Needed slip-on shoes to wear after upcoming shoulder surgery. Checked the sporting goods and apparel stores to no avail. Walked into Rack Room and had my choice of Adidas, Sketchers, Rockports, Sperry and a couple other brands. Found the right look, color and size and had a BOGO 50% off a 2nd pair. Rockports and Sketchers for $100. Good deal, easy shopping, staff was willing and friendly, good sélection. Worked for me.

Nice assortment of shoes. Didnt find what I was looking for, but the hubby and I plan on going back for a few pairs we saw.

Love them!! I got doc martens here for 80 dollars NOT on sale!!! Employees are also awesome, helpful and care about the customers! I got a buy 1 get one 50 present off and I got Vans for 30 bucks which is amazing!!! Im so happy I went here go here to if you want awesome shoes and good deals. I also like how they give you an honest opinion of what they think of the shoes not a fake one. Needless to say love the shoes! Love the service! Love the Employees! Usually hit or miss here...not a homerun today, but had bogo50%. Scored us each a pair of Nike kicks.

Bought a expensive pair of work boots and got a pair of tennis shoes for half off with the Buy one get one half off deal. Asked the clerk before buy the boots what their return policy is and she said you can return them for any reason when I went in to return the boots since they did not fit properly they said they could not return the boots since they were damaged and that they only accept returns on unworn shoes. The shoes were by no means damaged and had light dust on the soles from being worn for about 30 minutes. I couldnt find any other boots in the store that would work for me and I dont have the money to buy another pair from a different location but they wont give me my money back. I had no choice but to get another smaller sized pair of the same type of boots and just hope that they fit me properly. And to make matters worse if I choose to return the boots for store credit they will only give me half of what I paid for them since I got a pair of tennis shoes on sale with the purchase. I specifically asked about the return policy so I would know that I can return the boots if they did not fit properly. however I dont know how Im supposed to return boots that dont fit properly if I never get to wear them to see if they fit. the only reason I ever will come back to the store if to try to get my money back again if these boots dont work either. I really dont have much money and just wish more than anything that they could help me out to get my money back so I can get proper shoes for work. I dont understand how theyre aloud to sell me shoes that dont fit right and refuse to give me the money back so I can get better shoes because they dont have any others that would work.

This location has some of the most helpful and knowledgeable staff. The ladies at the register were able to give me an accurate run down on the differences of materials that boots were made of for men. I was shopping for my husband and he is very particular with his work boots and these ladies knew exactly what i needed based on preference and what I explained to them. I was very satisfied and my man was one happy camper with his new black timberlands. 😍😍😍 also they have a sale on buy 1 get one 50% off and a store rewards program that saved me the amount of tax i would have paid. I will say though, thoroughly check the shoes in box before purchase because I noticed scuffs on one pair and chose another fresh pair instead. All in all... 5 stars ☀☀☀☀☀

I love the store and the staff was very helpful and knowledge of the products in the store. However, the only draw back not of the store, but advertisement, the online product is not in the store according to what was told online. Overall I would patron at this store again and reccomened it.

Gone here before looking for shoes of course and they actually have a very nice selection I was able to find what I was looking for here versus going to all the other shoe stores so I will absolutely be going back to Rack room shoes especially when they have buy one get one 1/2 off by sales

Hard to find nice leather shoes. Everything in mens is Black, white, brown or grey, no assortment of color. If I do find something, they never have my size 9.5 or 10

Charged twice for 1 purchase! Darlene (called herself a manager) giving me a hard time about a refund for the additional charge!! If you shop there, keep close tabs on your bank account!!

Dishonest business practices. 1 star. Scummy place that will steal your money. If you have a problem with something and return it and bought anything else on sale with the purchase they will deduct the amount of money you saved on the original purchase from your refund amount. i.e If you buy 6 dollar heels and get 50 dollar nikes half off and the heels had a manufacturer defect when you bring the heels in they will say oh sorry the heels are worn you can exchange them for something else from here, we wont give you a refund since theyre worn and even if we did you would only get 35 dollars back for these 60 dollar heels because you got a good deal on those nikes when you bought these and we would rather have a little extra of your hard earned money than have a returning customer. We understand that you dont have to money to buy another pair of shoes but we dont care we need that money more than you even though we can get the manufacturer to issues us a credit for the product that youve brought back we will tell you the real reason is because they are unsellable even though we sell things in torn boxes

Went on to purchase four shoes before vacation, the last pair of shoes that I wanted so happened to have one foot on display that was dirty and wouldn’t be able to waitFor them to order another pair spoke with the manager at the time NATE to need to takeoff 10% off the shoes that was clearly dirty on the inside and had threading coming out of it, If he can give me At least 10% off because I was taking the show room model he replied he would clean the shoes in total I got a wet shoes with the Adidas sign stripping in the middle with no sort of discount and told me that it’s just policy very disappointed in these young manager
