Considering I was a walk in, being in and out after an hour is pretty fast. However, my car has over a 100,000 miles and they didnt ask if I wanted better oil, which I did. I appreciate that a basic oil change costs about $30 but now Ill have to change my oil again at 3000 mi instead of 5000. They missed the opportunity to make more money.

They are honest, hard working, and friendly individuals.. The staff at meineke worked really hard to make sure my husbands car was in top working order. We had got a quote for Brakes rotors and labor from another company and it was $269 more than what Meineke quoted us. So best service ever!

Went for an inspection failed me wanted me to buy all this stuff. Went down the road they said my car was fine and passed it. Crooked people wont ever go back for anything.

I was joy riding through the town and stumbled upon this facility. I knew I needed a state inspection so I said let me give them a shot to see how their customer service is. From the time I walked into the shop, I was pleasantly greeted. I was asked if this was my first time at the facility and from that point was welcomed as a new customer. Since they were so pleasant, I decided to get an oil change there as well. Awesome service and great prices for the services performed on my vehicle. Certainly will be returning for all my vehicles needs.

This place is awesome. Extremely friendly staff(especially their manager). She is so fun and her personality is great. The actual mechanics are great too. They get the job done in a timely manner and also at a great price!! They don’t try and tell stuff needs to be done when it really doesn’t! They are honest and loyal!

Everyone was really great, and considering they were shorthanded, they were able to service my vehicle in a timely manner!What I liked best, is that they let me know what my total amount (including taxes) was going to be, before they even got started! Dropped in to make an appointment for an oil change and they were able to take me within 10 minutes. Included new filter, 5 qts of oil, tire rotation and pressure check. My lucky day because I received a ten dollar discount! Most importantly while they did the 35 point inspection they noticed my serpentine belt was cracked. Gave me an estimate which I was good with and took only another 30 minutes to complete. Every one was very pleasant and the lady at the counter exceptional!

Yesterday was my first time ever going to the small yet very helpful auto shop. I wasn’t too sure of how things would go, but I was referenced there by someone a couple of months ago and it took faster than any other place I have ever been to to not only change my oil, but to also refill my wiper fluid. In the price was even better to my complete shock I might go there to get my tires changed sooner than later, because they gave me a heads up about it. I am actually really glad that I went there otherwise, who knows where I would be as of today

I had a leak from the oil plug due to a service problem at another business. Meineke repaired the problem and changed the oil since it had to be drained to correct the issue. They were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and quick. (I had an appointment.)

This was my wife and Is first time going here since we will be moving to Sanford in the next week. The owners are nice and welcoming, and even though one may not be happy with what is found on a vehicle (who is), the service man was honest, helpful, and very thorough with our vehicle. Very pleased with the cost of brakes and sensors for my Audi S5 however, the technician who performed the service was awful! I asked him questions about the service he provided on my brakes and he replied with a nasty tone and looked at me as if I was bothering him. It shocked me to my core! Ive never experienced anything like this before. I didnt say anything but I wont be coming back to that Meineke.

I have used Rick and his time for over a year on both of my vehicles. There are times I dont like hearing what they share about what needs to be done, but they are honest and dependable. When I walk in they greet me by my first name, which means a lot. I was having problems with my air conditioner going from hot to cold. This was the second place I have been to that day and they were able to figure out my problem. It was also my first time visiting and they were very professional, attentive and kind and got the job done. I will be back again

It was a walk-in for me not knowing what to expect! 1st the two ladies at the front desk was very welcoming. They both made me feel very comfortable walking in and leaving my car there. I normally avoid taking my vehicle to any shop as they are all known to be ripoffs, and this visit was no exception. The owner of this Meineke took a brand new part off my vehicle, replaced it with a cheaper one, and charged me 100% markup on not only that part, but every part he used.When I called to complain about this charge (that I wasnt made aware of ahead of time), he talked down to me, blamed me for every problem, and made up more lies than I can count that contradicted each other. For example: the part in question, according to the owner, was both too tight and too loose and therefore needed to be replaced with a cheaper one.He refused to apologize or offer a refund and instead became hysterical over the phone so I had to hang up.

