Ive been going to H & B for many years (10+) and Ive never had cause to complain about any work they have done across several different vehicles. Although I think the cost of repairs a little high the quality received is well with it. They are friendly and open in their dealings and Ive never encountered a hidden cost. Ive also noticed that they stay current work modern technology in both their repairs and communications and billing. Dealing with them is always convenient and they are never heard to reach in the event of a question. I give them my highest recommendation. In fact I have referred many friends to them over the years.

Good people, they take there time and talk to you about your transmission problem and explain what your options are.

Paid reasonable diag fee for messed up differential work from another shop. They provided a full online report with pictures and videos if I needed to take further action at the other place. Total professionals who understood my scenario. No pressure to complete the work with them, but was offered as expected.

Staff here especially Hope and the technician Lloyd were very helpful. We’re they the cheapest by far no but can you trust them to get the job done right and follow up if something happens even out of their control. It’s harder and harder to trust where you take your vehicle for maintenance or work. These guys not only treat you right but do quality work.

My opinion, as a Master Certified Tech, and former Automotive Instructor, these guys are the best in the business that I have come across. I had a go to trans shop in Illinois that was great. Harrell & Beverly blows them out of the water. You can trust these people for sure!

The best transmission repair shop anywhere bar none. Recommended by my auto repair shop as a place that stands behind their work and would give me an honest estimate and job. When they fixed the transmission we realized that the one they repaired had been incorrectly repaired under warranty by the dealer. Never had to touch it again. This is the only place I will go for service.

In the interest of full disclosure, I did not hire Harrell and Beverly to install a rebuilt Jasper transmission as they suggested. I sent the car to another shop where they rebuilt my transmission for less than half the price quoted by H & B. It is true that Harrell and Beverly offered a warranty longer than the 12 month/24,000 mile warranty I was granted at the shop I hired. However, I could not ignore the price comparison for essentially the same work.

I highly recommend Harrell and Beverly for all your auto repairs. They are a GREAT team and have repaired our vehicles for years.

I believe the following: They are very expensive. They charge to diagnose a problem.Vehicle had a highly intermittent problem. After they explained what they were told the problem may be they charged me an additional $102 to hook the vehicle up to there scope. That did not make any sense due to the fact that the problem was not consistent.

We where traveling in our motorhome we came on to a construction sight I hit the brakes and they where almost no brakes. I was referred to Harrell & Beverly auto repair from a shop on the corner about 15 miles east on 46. I called ahead and explained that my brake line had blown out it was spraying brake fluid in the muffler it was smoking. SCARRY.... They informed me they could fix it after the repairman asked his father over the telephone. I was relived I was on my way to host a camp rally that had been planed months before... I came to the repair shop I could tell right away this is not a run of the mill repair shop. I was greeted by professional mechanics the shop was very organized and as soon as I made it there I knew I was in good hands They removed my brake line and bent the new one into the correct shape bled all wheels and had me back on the road... I am so grateful for their service I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for a real repair shop with genuine costumer service and caring staff that are very talented at what they do... I read the reviews and decided to bring my VW in for a transmission fluid change. They had the seals and Amsoil oil that was necessary for the change. They were friendly, had coffee and water for the wait, kept me informed on the progress and got me out in the time they promised. Ill be bringing my other vehicles in for sure. Pricing was reasonable.

I called for quote on transmission rebuild they said three grand on my S10. I called discount auto for price on new transmission prior to calling Harrell & Beverly, $1300.00 with warranty. Hope told me $102/hr labor would come to bout 850 for swap. So, $2100 for new transmission swap. Rebuild Three thousand dollars, sounds fishy to me, no thanks.
