointment, I took my service dog inside the customer lobby, had a cup of coffee, and realized I needed to brush off my non-shedding Sheepadoodle dog. As I was brushing him the service manager approached me in an aggressive and angry manner and ordered me to stop brushing my dog and to take my dog outside if I wanted to brush him off. He further stated, I dont mind having your dog in here, but you are spreading dander”. Naturally, the tone and voice inflection, that cannot be well articulated in writing, used by this manager was stern, rude, and directed at me to intimidate me. This manger made me feel like I was one of his employees and he was attempting to lead me to believe that I am only allowed to have my service dog inside the building if he allows it. This aggressive and rude conduct comes on the heels of my first trip to this service department approximately two months ago when I had my service dog in that same lobby and that same service manager held two twenty-minute conversations with me and knew well that my dog was a service dog and that he does not shed. Ironically, this same service manager treated me with contempt during that visit as well when I had just purchased my Q30 from the Naples dealership and realized the frontend needed to be balanced/aligned. The Naples dealership directed me to the Sanford service department since they (Naples) are four hours away from my home. Once at the Sanford dealership I attempted to explain why I was there and asked that they allow the balance/alignment free of charge based on what Naples Infinity told me/directed me to do. The service manager went out of his way to ensure that I knew that he did not like helping me, that he did not agree, and that it was going to cause him problems. 5 hours later he finally agreed and had the work completed but, in the process, placed me (the customer) in the position of middleman to be exposed to internal issues within the business - issues that I do not care to know and do not believe a customer should be made aware of when trying to have service completed.I will not be back to Sanford Infinity and I will encourage any/all that inquire about my car to not frequent or consider this dealership for their purchase and certainly not their maintenance needs. I have been treated poorly before and realize everyone is entitled to a bad day, but the service manager at Sanford Infinity treats his customer/clients as though they should feel lucky to be at his dealership and I am certain his intentions are to use his position within the organization to aggressively push others around. Today, had he simply approached me in a nice and respectful manner he would have understood that what I was doing was not harming anyone and the outcome would have been much different. A letter will be mailed to Infinity corporate office.

If you want to purchase a vehicle without any hassle or stress Sanford Infiniti is the dealership you need to visit. I started with the application online. From that point it was smooth sailing. I received a phone call from a staff member telling me they received my application and all I needed to do was come in and fill out my paperwork and drive home with my new car. Needless to say, it was just that easy. My salesperson Damien greeted me at door. He was the most pleasant person you can ever encounter. He walked me through the entire process step by step. His knowledge played an important role in my sale because every question I asked he knew the answer. Even walking through the lobby everyone greeted me with a hello and a smile. This was our first experience with Sanford Infiniti and it was fantastic!! Tyrone made our car buying experience nothing short of amazing! I came to change my passenger seat window. Its a rainy day, chill. Maybe I wasnt assigned a good service representative? I read the five star reviews and I am very surprised. Mine was not pleasant at all. 1. Their tone was cold, I felt I was not welcomed. 2. They told me my credit card couldnt go through then I had to use my bfs card. Then my credit card was ok everywhere, including the time when I picked up my car in the afternoon. 3. Theres glue on my new window! I dont know where it came from and how to remove it!I still remember when Ken and Jamie were there, they treated me very well. So after a year and a half I still remember their names. I wont come again. I hope you guys can work harder on providing a great customer experience.

Found the car on their website page and set up an appointment to go in - met with Alexis and he was fantastic right from the start. Very smooth purchase and so far love the car! We had questions when we got home and Alexis sent us video messages and videos to answer our questions. Would recommend him and this dealership to anyone looking for an Infiniti!

UPDATED REVIEW** Since our review we have had to edit our review. It appears sometime around September 2020 they have changed the processes on how they distribute loaners. You must wait for sometimes over 2 hours for the service department to verify on the phone that certain parts will be covered under warranty (extended) until they release it to you. Also, they only have one large SUV (we have a QX80 and a large family) in their fleet and you can wait at times longer than 2 weeks to even schedule an appointment for them to look at it. Unfortunately, this type of constraint they put on their customers wears them down especially when they have purchased a vehicle from Infiniti with issues that are just out of the factory warranty and having to juggle 3 hungry kids in the waiting room. It seems maybe the update in their process benefits themselves so much that they are nowhere near as connected with their customers experience as they should be. When we address out concerns to management, Mr. Barber tends to just point back to the procedures and teeters on the line of showing little to no empathy. Unfortunately for Infiniti even if they were to dive deep into understanding the customers experience to rework their processes they will have lost a customer from 2006.

As far as Mr. Luis in service I recommend him to anyone. But the General Manager and half owner he has no respect for ones privacy. My husband has a muscle crippling disease but because he cannot breathe well with a mask on this guy kept on telling us that we needed to show him proof from a physician that my husband is exempt from wearing a mask. So after explaining to him several times that Drs dont provide those documents since the mask ordeal is only temporary, he insisted he go outside in the blistering heat and wait till out car was fixed. So therefore I explained to him again he must have air to breathe, needless to say when I get my car back I want go back to them no more if that is what he calls customer service!!!

I have purchased many automobiles through the years but I have to say nothing has come even close to the experience that we had with Infiniti of Sanford! They made the entire process simple and easy. I literally picked out the car I wanted, test drove it and they made it happen! The other thing that made this process just spectacular was my amazing sales lady Mary Ann Toro, shes extremely knowledgeable, gets what she wants (which is important) and what a fun lady! We simply love her! She was there every step of the way making the entire experience spectacular, exciting and classy!They have set the bar so high with this white glove, key on a silver platter experience (literally!) that I cannot imagine buying another car without this full experience, they have spoiled me and I love it!

They were not eager to help, the sales associate wasn’t offering any help.. he was asked by his manager to accompany us in the first place. We asked to test drive the car, he went out then told us there was none available.. we were leaving, so once we got out we see a car there that’s available to be test driven!!!!Poor service, I would have probably bought the car but their unprofessionalism speaks volume!!

After 2 weeks of looking at used cars we found one at Sanford Infiniti! 1 price, no haggle, great price (per Edmounds.com and kbb.com)BEST car buying experience ever. Danny took the time to prepare the car, had it reserved with our name and it was beautiful. We purchased a Dodge and Danny took the time before to familiarize himself with all the features. It took 2 days to decide and we are so happy. Both sales and finance were helpful, professional and most of all not pushy. COVID 19 precautions masks and sanitizer stations. My Mom and I shopped together and we both we treated respectfully. The finance department even beat the interest rate we shopped beforehand. Thanks Danny and Chad

I have visited this dealership on multiple occasions since I purchased my vehicle, yesterday I went in to get my vehicle serviced, I was getting worked done that required a wait, one of the receptionist damiaya saw that I waiting for awhile and approached me with conversation on multiple occasions, she offered me a phone charger and said merry christmas implying that I can keep it because I had a long drive, my advisor Bob made sure to keep me updated as much as possible while i was waiting. The desk in service made sure to keep FULL on snacks. although they were busy I felt like I was the only customer there and velt valued.
