Was very disappointed with the overall service and follow through of this business, and specifically Martha. I worked with Martha to get our Quartz installed. The initial setup went great. However, there was one piece missing under the coffee counter (the quartz skirt) to complete the look. For over 5 months I was promised that somebody would come out to install the piece. No one did. I kept getting promises and dates... but nothing. I would not recommend this place as the customer service and follow through is not good, sadly. I really wanted to like it and do more business too.

A really big warehouse of cabinets, rugs, tiles and lots more. A great place to shop for your home remodel! The staff was very helpful and friendly and they’ve got some great deals on tile. They had a big selection of countertops in all different prices.

They were wonderful despite all of the changes we made during our renovation, they worked with us, gave us great rates. All around perfection.

Certain were here about twice a week! Great customer service, excellent deals and the variety of materials they have is truly phenomenal.If you are in central Florida and are looking to make renovations this is certainly the place to stock up.

So I went in today...found a vanity top that I wanted, go to the register pay 380$ then she goes to get it it was not in stock...so she charged me for something she didnt even have...calls her Altamonte store they have a few... i opted for them to deliver to the sanford store same day delivery...she even said he would send me 3 pics so I can pic which one I wanted....none of this happened...i called 3x spoke to them they reassured me that they would send the pics and deliver my vanity top today ...they are now closed...this is a shady way to do business...i want a refund and will never go there again!! Update: went in and she refunded my money very nice and very apologetic changed 1 star to 3

I will never buy from this place again I spend over 5k a month with them and they charge me a restocking fee. I went to buy 2 white cabinets so I did when I got to the customers house there where grey not white so they made the mistake and then they didn’t want to give me what I paid for them back so they charge me 150 restocking fee . I will tell all my contractors not to buy from them very bad customer service.

Despite the negative reviews I read before heading over to Soni Interiors (recommended by 2 friends) I had a great experience as a consumer. Sergio was very helpful and friendly. The prices are GREAT. Find designer tile and flooring for LESS. They have kitchen and bathroom cabinets and tops. Its well worth a look. Wear shorts, it can be a bit warm if you are in there for a while. I am headed there today for my 3rd time in a month.

Crooked man. He bid the job, and promised install within 7 days, then no call no showed. The date was very important. I went in the store the day after the install since they missed the window before people moved into the house. They then charged me $1000 for restocking! THEY PROMISED A DATE -NEVER SHOWED AND THEN CHARGED ME $1000! CROOKS!

However, when youre at the bathroom, cabinet, countertop, and flooring phase, you should really give Soni Interiors a try.Its a warehouse, in Florida, so come dressed appropriately, but once inside, youll find it easy to navigate, especially with the help of one of their salespeople. Theres no hustle, no pressure, just friendly help and advice. And with their package deals, you can walk away feeling like you came out far better than anywhere else.This morning, I spent less than a hour inside, and I walked out with four beautiful, custom vanities WITH stone tops for far less than I wouldve paid elsewhere. Feel free to go yourself and check my math.I also received advice on flooring and bath tiling, and while Im not there yet, I now have a much clearer direction in what I want to see as a finished product.In short, Ill be back, as often as my renovations allow, and I will feel good knowing that I was taken care of by a local business who cares about their customers. In todays world, that should count for something extra.

Soni is a very disrespectful, dishonest, and unprofessional business owner. We purchased flooring, baseboards, new cabinets, and a slab of granite, which turned out to be marble when he said it was granite.He misrepresented his prices and the availability of the correct products. He then attempted to force us to change from our original cabinets. When we spoke on the phone he yelled and screamed on the phone. He went on to tell me about how many commercial properties he owned because he knows that I’m a realtor. I’m surprised that he’s still in business. I returned the lower quality granite(marble) and purchased from another wholesaler for cheaper and for less labor.I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone as his business practices are very unprofessional and unethical.I must say that the installer was very good and professional and his craftsmanship was superb. The customer service staff were friendly and helpful.

Would give zero stars if I could. When given the wrong color sink i was charged a $150 restocking fee when I refused the order. Had not left their warehouse, so there was nothing to restock . Very disrespectful employees. Arguing with customers on the floor is not good business.

