Place is clean, inventory is good. However, the sales people you have to be careful about. Transparency and integrity is not for everyone. However, following up and knowing your service and deal is important. I can only speak on our experience and say that salesmen sly tactics are still alive in 2020. Went in today to get a new tire and my car checked out. I was greeted and served by Luis Lopez and he was great! Very professional, timely, and courteous. I was able to get all the needs for my car taken care of. Highly recommend going to Hyundai HQ and ask for Luis!
Love the cars and that 100k mile warranty. I had a small issue with 99k miles on my sonata, and everything including towing was fully covered by the warranty with only 1000 miles to spare. A couple hours later and I was back on the road. Love my hyundai. Would highly recommend the brand.Be aware though that every service appointment they will try to get you to trade in your car for a new one.
Disappointed at the time needed to service my car after making an appointment. Was shocked at the stained chair in waiting room as this is a new beautiful facility. Only one person had any friendly personality.Easy to drive up for service. Waiting room close to service area and spacious. Check out was no waiting.
This is my wifes third Hyundai; the second purchased from this dealership. We like the brand for several reasons. However, last month, my wife and I had a bad experience in the purchase process that Headquarters Hyundai management never acknowledged nor apologized for, even though they did correct their mistake. Briefly stated, an Elantra Limited was demoed and priced to us but a lesser model was actually delivered to my wife.. Fortunately, I had the original VIN in my notes. plus the car delivered did not have a sunroof; a feature I had noticed because my personal car is a Mini Cooper with a sunroof, which I enjoy. Although no one in the sales department would admit to the switch, there is no doubt in my mind that it was a deliberate attempt to mislead us as a part of the price negotiation. I do not believe the salesman did this on his own but rather followed the instructions of his direct sales manager. It finally took complaints to upper management to get the situation corrected. I value loyalty as a major component of my business relationships and I felt betrayed in this instance and am not certain that I will come back to Headquarters Hyundai. As I have said, the problem was corrected but only with a good deal of effort and time on my part. The sales management on the sales floor showed a lot of attitude by making this old man return several times and keeping him waiting much longer than was polite. Now that Ive had the time to consider the whole episode, I think I deserve some major apologies and to be assured that the way we were treated is not Headquarters Hyundais policy.

A wonderful experience that reminds more of the level of customer service exhibited at a more expensive brand. There wasnt any upselling - since I only came in for an oil change and tire rotation. They let me decide to replace the cabin filter and patiently explained what my inspection meant. I will definitely return again.

I came here for 30K checkup, oil change, and tire rotation. The service advisor indicated that I may not need the fluids changed just because it was at 30K but he said they would check. Turned out the fluids are fine until the next visit. This gives me confidence that I will not have unnecessary work done to my car. I feel this dealership is trustworthy and honest.

I had my oil changed and the safety inspection.In addition to this, I had my car detailed and asked if the stain in the back seat could be shampooed out. I was told the technician would do his very best.When I picked up my car, I was amazed! Not only had the stain been removed but the whole car inside and out was sparkling clean. It looked just like my car rolled off the showroom floor. I immediately called and told Kimberly how pleased I was.
Not happy with the wait, being passed off to someone else without being told, and I had to go up to desk for updates. They never came up to me even though I was sitting right in front of them. I asked for 2 quotes and they spent 2 hours on 21 point inspection and tried to sell me a bunch of other stuff I wasnt even in there for. Will NEVER go there again.
The entire staff is exceptional. They greet you with a smile and always have the right attitude to make your day. They are definitely prepared to take the necessary precautions to make you feel safe while in their facilities due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The entire staff was wearing masks when in close proximity to customers and/or fellow staff members, they were sanitizing door handles before and after completing car care service, hand sanitizers everywhere and social distancing signs across the floors. Great experience! I smelled and saw smoke coming of my engine late on a Sunday. Took my 2013 Sonata in early Monday morning without an appointment and they handled it without question. Ended up being that the valve cover was the issue but was covered under the 100K power train warranty with me being just under 90K. The car was ready Monday evening. Service was great. As I waited for my first service check (oil change) to be preformed, I noticed they had the other people waiting set a the distance required. Had my 2018 Santa Fe Sport for a couple issues and maintenance. Didnt start it until next morning. Detail was good,except the stain on Dash is still there. It was still wet from armor all or whatever was used. Super Nice People and hopefully my intermittent problems stay gone.

