They cannot prep a car for sale properly and misrepresent the vehicle history.

We came to buy a used RAV4 that we read about online. No frills auto dealer but thats what keeps the price low. Quan was our salesman, very very knowledgeable on the vehicle, very friendly, up front, no bull, he answered all our questions. We drove out with the car we wanted at the price we expected. We were at another car dealer a few days ago and we got the run-around, never got to see the vehicle we came to check out.
