Visiting from out of state, and had to take my 2020 Prius in for its 10,000 mile service in order to maintain the warranty. The service dept. tech was prompt and courteous, explained everything to be done, and had my car ready in under an hour. Waiting room was clean and comfortable. Wish my hometown Toyota dealer was as good as this one.

The service time is always over an hour even I go with appointment for oil change.
Went to get an oil change on my tacoma, service man came back to tell me my brakes where real bad and my rotors needed to be turned also. I told him I wanted to see it, went to the back and saw that I still had more then half of my pads still left. I lost all trust in this dealership and will not be coming back. Not very professional on there part, dont try to screw your customers over.

Have to wait 10 min in the car until the agent show up . Anther 10 min so he can add me to the system . Then will take 45 min for oil change and free rotation then promised by 11 I will be out 11:10 Im arching for him and he checked almost ready 20 min later he charging me double and when I ask he said we dont do rotation for free he had the coupon before we start and he didnot applied

Since David Maus sold everything lock, stock and barrel 4 years ago, customer service has deteriorated steadily. As soon as I resolve my current issues with my car, I will find another mechanic/dealer for our Toyota needs.
Much is left desired. Place needs a desperate upgrade. Feels dirty, worn down and dated decor. If you want to see a nice service area go to Fields Chrysler Jeep Dodge. Toyota needs to bring their A game to the service Dept. Employees are polite and service is good.

Bought a used car and 3 hours later had issues with A/C, we went back to the dealer where they directed us to go to the dealership that the car was still under warranty with, which was 50 mins away. So needless to say I wont be coming back to this dealership. Time is priceless and they wasted my time. A car shouldnt of had issues right after it was purchased, there is no excuses.
Salesperson I had an appointment with wasnt even scheduled to work that day and his substitute didnt even know about the special pricing or what I was looking for
Love them ! Our service Guy as always on Point with all our Concerns and never goes over board with selling or un necessary persuations to buy anything just to the point ! JIM STILMAN ! Thats why we love going to sanford Toyota ! The only problem we ever had was on the part of buying a new car we had one guy who was a total racist type guy assuming everything about someone with out even knowing or listening to the facts ! Bit i believe hes no longer with them ! And if he is i wont use him at all ! Im a PuertoRican veteran and i am proud to serve my country land of the free and equal opportunity but guys like him are the reason we are not united as Americans ! But he is one Bad apple amoung a group of Great guys who take care of all your needs ! Still will go there always !!! Thank_You Toyota !!

Make sure you ask lots of questions. Especially if you have a car on a hybrid platform which is all of them now. They definitely dont have the customers best interest in hand.
