I was in and out between 45 minutes to an hour. No appointment was needed. The person who serviced me was very friendly and thorough about the job that was being done. Mask covering and sanitizing was a plus for me. I had a very pleasant experience.

I was told it would be a 1.5-2 hour wait unless I had an appointment (in which case I would skip the line), so I made an appointment and came back. My appointment was at 4:00 but they didn’t start on my car until 5:40. I spoke with the manager (Micky H.) about the delay and he told me there was a shift change and said if it were up to him they wouldn’t even have appointments. He had a bad attitude and couldn’t care less about the customers who had all he waiting hours. Terrible Service. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

It was an oil change quick and easy but I was so grateful they were quick they got me in and out of there.

I got a great deal on tires for the 2020 Black Friday sale. They were installed and balanced by the tire center. My TPMS is working properly. My problem is that the kid who installed the tires nicked, scratched, and chipped the paint on all four wheels. I know it was him as I had just thouroughly hand washed my car and all 4 wheels prior to going In for installation. If he had taken his time and been a little more careful Im sure this could have been avoided. I will not be returning to Walmart ever again for tire service. These wheels are not cheap. My advice is to go ahead and get a good deal on tires at Walmart but have them installed at a reputable tire shop. My car is my baby. Im thoroughly disappointed.

Good staff and did excellent job with tire replacement. Overall very satisfied with price, road hazard warranty and service.

1st you get checked in. Will take about 10 minutes, very slow. 2nd they give you a passport to verify status and wait for service to vehicle. There is no where to sit, I had to stand at an empty counter. Randy came and showed me defect. I liked that, but still standing. 20 minutes later he brings my key to the desk. 3rd took care of my bill 5 minutes later, got my key, Im out. Total time 50 minutes. Come early. I left around 11AM on a Wednesday and 6 cars were waiting in line.

You get what you pay for...if Walmart is reading this, remind your people that some lug nuts have covers. Thanks

They made a minor mistake after changing my oil. When I confronted them about it they refused to own up to it. To me thats bad service so Ill get my oil changed elsewhere moving foward

Dont be in a hurry, 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation, and there was only 2 vehicles ahead of me. Drop off if possible, if you dont enjoy spending 3 hours in Walmart.

It has been truly awful, the wait time is always long. There’s no where to wait. If you try to call them on the phone they will put you on hold for a long time and that if they answer in the first place. Customer service is not the best either.

Four tires mounted in under 90 minutes, no surprise fees. Great prices, great tires. I chose directionally mounted tires and was quite pleased that they got it right, last tire place mounted them wrong.

As always the Tire and Lube area is slow. 3rd car in, 1 person doing the oil change on both sides, 2 hours later finally done. Walmart needs to hire more workers or come up with more efficient ways of getting the job done. It used to be quick about 15 to 20 mintues per car, now it takes about 45 minutes.

My battery was dying and I went there with 20 minutes left in the day and while they had stopped taking customers for the evening, they did take me. They were quick, professional, helpful, and knowledgeable! My technician had to leave because his shift was over so he passed me to his associate and there was another example of the level of care, concern, professionalism and helpfulness. I always go there for oil changes but its great to know that they can do other things as well and show regard for their customers. What a brilliant approach to customers: treating them well and they will return again and again!

I rated this a 1 because of the service. Corporate really needs to check out this location. My husband and I pulled up to get an oil change and it was a car in front of us getting checked in. We were literally waiting behind a car, that a Walmart working was working on. Why did he not pull that car forward and work with it under the bay. He did not acknowledge our existence. We waited for about 20 minutes. Finally, I got out the car and got the workers attention and told him we would like to just check in to get an oil change. He said ok when Im done with him Ill get to you and it will be 2 hours before we can give you an oil change. I couldnt believe his response. We kindly left and went to another location and got an oil change. We did not have to wait and received excellent service. My sister reported that a similar incident happened to her at this particular Walmart location, which she also left and got an oil change else where.

I came in right before service center was closing on Sunday. Stuff was very helpful and did their best to change my battery that could not be accesse in an easy way. I’m very grateful to guy called Eloy. And Jolimar gladly assisted me with my other request.

What a mistake to go to Walmart for a basic service. Got in early for an oil change, maybe 3 other cars in the shop. 3 hours later car was still waiting. Staff would not give updates, just excuses. They kept telling me Im next. At one point I saw 5 workers standing around and laughing, instead of working. If you want to goof off instead of work, at least do it outside of plain view. Finally, gave up and walked out. Rather do my own oil changes from now on. Never going there again.

Older gentleman that works the auto department is clearly discontent with his job. Very grouchy and almost demeaning, when I asked about tires I saw online. Waited for over 2 hours for them to put a tire on the rim (didnt even have to install on vehicle). Would give this awful place no stars if not for Hector (the manager). He saved me almost $200 today. Because of him, I now know there are places nearby that repair rims for about 80 bucks, rather than having to replace it. Found the place, got the repair and it was, just as he said, $80. THANK YOU HECTOR!!

I was in the automotive department and watched an employee (Frank) giving attitude to another employee when she asked about a customer in furniture asking g for help. He then made eye contact with me and walked into the office without acknowledging me. I then had to wait for another employee to come over and help. Thankfully the next employee was very knowledgeable and friendly.

I wish i can give a negative star. You visit the store to check if an appointment is necessary and they say, before 8:00AM, no appointment is needed. If you come before 7:00 AM you will be serviced first provided there’s no one before. After waiting for almost 60 mins at 6:30 in the morning outside the store to open, I was told by the old man to book and appointment and come. When i checked why was I told to come without appointment, the guy said, clerks inside know nothing about appointments. How is the customer supposed to know?? Absolutely disappointed with the behavior.

