Trying my level best to contact them and keep writing email for payment they took almost 2 months back at the CES Vegas and no equipment has been shipped yet

Wife purchased the vibration therapy dual motor model for me at a beauty show in July. Move to new home in Oct and noticed one of the rear wheel had split in half. Have sent emails and called. Spoke to one person a few weeks ago and stated someone would get back to me. Nothing as of yet
