Sakina in sales made the entire purchase and installation a truly pleasurable experience, as opposed to the nightmare I expected. This included the considerable savings Sakina offered by providing me with the choice of a half slab of Quartz, instead of the full one that was originally contracted for.Juliana was also fantastic in coordinating the template/ measuring process and the final installation. By the way, the installation crew was also great!Sanford Granite has definitely earned the FIVE STAR rating and I would highly recommend them to any future customers for use in their Bathroom or Kitchen projects!!

I worked with Sanford Granite to coordinate the replacement of my 50/50 sink with a new single-basin sink. They were a pleasure to work with, and I would gladly do so again! The project manager Aliyah was extremely responsive, helpful, and patient with all of my questions (and I had a lot of questions). Ive been working with a few other contractors on other projects, and it is rare to find a company this communicative and reliable. They had the exact model I needed, quickly sent me an invoice where I could easily pay online, and delivered it directly to my front door. They even helped by recommending an excellent installer and plumber. I was worried about my granite counter and whether the process would cause any damage, but this wasnt an issue for them at all--everything was quick, easy, well-priced, and very high-quality. I am so happy with how it turned out! A few of my neighbors are now also working with Sanford Granite to get their sink replacements done after seeing how great it looks.

When we were searching for granite and sending certain materials to different installers, their fabrication and installation prices were very competitive. The service and communication has been top notch. Their representative Katina, has been a pleasure to work with. She’s been on top of every step of the process including scheduling. I called other companies to do my quartz in my kitchen but Sanford Granite answered the first time I called and answered all our questions and came when they said they would and were so professional. The final product came out even more gorgeous that we imagined it could be. Top quality performance from start to finish. Sanford Granite made the ordering and granite selection process a breeze. The stone yard being a short few minute drive from their design center. Their project managers kept us current thru every stage of demolition, fabrication and installation. We never had to guess if and when one of their installation team would show up. All deliveries were documented thru email or text messages. All question were quickly answered. The total project of re doing our outdoor kitchen with new granite was completed in a little over two weeks. That’s what they said it would take and that’s what it did take.The actual installation went like clock work with installation taking less than half a day.First class job and I would highly recommend them.

Danielle was very helpful throughout the process. The results turned out great and the crew did a great job of cleaning up. Only downside was that everything from demo of the old backsplash to rehooking up the plumbing and electrical falls on the homeowner. Overall, very happy with the process and results!

Communication was slow & lagging. Read the fine print too!!! I bought my slabs paid & bought my own sink. Fabrication is a cost to pay for but apparently the sink hole cutout is not part of the fabrication process (an extra $100. Then to pay by credit card ther is an additional 3% fee. Beautiful work but not good business practices for this process.

Recently I purchased a counter top for the remodel of my master bedroom. I chose Sanford Granite. My experience with Sanford Granite was probably the best experience I have ever had with a contractor. They were extremely professional and handled the installation in a timely manner. They kept me informed about the progress of my counter top and the installation was handled in a very professional manner. I highly recommend Sanford Granite and will use them again in the future for any additional needs.

We bought a house a month ago that has required extensive remodeling. Of all the remodeling personnel we have been working with throughout this process, Sanford Granite has been the most impressive by far!! From the minute I walked through the doors of their office, I knew they would be the company we decided to work with. Hani and Kristina were friendly and clear communicators from day one! They made the process fun and easy!! We received in home measurements from three different companies. One never contacted us with a quote and the other took over a week to get back to us with an astronomical price. Sanford Granite had a quote to us within hours at a very reasonable price despite my expensive taste for a beautiful quartzite!! Once we notified Sanford Granite we would be using their services, our countertops were installed within 10 days.
