Let me first say I typically do my own repair work, but when I know my limits I have to reach out for help. Well that reach out was to Jimmy Kellam Towing. And I was extremely pleased with this establishment. Very professional service, they met the repair schedule as they said they would, corrected my problem and it was cheaper than I imagined. I highly recommend them!

Went in for an oil change and left with a busted radiator. Horrible place. Will never be going back. Also was told an oil change would be $30 and had to pay $51?! Thats ridiculous. And wasnt told until after it was done. So I had to pay.

Had some very expensive repairs done on my work van. Went to pick it up and waited 45mins for them to bring it around to us, come to find out the battery was dead and they didnt bother to tell us that was the issue. Went to go to work the next morning and guess what, Dead battery! Before we even pulled out of there lot there was oil leaking heavily from somewhere, and they said it could be a couple week of they fix the oil leak, mind you after they just got paid over $1000! Also my ac didnt work anymore, so basically they repaired 1 problem but caused many more which of course they were not going to admit that! God forbid they fix there own mistakes!!

I am a 67 year old, 45 years of government service disabled veteran. I have been a customer for more than 3 years paying many hundreds of dollars to JK Towing in Sanford. I called ahead of time to ensure they would take a personal check from USAA for over $2000.00. They said yes until I showed up then acted as if I was at fault and tried to tell me what I should have done. Obviously, they dont care about returning customers that have been loyal in the past using their services. Its not people they care about, its money. If they had told me when I called only cash or credit card, I would have complied and it would have prevented this issue, but they gave me false information that changed my opinion of trust and integrity of Jimmy Kellam Towing in Sanford. I told them that they just lost a loyal customer and for what, a check? Go figure.
