The selection at this store is amazing! We had the Kimberly helping us and she is wonderful she paid close attention to exactly what we were looking for and help and assist to pick the right products! We will most definitely be back

I used to love them, now they are very rude and very over priced. I got a pack of hair from them that was 32.99 and the same hair in Greensboro on high point rd was 19.99. Ever since new management has came they are sorry!

I used to love going in K Discount years ago, it was gospel music playing. The atmosphere was pleasant. But now when I have visited there a few times, there are the two managers that are rude. Especially the man named Tony, lightskin dude. He has a very nasty attitude and a very smart mouth! He is flat out disrespectful! Especially when you ask his rude tail questions about hair or products. There were times he acted like he didnt want to help me when I wanted to know about products! I cant stand going in there while he is in there, he annoys me! And the Chinese lady manager there also extremely rude too, making people feel uncomfortable to even shop there!

They are good people losing a lot. Walking out the doors causing them to appear to be something they are not should be 8 stars rated. That how I feel.

11/3/20 is when I went to this store and I do not like the store at all if I was able to give no stars I would give them no stars matter fact I would give them a -50 they tell you in the store that you can buy products and return it back well I bought hair from this store and I bought too many I tried to return the ones I didn’t even open and they won’t even give me back my money they want to give me store credit which is unacceptable. I will not buy another product from the store again they are to money hungry and want to keep your money and just keep passing off their products on people and not do right and give people the money back I bought this item 2 days ago and I have my receipt and the hair is an opened it wasn’t used or opens at all and they won’t give me my money back I don’t want store credit I want my cash back and they won’t be giving it to me so I will never go to the store again and I will bash the store anywhere that I go because people need to know so they know to stay away from the store

My wife went into Kays today for some hair, for my cousin, and in this process, she picked up some oils and smelled them, and put them back down. After this she came outside to our car which was parked right in front of the store, and grab my debit card, to pay for the hair. In going back into the store the lady at the counter, accused my wife of stealing the oils. We called the Sanford Police department, and they came and watch the video, and proved my wife didnt take anything. Three policeman, said its not the first time this lady has accused, a black person of stealing. This was a embarrassing, moment for my wife and myself, and it will not go without some court proceedings. Myself and my wife will never sit foot back in this store ever, and we ask everyone to boycott her store and use other stores.

I absolutely love this place. They have a variety of everything you need. From hair care products, nail products, jewelry, and fragrance. As well as some fashion. The staff is super friendly every time I visit. Not like all the other hair stores where youre being followed while you shop. They always give you a 20% discount on your total when checking out. Best prices in Sanford NC. I feel Ill always be a customer there.

I liked the selection of different products. It doesnt hurt that you get a small discount on every vuisit.

My first time there today. They had the Adore brand dyes I needed. This is the ONLY shop in Sanford that carries Adore dyes. Great price and tons of shades, too. The store is huge but everything is organized well. I needed no help looking for what I needed. They were very friendly to me. Ill definitely keep coming back here!

Horrible customer service! Unexplained policies! Store credit was not honored or explained why. I went to purchase a wig. After finding 3 that I liked, I proceeded with the check out process. I had a store credit which was given prior to todays visit. Of course, I wanted to use my store credit. The communication process was very confusing but I think I was told I couldnt use the store credit due to the 20% off sale. I then said I will pay full price just so I can use my store credit. That wouldnt work either so I decided not to purchase the 3 wigs for $173. The owner was visibly upset at my choice. He then said that I would have to pay $0.50 for the stocking cap the attendant gave to try on the wigs. I didnt ask for the cap. She gave it to me and never said there was a fee associated! I paid for the cap anyways and left highly upset. Why give a store credit if youre not going to honor it? Please be mindful of their business practices before spending your hard earned money with people who obviously dont want to accommodate you.

Love K Discount!! Been going there for years. However upon going over the last few weeks Ive noticed that every time I go there the price of hair and hair related products are going up. Everything has increased by at least 1.50. So of there stuff is a bit over priced but its the best option unless you go to Hair Joy in Fayetteville. The ppl at K are very nice but the black ladies they hire as experts which are really sales ppl dont help nor do they know anything about the hair you need!!

If you know what your looking for,your doing good! If you have alot of questions, expect to spend more time there!

Kind and friendly people. Always ready to help but the price is kinda high but if you need it bad enough, you will pay for it. They normally have items in stock. I like going there.

I dont usuallt write bad reviews, or complain about a store or service, but they sold me a wig telling me it was half and half. I took it to cos class with me and everyone including the teacher told me it was synthetic. I NEEDED half and half if not human, and i expressed that to the worker helping me. Sure she 2as nice, but that is false advertisement. I didbt pay a lot but i want what i did pay back, because i cant even use this wig. Also the male manager was rude and i know several people who said they had been sold to under false advertisement.
