Called for a tow for my car on the side of the road. Woman who answered the phone (candy?) was super nice and quickly took my info. John showed up in less than 15 minutes, and was super personable and professional. He carefully winched my lowered car onto the flatbed, being extra careful not to scrape the lip. Drove me to the dealership along with my car, had a nice chat, super cool dude. Great price, great and fast service, easy from start to finish. Would definitely call again.

I bought a car and had it towed from Sanford to the Cary area by this towing service to my job. After I had time to go to my vehicle I noticed two different things about my car and now they won’t answer anything about what happened!They keep giving me the run around about having the owner contact me but he doesn’t! Terrible professionalism and I would not recommend it! An ongoing matter

The truck driver did a 360 degree with the massive tow truck and messed up the ground. The lady came and took pictures but nothing is been done yet. I called and she said that her Boss was out of town. Really like we dont have cell phones. Still waiting and from the way she spoke my hopes are very low. Hard to function when people are not clear with their words

One of our guys Martins Electric is out of town doing work and locked his keys in his truck. The lady on the phone told me it would be 30 minutes or less for them to come out. It did not even take that long and they were super fast about getting it unlocked.A very professional place and the lady was really nice on the phone!

Driver was really nice and took extra measures to make sure my car didnt scrape the ground while being pulled into the truck. I appreciate the extra effort involved in taking care of the cars and the customers. I cant speak for the price, because I have no baseline, but it wasnt terribly expensive. I recommend this company.

Called to get a tow. Was told they were coming. They never showed up and refused to answer the phone after they didnt show. Dont recommend this company to anyone. Had to call another company to come help me.

We broke down roughly 30 miles away from our house (and about 32 miles away from Paradise Towing). We called and requested for someone to come tow us on a Sunday, and within about an hour even with high call volumes they were out and getting us taken care of. Louis was friendly, helpful, and provided excellent customer service. All that and the price was more than fair given our situation. Would absolutely recommend them if youre in a pinch or otherwise in need of assistance!

Our staff is well trained, and we take pride in being courteous and respectful to our customers.Driver pulls up and the first thing he says Jimmy is pissed not how are you are you ok after telling Jimmy that my husband was in an accident. The driver continues to argue that we didnt verify we were needing a tow in a ditch. After details were explained at he time of call in, then calls my husband a liar. Very unprofessional And I dont think they live up to their quote!!!

As a woman I recommend never using this company. I was talked down to by the old lady who works the office, but when a man came in she turned the charm on and became friendly and flirty. Very disgusting and unprofessional.

I was stranded with a flat tire on the side of the road at 5:40 AM. I contacted Paradise Towing because it advertises as a 24 hour towing and recovery service. I was told they were closed and didnt have any trucks on the road. As a woman, being stranded in the dark is very scary and unfortunate. It shouldn’t be advertised as 24 hour service if you cant meet the needs 24 hours.

Don’t call the number early in the morning. The lady is rude because you woke her up. Don’t put open 24 hours if you are going to have an attitude at 9am. I’ll be using a more professional company that actually wants peoples business from now on.

At approximately 6:35pm 3/31/19 i was in attendance at my fathers birthday get together at my grandmothers house in Apex off of Holly Springs Rd. My fathers friend had parked near the road where people usually park as there are no posted signs saying not to. when i was leaving i noticed a tow truck backing up to my fathers friends 4x4 Sileravdo and quickly informed him. He walked down to see why his truck was in the process of being towed.The driver had no answer for my dads friend except that he was looking for a 2500...CLEARLY the vehicle he was attempting to hook up and take away was NOT a 2500, but was going to take it anyway. However when he was confronted he drove away. It seemed REALLY shady to us all, thank goodness i saw this guy before my fathers friend was without his truck to get home and have to pay several hundred dollars to get it back over situation where he did NOTHING wrong! if this has happened to anyone else PLEASE take a moment and post your story. i have a feeling this is not the first time this company has towed or tried to tow a vehicle for no reason.

The office staff is very rude, Kim is very moody. The drivers are great. I noticed when I read the reviews. Kim posted a bogus review about the company, what else are they hiding.

Best customer service Ive ever had. Our SUV was towed before we could change the starter. When we finally could afford to get it out we were told that we couldnt put the starter on it on their property due to insurance restrictions. The owner came out and asked us what was wrong and we explained our situation to him and he asked if we had the new starter with youUs, which we did and hook took it and had his mechanic install the starter for us. The owner commented to me that he wouldnt want to make a bad situation worse. Thank you.
