This is the cleanest most professional automotive repair shop I have ever been in. They had a Ferrari sitting in the immaculate garage,so I thought they would be super expensive, but I was desperate. They were reasonable efficient and fixed items other shops had missed on my mustang. Although they are way out of my way I might make the drive in the future. A honest shop and an owner that truly cares is hard to find.You wont be disappointed I feel like I could personally guarantee that.

This place was amazing. I took my wife’s car to Massey Cadillac while it had a warranty and they never fixed the main issue. The warranty ran out and they wanted to charge $1,500 just to look for the issue. So glad I came to Paris. They ran several diagnostics and immediately found and fixed the issue. I definitely will be back. The entire process was professional. Howard was extremely professional and helpful

I have been finding myself coming to Mikes shop over and over again on all occasions relating to vehicle maintenance and repair on 4 different vehicles. The quality work delivered at Paris Automotive is second to none, and I cannot recommend this shop enough to friends, coworkers, and anyone else I know! If the problem exists, Mike can fix it, and he is always more than willing to walk you all the way through the process, giving many informative tips along the way. If school could have gotten through the amount of knowledge in such a small amount of time as Mike could crash course you in, I would be an engineer by now. Time and time again I find the process pain-free and pleasant from start to finish. The work they do over there is well worth it, and you dont have to worry about an issue resurfacing once theyve touched it. My only regret is that its taken me this long to give Mikes shop its well deserved 5 star review, they are some of the most professional and supportive people in the business!

Best Mechanic! I will only take my cars to Mike. Ive gone to other places where my vehicle has been misdiagnosed and/or over charged. Mike pretty much gives me a crash course of whats going on w my car. He has a lot of knowledge and is great. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

Mike is the best. Ive been having problems with a Mini Cooper throwing air bag and seat belt fault codes. In the process of attempting to correct the issue myself, the foot-well module went bad and the car became virtually unusable and a safety hazard. Took it to Mikes shop and he confirmed the mat sensor and foot-well module needed to be replaced. Instead of charging me for this (which would have been close to 3k), he mentioned both were covered under an extended warranty due to recalls. The Mini dealership corrected the issues free of charge. Thanks Mike!

Awesome job done on my SBC! They worked out several issues in my project build to help me get it finished and now ON THE ROAD! They can even do work on carburetors, tuning too. They made me a customer for life.

Very clean shop! The owner and technicians are very professional and easy to work with. The shop was highly reccomeded to me, so I brought in my Suburban for a major oil leak. They took photos of exactly where the leak originated and easily explained the process of fixing it. Excellent quality auto repair, way better than the dealer.

I have been taking my BMW for repair and diagnostic repair to Mike and Howard Auto shop for past five years. They do have excellent diagnostic and re-programming knowledge, honest and fair price. I highly recommend them and give them a try you will be glad you did because its a facts from a happy and satisfy repeated customer.