Today we went in for our scheduled oil change/rotation and as usual the service was great. We had our favorite advisor G (also employee of the year) taking care of us. We ended up with a recommended brake flush also but Headquarter also has some nice coupons to use so we saved some money :). I dont mind coming here at all, the facility is nice and clean and they have coffee, water and snacks while you wait. We will be back :)
Sean was excellent. He did an Oil Consumption test and I have gone 3 times thus far. I am going again today because the car is still giving me a huge problem. He told me that this needed to be done before he can put in the claim for the engine. It is obvious that I need a new engine. I will be completely forthcoming, every time I have called for him he has never left me waiting. He has been diligent in his service and extremely helpful. I had an appointment for a vehicle recall and all the staff were cordial and accommodating. Since it was to take an hour or less I waited for the replacement part to be installed in their very inviting customer lounge that is open to the showroom . It was well appointed with recharging receptacles, a television lounge area and snack service area. There was plenty of activity around you so the time seemed to go swiftly.
I once thought they were great but this last service wasnt the case. I hope they change my mind back.
Havent had a bad moment with service yet. If i had to complain about anything its that there were no yummy snacks this time, and i am very well aware its because of Covid! otherwise everything was great! thanks Hyundai!
I used Headquarters Hyundai with my previous Sonata even though I didnt purchase it from them. When I decided to purchase a new 2020 model, I made sure I purchased it from Headquarters and they will definitely handle all of my service and maintenance needs. I dont know how to present a stronger testimony than that.
Staff were friendly and polite. Offered deal with oil change to wash and clean car along with warranty service, Had to order part so gave me a loaner for next day. I dont think they cleaned my car!

Usually, I give 5 stars. But, in this instance, I dont because there were a number of staff, including a Manager, who were not wearing a face mask. This is a lack of respect and caring on your part, and a lack of confidence on mine. Please, please have all of your staff wear face masks, at least until it is clear that the virus is no longer active.
We have been coming here for over 3 years now and they are always nice. We had G last week and as usual was great. He informs you on whats going on and is so pleasant. He is our favorite service advisor there.
During a time where more people have died from Covid-19 in the United States than any other place in the world AND having recovered from it myself, I was extremely disappointed that not one employee was viewed protecting themselves or their customers by following social distancing and not one employee had a mask on.. None... Zero. The tape on the floor was to make the county and customers fasely safe and off their backs. I feel like I was not important enough to be protected. Im sorry but this is unacceptable.
Came in for an oil change on my 2016 sonata. I was told it would take two hours and it only ended up taking one, pretty astonishing when you consider it was a busy Saturday. They did a great job

The service department is great to work with. I do have a complaint though. Its with the car wash service. For the second time Ive gotten my car back with the (rear) license plate bent outward about 80 degrees on the drivers side. After it happened once I thought it was just a fluke, that something had snagged and bent the plate. But after it happened again the next time it was washed I concluded that there is something systematically wrong with the car wash equipment (or procedures.) I dont think Ill accept a free car wash again unless Im assured that the problem, whatever it is has been fixed.UPDATE: I purchased a complete detailing service and guess what - there was evidence that the license plate had been bent and subsequently straightened. This PROBLEM must be addressed and FIXED ! After a few bendings the plate is going to fail from fatigue and will have to be replaced. Paying for a replacement specialty plate will negate the value of free car washes and discount detailing.

Like many people I am looking for a good deal but many equate price with value. That is not necessarily the case here. Yes, there are several places where you can get your oil changed cheaper but do you have the confidence in the shop? Did they use the right oil or do things like replace the oil plug gasket, something I never thought of before but obvioulsy the dealer did. Did they go over the car looking at things that may become a problem down the road and proivde you with information like the usable life of your brakes, tires etc. so you can plan ahead financially? For me its all about trust. Yes I could save almost half the cost at one of these get in, get out oil change wonders but the bottom line is you get what you pay for. I didnt just get an oil change- I got afffirmation that my car was serviced right the first time, that everything is good, and that I am good for at least another 5K miles..with a free car wash to boot. To me that is priceless.There is no place like Headquarter Hyundai- none- and they will get my business until my Hyundai dies a peacful death..which good Lord willing is along time from now.Dave- great crew- Gaylin- thanks for getting me out quickly- and to the techs- keep up the great work!!. .

Went for an oil change and tire rotation. Left with the cap open and the car shaking like a leaf. (Axels) witch i was complaining about it before.After my car been there for a week other things are happening to my car i just dont take a break with this car anymore i dont love it. My right passenger back windows came off tracks and jamal told me that Sundays they don’t have personal to fix those kind of problems. I said someone can break into my car he said put a bag over it! I am so done with this i gave you guys too many chances and it’s mistake after mistake. Next thing you know something mayor happen to my car its not their fault and they aint gonna fix it.Theres still alot of oil all over the motor when they told me it was cleaned.
