Ordered, item back earlier than estimated, delivered no issues. Delivery guys need to keep tools handy. But good service

Do not believe anything this place tells you or says on their website. I purchased a refrigerator that was listed as in stock only to get an email 5 minutes later saying they cancelled my order due to unavailability, but not too worry my card has not been charged. Well they DID charge my card and now after hours of getting the run around and waiting on hold with the horrible customer service people Im being informed it will take 5-7 business days to refund my money. Funny how it takes them seconds to wrongly take a thousand dollars from you but a week to pay you back. Now i have to go without a fridge for another week and cant buy another because they STOLE my money. This should be illegal!!!!

I purchase a Husqvarna lawnmower for sears in Sanford 8/11 4 days later went out to start the mower to cut the grass it wouldn’t start, so I jumped it off, ok so 7 day later I needed too cut grass again and the mower wouldn’t start, so I went too sears the employee told me too take it too Some one that work on there mowers, took him 3 days before he picked it up, kept it for 5 days, 2 days later it wouldn’t start! Now they want take it back ! I spent $2100 on a mower that only use once the owner don’t even care and want do anything to help! He sold me a defected mower and he knows, and he don’t care!!

Came in needing a dryer and dishwasher, I was greeted and assisted immediately. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. Within 30 minutes I left with exactly what I came in for. Much better experience than the dreaded big box stores. The prices were great too.

Was going to make a purchase but the kept changing the prices of the merchandise so I cancelled the sale and had to get my bank to get my money back, I can understand why sears is out of business now

Awesome service! Called about a Craftsman Bagger system for my lawn mower and was promptly helped with an inventory check and availability confirmation. I purchased it to also have it picked up the very same day. As I arrived I was greeted hospitably and the gentleman promptly retrieved my item from he back. He also helped me load it up in my vehicle out front. Old fashioned service is much appreciated. Definitely will come again and refer friends.

It was a pleasure visiting. They had a part for my shop vac I couldnt find elsewhere, and at a great price. Very friendly staff.

WORST place to buy anything. Purchased a set of front loading washer and dryer. Set up and fell off the platform because the shipping caps were never removed. We were never told about shipping caps. Sears came out and said it would cost over $400.00 to repair. Ordered parts. When the repairman came out to do the repairs, he told me that I got screwed! Said that if it was written up right, I would not have had to pay a dime! I will never make a purchase there again. Not to mention they no longer replace Craftsman tools anymore! (Only the Sears in Sanford NC).

I Had issues with a new yard Tractor. They were very helpful and replaced the unit. They didnt build it they just resell them. I was impressed the way they handled the issue.

I just used their service for my washer and dryer. Everything went very smooth, tech was very nice and timely. However the price was almost doubled what I was quoted on the phone. $60 it turns out just to get to my place, not what I was told on the phone at all.

Its not SEARS its a thrift store! My phone says I was in Sears but its a thing store, the space used to be Family Dollar. Its 2.99 for sweaters. Its been open about 2 weeks. Theyre still bringing mercandise out. Clean for a thrift store. A little crowded, nice stuff at a decent price.

Only business that I know of that discriminates against people that want to pay 💰 cash. You get free delivery on major appliances if you spend $499.00 or more with Sears card. If you pay 💰 cash you also have pay for delivery.

Empty, desolate. Had to ask for help and wait for the man to finish his private conversation. He acted like I was bothering him.

Unfortunately I dont see this place being open much longer. Weak customer service. I took a craftsman chainsaw in for repair...they had it for over a month and a half ! Would not recommend this place at all.