Please read the reviews. Anything above a 3 is too high for them. I was told 30 minutes to 1 hour for an oil change and and a tire rotation. Two hours later they had not even touched my car for the tire rotation. When I asked the manager why, he said techs only do one thing at a time i.e. oil change, tire work, etc. The employees take their time there and talk a lot. You’re better off finding someplace else.

The prices are great and the staff are nice. They do get really busy so if you go during peak hours, expect to wait. They told me its best first thing in the morning.

The road hazard warranty is pretty good for $10. But you have to buy it again after claiming it. If you are driving highways a lot, get this. Service is pretty fast and good.

Been waiting since 1:30 for an oil change. It’s now 6pm and it’s still not done! NEVER again will I come here for an Oil change and tire rotation!!!! When asked the status. they stated they were “short staffed” well news flash you should have told someone it would take a whole day to do an oil change and rotation when I first got here! My cars been in the bay for over 4 1/2 hours and just got started on! Cars that came a long time after me and getting In and out before myself! Horrible customer service. I use Walmart Auto Centers because of the price and the convenience. Never had a problem but I dont understand why they dont do alignments. The people are professional and the wait is no different than other places. However, their waiting area is horrible.The seats are fold up chairs. The TV is smaller than my phone screen. Seriously, they sell TVs. You would think they would have a better television. There was no coffee in the coffee maker and the TV would flicker. However, they do have free wifi.

The man who spoke primarily Spanish barely understood what I was asking and discourage me from coming in and basically kept repeating that we perceived that I was asking for something that they cannot do even though I was asking for something that every Walmart auto center does very frustrating

Sat there for 2 1/2 hours to get a oil change and tire rotation, the employees were standing around half the time with no sense of urgency. When I got my car back the didn’t even rotate the Tires and I was told If I wanted them done my car would have to go back on line and would be and hour or more. I would not recommend this place for car service. All of he other Walmart’s I have been too have had much better customer service

This is the Absolute WORSET place for any kind of car service!!!!! The wait it is always of 2 & 3 hours😫 They brooke some parts of my car while doing a simple oil change😤😤 the workers there are absolutely useless!!!! Service was pathetic. The assistant manager made me wait for more than 25 min just to attend me. I had already placed an order of Tires online. I went thr to drop my vehicle for tire replacement. After wait of 25 minutes, it took more than 90 minutes to replace all tires. So net they made me wait for almost 2Hrs.

Got the job done but not very direct with instructions. Gave us a ticket and told us to drive into the bay. Then yelled at us for driving into the bay. Did not tell me where to put my keys, so I looked for the guy that gave me my ticket to ask where to put the keys and got yelled at for walking around the place. This could have all been avoided if the person in charge actually knew how to give directions and didn’t act like we were inconveniencing them for asking for their service. All of this with a 3hr wait.

I had a good experience when I went in to talk with the Service Representatives. But I’ve tried to call several times and they will not answer there phone.

Apparently the individuals who work at the Auto Care Center in the Walmart on Rinehardt Road in Sanford dont know how to answer the phone. I had ordered some tires to be installed on my truck and was instructed by an email from Walmart to call the Auto Care Center and inform them that I would like the tires I had purchased installed on my vehicle. After two phone call, several transfers through customer service and speaking to a manager, I had essentially waisted 40 minutes of my life. It got me nowhere. I am very disappointed. I have purchased tires from Walmart and had them installed by this specific Auto Care Center without any hiccups in the past. This experience is going to seriously impact where I decide to purchase tires in the future. Unfortunately they already have my money and I really need these tires as soon as possible, or I would be asking for a refund and taking my business elsewhere.

This terrible auto review is coming from someone that loves Walmart. Called auto to check for tires Lisa quoted me a price for 4 tires. Great I will drop my car off at6:30 the very next day cause I work at 7. So at 7 I call no answer. No answer till 7:30 then they tell me I have to be there to approve. When I get there they tell me they don’t have tires in stock. Smh somebody needs coaching in the auto sept. A whole morning wasted. Never using their auto again.

They took for ever to replace a tire their was only one car in front of me and then mine took them over two hours before i got out of their i will not recomend them to any one unless you have all the time in the world

Took FOREVER and I was the only person there! Just needed an oil change thats all. I had to stand at the door to watch them so they knew to hurry up. I was told 30 mins which is too long anyways for an oil change and it took an hour!! They didnt replace the sticker in my car that tells you when the next oil change is due so I had to figure that out myself and they didnt go over any of the services they did to my car! Sticking to Jiffy Lube from now on!

Only reason for 3 stars is for the two people that are genuinely nice. If you want to be talked to like youre a complete idiot than this is the place for you. These fools argued they couldnt mount tires on rims with a smaller than factory profile...after 30 minutes i finally got it inside the empty heads of these techs...i use that term loosely, that they are for a different car. It then took an hour and a half to mount four tires. No apology for the hassle or for wasting my time. Next morning all the tires were flat because they didnt even seat the bead properly. Im sure my 6 year old nephew would have done a better job.

Gator Tire on Route 46 are very dishonest. In 2012 they install one tire with the (Goodyear ) with the year 2003 when the others 3 were 2012. You be the judge. Crooks Period.

Took my car here for a tire that was defective that only been on my car 1 year. Of course the tire center tried to blame it on my vehicle, which has never had issues with tires before. Even after buying my last 15 tires from there for my vehicles, they were not willing to work anything out. For now they have lost my business.

Worthless and a waist of time to go there for tire repair. Unless the nail or screw is in the center 3 inches of the tire they say they cannot patch it for safety reasons.
