The second time i went to this location and they put the run conforters set on the sale table at the time i go to register they have actitud w me and they don’t want to give me the sale price also they didn’t take some coupons i have on my account so i told the 2 girls is not my mistake is your employee mistake and also they charge me more for coffee they have on sale but i was so mad i paid snd go cause is not nice w customer. Im not returned to this store. Also if you buy the starbucks coffee for vertuo they charge you $9.99 and in the shoppers they haved for $9.69 make sure you check prices all the time they don’t care cause is your money not there money.

Went to buy my son the paw patrol sheets and comforter and was looking to upgrade my own set. I saw the Ugg line and felt how absolutely soft and comfortable it was. I wanted the grey set to match my room decor in Queen size but couldnt find it anywhere. Finally an employee came and offered the floor model as that was the only queen in stock. I was even offered a small discount which was awesome. Ive had them for a few weeks now and I still love them! Most comfortable sheets and comforter set. My son loves his paw patrol set as well.

Good store, hopefully wont be 1 of the locations to be closed. I needed 5 of an item that they only had 3 but they immediately offered to call another store and had them hold it for me. I picked up the item at the other store later with no problem.

I called ahead to see if they carried what I needed (just some fondue forks) and the woman I spoke to, Arianna, was extremely friendly and even went to see how many sets they still had in stock without me asking. Then she offered to put what I needed aside and took my name. Eveyone I dealt with at the store was very helpful and friendly. Id definitely recommend this store!

Went in to look for a specific product-pie weights. Hadnt found then at Joannes or Michaels. After looking around I went to customer service. The clerk looked them up on the computer then called a salesperson to direct me the product. Happy to have the item.

One of the best places for household goods from pillows, mini-ovens, cookware, bed linens, curtains, etc. Its our go to place to get things with there everyday single item 20% discount via postal mail, text, or e-mail. We always fine savings and keep coming back when new items are needed.

Best store and customer service ever!

I loved this bed bath and beyond it has some very good products. I believe this is a great place to go if your looking for some home goods, however I dont think its the only place you should go.

Went in to register for my wedding, but my toddler was not having it. They invited me to come back in for a more personalized time. EVERYONE was extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and downright awesome. I would highly recommend the staff here for making a girl feel special; even though I am sure they see hundreds of people daily!!!

The people whom work there, the managers and all, make that store Amazing.

Unfortunately we visited Sat morning. We completed our shopping to wait in line at the checkouts. Then then power surged, all registers down and EVERYTHING STOPS. The staff acted like they could not function because the registers had to reload. Smile, apologize, call extra help to front to checkout guests quickly when registers reboot. At least two other couples left there carts full of goods and left the store. We followed shortly after leaving our cart

Customer service is unmatchable. I was greeted twice and asked if I needed assistance 3-4 times. I would highly recommend.

Wish I could give this a better review but went here a few months ago to buy new items for a brand new house. Upon entering store was made to feel very uncomfortable by the employee at the door. Then as I was looking around stood at items for my new kitchen noticed I had 2 employees following me at a distance through the store. I called the customer service line for the company and got the run around. Was told they took my information multiple times but no records of my calls. And the last time was told a regional manager would contact me. The regional manager did leave me a voice mail. When. I called her back I was told she was to busy to speak with me and was hung up on. I now spend my money on the same items online and have them shipped to me over giving it to this company. It reasons like this that brick and mortar stores are losing out to the online world.

My husband and I just moved and received a 20% off coupon for BBandB from USPS in a welcome packet that included area vendors (Lowes, Publix, etc). We ran up a good size purchase there but forgot the coupon. No problem, because we can bring it to them within 2 weeks (with the receipt) and receive a credit for the coupon. We immediately put the coupon in my husbands wallet for safe keeping when we returned home. Unfortunately, during the move he had forgot to take the wallet out of his pants and I washed it and the BBandB coupon😢. A coupon was salvaged, although unreadable except for the ipc code, and we had hoped it was the BBandB coupon. BBandB confirmed it wasnt theirs 😕. The manager, Zack, heard our story and credited us the 20% - which we promptly spent + back in there store. Great customer service 😁👍🏻
