I went to this shop to get some items, I’m new to the area so I google a botanical shop near me a shop pop up I checked out pictures which I saw she had what I needed so I travel about a hour away to come, when I got there she talk to me from the door asking me what I wanted, wouldn’t let me (a customer) in and talked very rude and told me she can’t help me, I wouldnt Recommend this shop to anyone !!!

FIVE STARS!!! Amazing!!! The Best In Central FL, Mama R. is the realest spiritual worker in Central FL, Period. Shes Honest, Helpful, Powerful and her work produces results. I want to dismantle the negative comments by saying shes not rude at all shes just someone who is serious about her work, so if you come to make a purchase, seek help/guidance or have spiritual work done just simply state that to her and she will most definitely help you succeed. If I could give zero stars I would. No customer service; rude person answered the phone who called me stupid when I called to inquire about an item. Just because you are knowledgeable to know what I am asking does not make the customer stupid. If you are in a bad mood then dont answer the phone.

I went to this Botanica shop yesterday, not knowing what I was looking for, maybe I just needed some guidance or something just was as a complete lose with everything that day. I spoke to a lady name Rachel and after speaking with her she provided me with all the insight i needed to take care of my situation. Rachel was kind and understanding and I really appreciated her dealing with me and all my crying. I had such a great experience there I know that I will be back soon. Thank you so much Rachel for everything.

Yesterday I was going to come into the store and I was putting away my chips. The owner lady asked me what I was doing and I told her that I was going to come in to look around. She told me that I couldnt look around but come in to get what I want and then leave. Then I was like okay. She asked me what my age was and I told her.Then she said that I looked so young and then told me that I could come in and look. I told her that I will be coming on a different day. That was rude and she needs to learn how to treat customers before. No matter if the customer is old or young, then they should all be respected. I will stick to the spiritual shop in Downtown Sanford or the one in Sanford Mall.

The lady who answered the phone is super rude, I asked if she speaks Spanish and she answered me that she is in American doesn’t have to speak Spanish, if you can avoid this place poor to zero customer service

HORRENDOUSLY RUDE IN SPIRIT! would not let me go inside because I had a baby stroller and said I wasnt WELCOMED! What a HORRIBLE JEALOUS WOMAN WITH A BROKEN SPIRIT WHO TURN AWAY OTHERS! I HOPE YOUR BUSINESS GOES OUT OF BUSINESS!

Never opened the business hours say they are open then you get there and its close and the line is always ringing busy so you cnt call before you go🤦🏾‍♀️

The experience was AWFUL... The woman there was the RUDEST. I drove up and parked in the parking lot. I greeted the woman as she stood outside smoking a cigar. Before i could even enter she sized me up (looked me up and down and rolled her eyes) Her attitude was absolutely INEXCUSABLE... I dont care what u get confused for many ppl are not AWARE of what spiritual stores are all about so you EDUCATE them if necessary. (Speaking on getting mistaken as a novelty shop). I highly doubt you will be in business very long with the way u treat customers! Awful experience awful customer service and very poor people skills... EVEN A DOG gets better treatment!STAY AWAY!

Amazingly helpful, knowledgeable, and profoundly experienced in Spirituality. Not overly expensive. I highly recommend. This is the best and most reliable and authentic Botanica in Seminole County.

The woman who works here let me tell you, she is rough on the outside but so sweet on the inside. Be patient, genuine, open minded, and bring a little laughter into your interaction and she is a sweetheart.I came looking for help with an interview I really needed to nail. She listened and provided all I needed and some simple instructions.Maaaan I thought I bombed the interview, but in the end I received a handshake from the hiring manager and was told I had gotten the job!I drove back to her shop in my interview clothes the SAME day to tell her the good news and she was as happy as I was.

Upon walking up, a friend and I were met outside. She mistook me for someone else and stated that I better not be bringing no trouble. I told her that Ive never been there before and she said I looked like some girl who had come there before starting trouble. After that she asked us why we were there and my friend said we just wanted to go inside and look around. She wouldnt let us in before explaining what we wanted, so as my friend started explaining that she had a spiritual bath (from someone else) before and was interested in a reading, etc., she kept interjecting saying things like Well I dont know what bath you had done and just acting with a really negative spirit. I dont know if she read something off of us or was still concerned that I looked like someone who caused trouble or what, but I know for people coming to seek guidance we couldve been treated better.

I went in wanting to buy a few things for my alter . I told the lady I was just looking around for now . Because she was helping another customer . She told me that I needed to leave . For what reason I don’t know. But I was trying to be respectful as I can and smile Anyway long story short the lady came off very rude . I guess I won’t be spending money any time soon with them .Its hard finding a good botanica.