Owner agreed to price for 60 inch bath vanity. Came back next day to pick up and he refused to sell at the agreed price. He was upset that I did not purchase the cabinet when he offered it at that price, so he stubbornly REFUSED to sell to me. VERY SCHETCHY BUSINESMAN

This is my second experience with the company. The first was about 15 years ago when they first opened. I will never shop here again! I bought laminate flooring and paid $1500 for installation. We discussed I had the floor they originally put in and I was told instal would include everything! So the day before install I received a phone call letting me know that the installer needed $250 to remove old flooring!? I reminded them of our conversation when I bought the floor but it got me nowhere. I paid the extra direct to the installer as I was told to do. Then when it was time for quarter round and door entry pieces to be purchased and put on the floors again it cost more plus I need to pay for glue, caulking so again $145 more!! When installer was done he said he needed a note to bring back to the shop so he could get paid his percentage? I inquired and was told he only gets between 50-60% of the $1500 I paid to install!! WHAT?? So I just paid an additional $400 for surprise costs and the money I paid to install is partially kept by the company owner! Never again they are dishonest, shady, never returning phone calls, rude and crooks!

I have been coming here for a while and there is literally ALWAYS PRICING GAMES! The owner is always trying to change the story and prices.Place use to be decent when run by the son. Will not give them another chance..

Terrible customer service and terrible pricing on products. The owner Soni has no problems yelling at his customers and being disrespectful. They offer no competitive pricing, no return customer discounts, no knowledge of the products, they legitimately offer nothing here. Just a bad attitude and over priced products. Just go to Professional Flooring instead, or any other flooring business, because this one probably doesnt have what you are looking for. I will never be returning to this location again.

Purchased flooring for my house including stairs in February 2013. We were happy with the service at the time and they were very nice. Unfortunately, our shipment came with dinged up flooring, some even wet. The stair noses had scratches and some were even missing. My wife called up and spoke to the owners son, Amit, who promised hed take care of it if we accepted shipping. I took them at their word. I was told month after month that the floor was in china and was arriving soon. Nobody ever calls back. I call nearly every Friday and can never reach anyone of consequence. Its October now. My flooring is still incomplete. I have been very patient, courteous, and willing to work with them in every way, but I can no longer deny that as they promised one thing,once you leave the business, they will be hard to reach for customer service. The material is not bad for the money, my only suggestion would be to make sure you can leave and inspect everything you get before you pay.

It has been a while since i bought my carpet from this place. Jusy wanted to say it was a bery good experience. They haf people who can out and istalled everthing. They did a great job. I am still pleased with the out come. I was in there the other day looking for bathroom tile.

Remodeling a home is very stressful, I went to several interior places but none were as helpful as Soni Interiors. Not only did they did beat the competitors pricing, they also helped me pick out all my flooring, cabinets, counter tops, vanities, and even the knobs. The customer service was outstanding. I will definitely use them again for my next project.

Bought 900 Sq. Ft of their new wood look porcelain tile. Was special ordered and shipped within a few days. Half the price of other wood look tiles I have seen elsewhere. VERY SATISFIED WITH PRODUCT AND SERVICE! WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYBODY!

My husband and I just completed a gut-rehab on a little house we purchased. We decided to move into it ourselves so wanted unique style to make the 1000 sq ft look bigger and different from the current Florida homes. We happened on Soni Interiors in Altamonte and found the perfect floor tile! Then we found the Sanford warehouse which was this remodelers dream come true. One has to wait for service, but it is worth it. Also, they have been good about taking returns of full box overages.

Wow!! I am so impressed! They have a very very wide selection of everything plus with fantastic prices. About 3.5 years ago I had bought 3 rooms worth of wood flooring from them and no one could beat the quality for the price. They look just as new and great today!! I just now went in for a vanity countertop. I know where Ill be going for my kitchen countertops when I am ready.

