I have a 2019 Toyota Camry and cant find the parts at AutoZone, advance, OReilly ect because Toyota hasnt released after market parts yet. Napa is the only parts store that has been able to order the parts I need at half the cost of the dealership.

Outstanding customer service !! Went in today to check my battery and was highly impressed with the service the staff provided . Amber assisted me in providing me a quote for my battery when I initially called, super friendly and it was her birthday! And Timothy helped me replace the battery ! He went on and beyond informing me of a great terminal cleaner my car needed that was very affordable and even helped me use it while repacking the battery ! Highly recommend this store and will definitely be back for future car needs . Thanks again guys !

I walked out of a store about 1/3 mile away and found that my 370Z had a dead battery. Researching in my phone, I found that there was a NAPA Auto Parts store within walking distance. Upon entering this NAPA, I was immediately greeted and personnel started looking up which battery I needed, ensuring I purchased a battery with the proper cranking amps required. Additionally, due to the warm weather, I was offered a ride back to my vehicle since carrying a battery down the street would be fairly tiresome. I feel that the owner and staff went beyond expectations and helped me get my vehicle on the road again as soon as possible.

The staff here is always helpful.They are a small shop trying to keep costs down, Im sure: Its not Walmart or Target so theres not employees everywhere. They typically have only 1 or 2 attendants on staff with one of them is stocking the shelves while the other person mans the front counter. But if you need anything or have any questions about a project your working on and need some guidance on what type of product you should use or any other off-the-wall question, I find these people are some of the most helpful around.They also tend to have some of the harder to find products that the more known big-box stores dont carry.

Been going there for years for hydraulic repairs. We broke a line at 3:30 on a Saturday. Called to say we were rushing there and would be only a couple minutes before closing to give them a heads up. Guy said, we leave in 8 minutes, were lockin the door at 4. We arrived at 3:58 and he seemed aggravated that we inconvenienced him. He never got up or looked away from his computer so the female employee went in the back with the hose. She returned saying she couldnt find the fitting, but she isnt familiar with them. He replied, we probably dont have it and sent us on our way. I called Monday and asked if they had the fitting, and another guy confirmed that it was there. We lost two days of work and thousands of dollars because of his laziness. We now know OReillys a mile away repairs hydraulics so we will never set foot in napa again.

Standard Napa parts. Quality of service depends on who is at the counter. Some will do the minimum to be helpful and some will go out of their way to provide a good customer experience.

The manager Jason was attentive in a matterWith one of his drivers almost hitting me and driving rather aggressively. A brand new Toyota Tacoma I bought for Lyft, which is how I support my son right now, if that would have been taken away from me it would be a horrible situation. Also he could have killed or seriously injured a mother, leaving a 4 year old son motherless, just because of this employee’s lack of tact and temperament as well as patience and respect for the company he is representing. No one should be in that much of a hurry during the holiday season especially. It is already bad enough. Thank you Jason for taking the time to make this right, I pray he doesn’t ever injure anyone in the future by changing his driving ways.

One of the best auto parts all around no comparison to any of the other chains which by the way there only seems to be for now but if you want something done right you can ask anybody on the counter youll always get the right answer and Dewey is top of the line

18“ x 18“ safety flags with wooden pegs are four dollars each from uline on the Internet. the sign at napa said they were $33.49 on the shelf for a package of five when I took them to the register the guy couldn’t figure out how to scan them so we took apart the package and scanned an individual flag and came up with 12.99 each sorry pass don’t try to rip me off.Update: I went to loves truck stop and bought the exact same flags in retail packaging for less than six dollars each plus tax. So that means all five flags for under $30. I’m pretty sure the price on the shelf for $33.45 at Napa was correct. It’s too bad the employee at the counter could not properly serve a customer and they lost to the sale. What’s really sad is they will never get another sale for me or my family. And that goes for all NAPA stores.

I ordered 2 parts and was told it be there next day. I show up next day and the cashier took 20 minutes to locate the part, and he was being very disrespectful and rude right off the bat. Just go to autozone or anything other then napa

Went in to get upper & lower radiator hoese along with the 2 thermostates for my Duramax to change everything out for the 1st time. On Saturday while putting everything back together on the thermostate housing there is a metal pipe that goes into it that connects to the upper hose on the other end. The pipe to housing has a o-ring gasget for a seal. Called to get the seal and was told it would be Tuesday. Luckily Ace Hardware was able to match the .69 cent o-ring. Knowing what I was doing I fell they should have told me about the o-ring and at the very least shoud be part of the thermostate kit. Almost thwarted be a .69 cent o-ring. Update - Went to install the thermostates and the rear one has 2 bleeder holes in it. Quess what what they sold me did not have the 2 bleeder holes. Now I have to scramble and try and find the correct one. 2 star rating down to a 1 star rating.
