I highly recommend Lux Auto they are understandable and work with all kinds of situations. They make sure you walk out of the dealer with the vehicle of your dreams. This is my second vehicle with them and it’s not going to be the last.

LUX Auto Group is a typical example of why Individuals should not rely on what should be an expected good business practice - honesty. The owners of the company post false claims about their vehicles. The attached picture is the post for the vehicle in which a family member purchased at this business.The post clearly states “New Tires.” Within 10K miles the tires were so worn that they were separating. Tires are imprinted with the the year in which they are produced. The tires were produced in 2014 and worn but was advertised as NEW. Please see the attached picture. I contacted the owner of the dealership and he stated that “New does now mean brand new.” New is defined as not previous used or owned. The tires were in a condition commonly known as Tire Dry Rot displaying signs of cracks and separation. The add also states No Accidents. However, after checking the vehicle’s report it was involved in TWO accidents.The car had to be taken to a dealership for several repairs recently one of which is the airbags for the rear suspension. The air bags were so worn that the car couldn’t be driven over 5 miles per hour at the dealership and the rear of the vehicle was in a dropped position. The vehicle needed new airbags and a compressor. Tires and airbags are only two repairs that have been made to the vehicle yet the vehicle was advertised as “No mechanical issues at all.”If you are in the search of a vehicle to purchase, please do not visit this dealership unless you want to be ripped off. The owners are rude, untrustworthy, nearly impossible to contact, and will not correct issues for claims they advertise. A star, which is the lowest selection, is an overrating for this business.The fact that you responded with more lies further explains your business. We paid cash for a vehicle that I had to authorize my bank to allow for funds in the large amount to clear. You attempted to process for more than what you were supposed to which is why your initial attempt failed. But as soon as I called your hand on it and you ran the check for the amount stated it cleared instantly. So you also stated in your response that the vehicle had two minor accidents. What does your advertisement say? Hmmmm. But I won’t reduce to an argument in this setting with someone that cannot spell correctly or use proper English grammar.

Angel and his team are amazing!!! Not only did they get me in a vehicle of my dreams Mercedes Benz GL450 quick and easy but anything that needed to be repaired he fixed with no questions asked. And was very reasonable as far as pricing and anything that I had noticed prior to purchase he took on his own to repair at no cost to me. I contacted Lux Auto on the internet regarding an ad they were running in Auto Trader.Melanie reached out by phone very quickly, and gave me all the information I needed. I requested a CARFAX report which she texted within minutes, and followed up on the phone to make sure it was received. She answered all my questions, sometimes double checking with others to make sure she had the right information.I proposed to fly in 2 days later, and to prove my interest, we agreed on a refundable 10% security deposit. She took my credit card number, and, voila!!!On the day I was scheduled to come, she politely sent me a confirmation SMS, asking for my ETA.When I arrived, Angel, the owner, was waiting for me. The car was as described. We took it for a spin, I made a reasonable offer, that Angel accepted.We went into the office, where Melanie prepared all the paperwork. By the time I had finished insuring the car, all the paperwork was ready to be signed, a temporary plate ready. I chose the type of plate I wanted. I paid.