No customer service at all. Came in to purchase a kitchen island. Owners were sitting down chatting. The front desk lady told them I needed help and they didn’t even move and I was told to wait. I was the only customer in the store by the way. I wait for about 20 min and nobody came in to help. I walked towards the exit and the owner was standing right there and I decided to give it a try and explained him exactly was a was looking for and he only showed me 2 cabinets that didn’t match anything of what I said. It was an absolutely waste of time.

The customer service with this company was very accomadating. I will definitely use them for other projects in the future. I highly recommend Soni Interiors.

Wow a huge warehouse full of floor and wall tiles, wood flooring, bathroom vanities, marble and granite. We had broken a piece of backsplash and they were able to sell me one that matched.

The staff has no business sense whatsoever. Employees are not properly trained. When you pay with cash it is stapled to an invoice and you dont get back your change!! The service is terrible and I dont know how there still in business. I dont know where they come from but they should go back!!!

I bought my granite from Soni Interiors. They sent over Marlon from Brothers Stone from Ocoee. The job was horrific. Called management several times with no response from them. They do not back their work and I found out that the company they sent out to do my granite Brothers Stone has an inactive florida license! Would not recommend either one of the companies.

Bought several kitchens over there, kitchens are not always in stock, so they fill up the order with cabinets that we need to adjust and tell that later when it is already loaded in our car. did very difficult with exchange of 2 cabinets. charged us 20% stocking fee for exhange in 2 days!!! never again! but .... I have to thank them for not appreciating their customers.... found way better deals elsewhere!

Buyers be-aware. If you do not pay attention. You will be sold and charged for materials you do not need or never even receive.Mr. Soni himself told me when I worked for him for a short period of time that customers are ignorant and you can charge them for extra installation space. (Side not he did NOT pay me for the time I worked at soni interiors)Poor business practices used to take advantage of unsuspecting customers.

Contacted Mandy 06/20, 06/26, 07/18, 07/2017, requesting credit for returned cabinet pullouts (returned 6/13/17) with no response. sent CM/RRR 08/24/17. No response. called Mandy who stated she knew nothing about the CM/RRR & suggested I call Amit. She had also changed locations so she could not help me. called Sanford location on 10/03/17 left message with Nick for Amit, the owner, to call back. No response. Contacted BBB 10/06/2017. Received credit 10/13/17. had also requested cabinet door bumpers & touch up paint for nicks on cabinets Soni installed - still havent seen those. The cabinets we ordered & had installed are not as deep as those you can get in Lowes/Home Depot or custom. Most are not deep enough for a regular dinner plate - I have 1 corner cabinet for dishes.

Horrible customer service, quality or product, and orgqnization. used them for a kitchen remodel: base cabinets, wall cabinets, granite countertops, and tile. They measured the kitchen wrong and left out a permenant appliance. Had to fabricate several aspects of the base cabinets for said unaccounted for appliance. 4 times we went from leesburg to sanford and back to give back the wrong cabinets and receive new ones to find out that we were given the wrong cabinets again... Was repeatedly told by their cabinet specialist that this was not their fault it was this person or that persons fault and would not listen to anything that was said by us. Was very difficult to work with and rude. Received 2 entirely different pieces if granite for 1 countertop, so had a seem, showed them the pieces we had cut due to cutting to size and brought them to the warehouse. They argued with us for 45 minutes stating that it is natural stone and it is impossible to find 2 pieces that look the same. Yet when we searched the warehouse we found only 3 remaining slabs of this granite left. but yet all 3 were, impossibly simular, pieces of granite that matched the peice we had almost perfectly. After confronting them and showing them the wrong color granite piece we brought with us they said that is not a noticeable color difference and is perfectly normal. They even said that though there may be other granite pieces that matched better, it is not THEIR responsesabilty to find 2 pieces that are a close match!!!After all this we were also told that they did not have all the correct sized wall cabinets we needed to put up crown molding and were going to be given taller wall cabinets. Yet they still didnt have all the right sizes in Stock at that time for said taller cabinets and gave us 2 cabinets we personally needed to cut to size. And yet true to form they, gave us wrong sized cabinets again and had to make yet another trip to the warehouse as they refused to deliver the new pieces needed. Almost all the cabinets did not come with the appropriate stews and clips needed to properly assemble them and we had to improvise, most were previously opened and assembled then disassembled and put back in the box then sold to us. Some were the wrong stain color and had to be returned, and replaced. Overall horrible service, had no pride in their quality of product or service provided and about flat out refused to fix mistakes. Eventually we did get the correct color granite slab after we had to personally load the wrong colored one and drive it all the way back to the warehouse in Sanford to have the right one loaded and drive that back to leesburg and personally unload it and install. Waste of money and time, this project was for a retirement home that needed their kitchen and was for the duration of work ordering food and having to drive to the grocery store 3 times daily to provide fresh food that did not need cooking. A 7 day project at the most took 15 days due to all the problems with this company. will never recommend this company and will continue to persuade people to look elsewhere

