This place is a rip off, over charge for simple repairs and then you gotta bring the vehicle back to them cause they cant fix it right the first time. Clearly all they care about is money and no care for the customer. Not worth it for a hole in the wall shop.

After discovering a flat tire in my way to work, they patched it and had me in they way in less than 30 minutes. Very friendly and professional, I highly recommend them!

2021 update:I was back again this time for a tire repair. They had me in and out in an hour (they had another car in the lift so I had a short wait). I will forever use this shop so long as I’m in Central Florida. I had no issues with them repairing my new tires on my Tesla. Got a nasty puncture from some new construction and they hooked me up. So glad I didn’t need to get a new tire! If you are ever in the fence about this place, just know they do the best work in town and always look after their customers. 4 cars now and every single time I’ve had great experiences with them!Update: just went back to get something fixed on a new car exhaust and they had me out within 45 minutes. No fuss, no appointment needed. I’m a customer for life!Ive taken my last 3 cars to these guys and they always do a brilliant job. Every shop in Sanford told me they couldnt install my mufflers the same day except Big T. I called and 4 hours later I drove off with my car sounding like a beast. They also have the best rates from my experience. The manager is friendly and extremely helpful. He even gave me a referral to get my door chips fixed from a friend of his whose taken care of his cars for 20 years. Hands down best shop in Central Florida. Best customer service without a doubt!

I am very happy about my whole experience at Big T tire. They have the cleanest garage and waiting area I have ever seen. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and Honest. When going to any automotive place you worry if your going to be overcharged, but not here! I can honestly say it was the most positive experience I ever had with any vehicle Maintenance. I highly recommend Them.

I have taken all my vehicles to this shop. The owner is great. Prices are reasonable and the time it takes to finish the job is punctual. It’s great having a local mechanic just down the road. I hope not to be needing him anytime soon. But when the time comes. This is where I go.

I got new trailer tires they got them in the next day and I drop my boat off and they had them mounting with in a hour and it was ready so awesome work and quick

Although the work was done, in one case other parts were broken on my car and the business wont fix without me paying for their mechanic breaking it......in another instance i went to get brakes and they fail to tell me what was causing the brakes to wear out so fast..that aloud them to keep changing brakes more often than needed and charging me 3 dffrent times rather than fixing what really was the problem...But if you have money to waste if a great place to go

Had some exhaust work done with Big T Tire & Automotive and the experience was A1! Everyone was super nice and knowledgeable. Stopped here for an emergency brake situation on our way through town. The guys took immediate care of us and fixed the problem right away. Nice to know there are honest people still out there.

Went in for a simple tire rotation and with the exception that I run low profile tires and nicer wheels they said they could do it with no problem, however within 10 minutes the man mounting my wheels had completely scraped and dented the outer rim of my wheel. I got the owner mark who came and looked at the damage and became very defensive and angry easily. When I mentioned how much I thought it would cost to repair the damage the owner mark flipped and starting making fun of my vehicle stating you drive a Honda not a Maserati which is completely irrelevant. After this we exchanged some heated words where he was incredibly disrespectful. I would never recommend this business to anyone looking for quality car work and with me being in automotive school its sad that shops like this with owners like that exist.

I got 4 new standard tires installed for around 400 with labor. Ive had these for a couple months now and they are perfect. No issues with the quality of tires suggested or the installation. And the service was fast, I think it was on a Saturday.

I cant say enough about these people at big tire Big T Tire I was at Discount Tire they screwed me up by tires they didnt even air my tires after they put a new one on and I asked him several times did you air up my tires they did not Big T Tire took care of me within an hour they were I was out of there and they were so nice everybody in that place is sweet like I said I just couldnt thank them enough because they really took care of me good place to go if you need any kind of help thats where you need to go

So far Ive had them replace a brake caliper, my brakes twice, a catalytic converter, tie rod, rotors and a motor mount on my car between 3 different visits. And hands down, the best shop around. Really honest and upfront about everything all while having great prices. Pepboys quoted me $1500 for some work on my car. Went to Big T and not only did they save me $500, but they checked out the car and most of what Pepboys said needed to be done, wasnt necessary. Anytime anyone ever asks me if I know a good shop, Im sending them to Big T. Customer for life.

Honest mechanics are hard to find! Shop staff are honest and knowledgeable.

If there was a 0 star or negative star rating, I would give that. My husband had work performed there, or at least he was told his brakes had been replaced. The very same day they replaced his brakes we went out of town. His brakes squealed our whole trip. We took it to a different repair shop this morning and the brakes that had been replaced had not been touched. When my husband called and spoke with the owner, Mark. Mark told him that he did not care what my husband was telling him and he would not do anything about it. This is a dirty business with grimey practices. I will be reporting them to the BBB and anyone else I can as we are out almost $300 now.