I highly recommend this place. Ive had previous encounters with mechanics trying to rip me off because I am a female and assume I am ignorant. Ive never experience that here before they have always been honest. My car is always ready in a timely manner. The prices have always been affordable. Overall great service and customer service.

Love the whole crew. Waiting for an oil change with little ones is always a challenge. The crew in the waiting room always go above and beyond to keep my kids entertained.(changing tv stations-giving them things to color-engages them in conversations-etc) The service is also quick and well done. Never any complaints.

I went to get my tires put on, balanced, and aligned and they did a good job just wish I hadn’t have had to wait so long, it was a little last minute but they said i could come in because they had free time but i was there nearly 2 hours i think

The Sanford, NC location has GREAT customer service as soon as you enter the front door. The front desk reps and management are very friendly, polite, and very knowledgeable about their business. The other employees are also very knowledgeable in their trade. I have had major work performed, on my GMC Envoy, plus an oil change and yearly inspection. I would definitely refer others to them. This is the place to go for your vehicle needs!!!!

I was having a major issue with an oil leak in my 4runner. I had it at another local shop who basically robbed me of two weeks and a lot of money. I took it to Meineke from a recommendation, and within 30 minutes they called me and knew exactly what the problem was.Didnt have any issues after the work was completed within 1 day (and most of that was waiting on the part). On top of that, the pricing was extremely fair and I felt like I could trust the folks working there.Would highly recommend.

I love coming to this shop for my basic car needs. They are always friendly, professional, and reasonably priced. More than anything, they are trustworthy. I don’t go to anyone else anymore.

While I do wish they were wearing masks, which they were not, the people here are incredibly polite, welcoming, and efficient. They had my car in and out for an oil change within 25 minutes. One of the mechanics saw my fiancé and I standing outside and even brought a bench out from the garage for us to sit in. I used to live in the area until recently, so it was a nice reminder of the kind of small town hospitality Sanford has to offer.

I went here on a last minute decision because my personal mechanic closed on Saturday. I was looking into purchasing a used vehicle and obviously wanted it checked out first. From the time I called, to the time I left, I felt completely safe in knowing I made the right decision. They were so helpful over the phone, so personable while I was there, nice in dealing with my small child, answered my 100 questions with no hesitation or upsetting. I love this shop in Sanford. I wouldnt take my car anywhere else. I drive 25 minutes to get there. Everyone is very professional, while treating their customers like family.

I called Meineke Car Care Center from Buxtons Fab & Dab (local welding and fabrication shop) when my battery died to check for availability on an Interstate battery with part number MT-65. Fortunately they had one in stock. When I arrived the employees were fast, courteous and polite. Within about 10-15 minutes I was on my way.

They were quick, transparent, and efficient. The mechanic and manager explained everything that was wrong with my brakes from the rotors to the calipers and how it was repaired. Made an appointment for 12:15, showed up and the doors were locked. Called several times, and waited until 12:45 before leaving. I’m guessing it was lunch break but they shouldn’t have that as a time slot then.

They were quick. The cost was exaxtly what theu said it would bs.They did not try to upsell me other products. Staff was friendly. I am definitely going back.

Called in to have my front brakes fixed around 8am. Needed to have them fixed same day and they squeezed me in. I brought all the parts needed for the fix, so I paid for just the labor. They were extremely friendly and mechanics know what they’re doing. Will deffinetly return when I have a job that needs fixing when I cannot do it!

I went to get a used car inspection. They found $2800 worth of repairs. They said it all needed to be done for the car to operate safely. When my regular mechanic got back in town, he checked it out. Found $120 worth of repairs. Meinke was going to replace year old parts and pull apart things that didnt need to be done. Owners were very nice and seemed so sincere. Dont let that fool you. It did me. Will never return.
