We recently moved offices to Longwood. And FastSigns was QUICK to get back to us. We emailed out to several companies and they responded back immediately.Every step of the way was easy for us. We wanted to design our own signs and lettering etc, and they accommodated exactly what we wanted.For future sign needs we will definitely only use them.

Fastsigns was originally commissioned by the dealer to wrap my street legal UTV. In addition to an absolutely horrible wrap job there were also several delays and holdups with the material ordering itself…I don’t necessarily blame Fastsigns for that portion of the equation but it did add to some of the initial frustration going into all this, it took months just to get the material in. So after waiting a couple months to even get the material in you can imagine how disappointed I was when I saw the final result of the job they did. It was literally the worst wrap job I have ever seen on anything! Completely amateur looking in every way, I’m honestly not even certain how good the quality of the material was either after looking at it more closely. I picked up my vehicle at the dealership on a Saturday so I had to wait until Monday to make Fastsigns aware of my dissatisfaction. The dealer got a hold of the owner of Fastsigns and there was an agreement to meet with them and the “installer” on that Monday to discuss….I of course wanted to be present as well. When I got there the installer was already walking around the vehicle with the dealer. As I walked around pointing out all of the issues the installer told me that he would “fix” all of the areas of concern. I said there is no way to “fix” this, it was all piece-mealed together very poorly. As far as I was concerned there were only 2 options….remove the film and re-do it or remove the film and return my money so I could go elsewhere. At that point the manager of Fastsigns came out as well, as I pointed out all of the issues she just stood there not acknowledging anything I was saying other than supporting the “fix” idea from the installer. I didn’t get it, it was so obvious how bad this job was and she was still standing there completely unapologetic about it. At the end of the day they refunded my money but I guess what rubbed me the wrong way was how obviously terrible this job was yet I had to sit there and point everything out just to justify what I was saying. Horrible attention to detail, poor craftsmanship and just a bad overall attitude and response by the management in my opinion. I can’t speak to the quality of any of their other work but if my experience with the wrapping of my UTV is any indication of how they work in general I would steer clear completely. I have included photos of the job, these are just some of the details...there were far more.

Fast Signs has been wonderful. We have different types of signs printed (large metal signs and smaller yard sign types). The large metal signs printed for work to put out on our properties look great and hold up in the weather. The smaller yard sale type signs are always eye catching and work great for advertising our camps. The staff at Fast Signs are professional and very helpful. I have been working with Courtney and she is always prompt in her response, getting us our proofs and delivering the product in a timely manner.

The sign itself was excellent quality and I am very happy with it. However, I paid $210 for the installation because I live out of town, and when I went to check on my property just over a couple years later, I noticed the sign was crooked. When I tried to straighten it, I discovered that it was never cemented into place. When I called about it, they said that it was a temporary sign so they didn’t cement it in. I stated that it wasn’t a temporary sign at all. In fact, it was a $387 sign. I wish I could attach a picture to this review because I’m sure you would agree that this definitely did not look temporary. It was a high quality, wood-like texture sign with forest green coloring outlined with a beautiful border on a sturdy matching squared wooden post, the kind you would see in a high class country club community, and it simply stated, “Private Property” with the “SP” symbol at the top to represent the development my property is in.I can’t imagine how they assumed this was meant to be temporary. I would suggest you make sure you understand what kind of installation you are getting. I would not have left a less than perfect review if they had offered to come and cement the sign in when I called. But, I was told that because it had been so long since the installation was done that I would have to pay for it to be reinstalled.I just went to Home Depot and got the cement and cemented it in myself while I was in town.

Original review: I gave FastSigns five stars, not just because they do high quality work fast, but also because when I messed up, they did everything they could to help fix my error. Their staff has so much patience in helping me figure out what I need, what can and cannot be done, and helping me with the options you provide.

They make signs fast. And the prices very competitive as well. Would recommend to anyone.

Working with Amanda and Brittany was great. They were helpful, accommodating and flexible to our needs. While it may be cheaper to purchase a sign or banner on-line, having the one-on-one service and feedback, proved to be invaluable. Not having all of the tier 1 illustrating software to make our advertising and sponsors look top notch, I was able to provide a PowerPoint slide with my ideas, and they literally brought them to life. Submitting a pdf or ppt via an internet banner company would have resulted in pixelated images and a disappointing display, but FASTSIGNS literally saved the day. Well worth the extra time for the concierge service. Kudos to you ladies!

Fast signs in Sanford did not do a good job, the window film is peeling on all the edges after one yr. and it is milky white so you can barely see out the window in the back which is a safety hazard. I asked them to replace it and I received a email telling me to they would put clear tape around the edges . What a ridiculous answer . I will never go to them again for anything. The Owner would not even fix the defective film on my car.