We had to remodel our kitchen due to Hurricane Matthew. We met with Robin at the Altamonte location. This was her first kitchen remodel. She did a great job with measurements and design. I was quoted a total inclusive price. It was realized afterwards that hardware had not been included. Amit kindly gave it to us for free. Since Soni didnt have the Espresso Shaker cabinets available, they ordered from an outside company Y.O.U. cabinets. When the cabibets were delivered they were the wrong color ( lighter ) and the wrong style. Amit stepped up and said we could keep these cabinets ( which we were told were better quality ) or we could wait for new ones in 2 weeks. As we have been overwhelmed with this reno we decided to just keep them. Soni also ordered a replacement door as one sent from Y.O.U. didnt fit correctly. Amit also refunded us 10% of the cabinet price we paid AND gave us free backsplash. We had to chose different countertops ( from white quartz to a colorful granite ). We did have issues with the granite installer asking my husband to help install as his guy was sick, not communicating and showing up 2.5 hours late for the install. He also dinged one of the cabinets ( which Soni will take care of ). The cabinets and countertops are now in and it looks great. I cant wait to get the backsplash in. I gave 4 stars as eben though there have been some serious issues, Amit, Robin and Mandy stepped up to rectify them and make sure we were happy. In addition, we purchased flooring from Soni that we just love.

The owners are jerks, not allowed to ask questions, try to force you into buying items that you do not want, will lie about the items they are selling. If I could leave a zero star rating I would, stay away. If you think your getting a discount you are wrong!

Owner called my husband in for interview and it was the worse. He gave attitude as well as scolding an employee at the top of his lungs cursing. He made my husband work and didnt pay him. The manager acts like the customers are beneath him. Family owned business, felix will also bully his employees. Employees were afraid of owners threats.

This trash company busted up my walls during install and scratched paint off my Newley painted wall. The granite did not meet the original length as the old countertops and that makes me off and now i have to repaint the spots. The crew busted up my molding under the old countertops that were nice with good paint and when the new granite was installed the molding was GLUED to the grainite and wall, the bad part about it is that you can still see the glue. It doesnt even look nice anymore. This company needs to go out of business. With the work they put into my kitchen, they damaged the walls, paint, and even my new appliances i bought for my new home. DONT WORK WITH SONIS INTERIOR!!! PERIOD.

I bought my kitchen cabinets in this place! BIG ERROR! The doors of the cabinets it has some bubbles on it, the material was peeling off, poor quality. I spoke with Martha Vasquez several times, I wait for weeks and she promise me to give me new doors. She told me the first time that she have there so I went there and nothing. Then I went a second time and she give me just one door and that door it has bubbles too. She promise me over and over again that she is going to fix that problem. I call her she don’t answer only lies and more lies. Its being two months since the problem started and still nothing. Please find another place! Pay a little extra and avoid dealing with all this drama.Buy my kitchen cabinets in this place !! It was a big mistake. In a short time the material of the doors began to lift. I spoke with Martha Vasquez, she promised to give me new doors. It has been two months of calling her every day to come in behind her and simply for nothing. I went there twice, the first time she tells me that she already has the doors for me, I went there and since Martha was not there, they did not give them to me. The second time I went and there was only one damaged door as well with bubbles as the material was lifting. She promised me that the other week they would fix me but that week they have turned into two months and still nothing! Please invest a little more in another place but better quality and above all peace of mind with these people you cannot do business.
