The general manager, Anthony Barnes is amazing and his customer service is beyond spectacular!!! Also, the food is awesome!!!

It was delicious and customer service was AMAZING. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left, they seriously were so welcoming and nice. I even over heard the manager offer to walk an elderly women to her car in the pouring rain because she didnt have an umbrella.

I had never patronized this place before. However the service was amazing. My food was made to order and quick. The staff was nice and made my visit worth coming back for.

Thanksgiving customer service was horrible! I reserved an order online. My sweet potato dish was sold out, instead of being give walnut caramel coffee cake, I was given an apple pie with sprinkled walnuts on top! The lady who was working with us on ORDER was just rude. When we questioned her about items and why sweet potato dish was sold, she was snappy and abrupt. I do not recommend.

ZERO REVIEW!! Curbside delivery is non existent. DO NOT USE THIS, pure incompetence. I showed up at 10:30am for my delivery time and did not receive it until 11:09 after we went inside to complain. This was after calling 4 times. I will never buy here again.

Stopped by for a bite. Was thinking about a sandwich and all on the menu sounded scrumptious but wanted to reduce carbs sooooo, I ordered a Cobb Salad. It was fresh, filling and just delicious. I opted for the balsamic dressing and it complimented the salad wonderfully. The location was easy to find and very comfortable. This will definitely be one of my go to spots when I am on the run. Next time I think I will try one of the soups or a sandwich which I am sure will be delicious as well.

Yummo!!! Food was great! A little pricey but that ham cant be beat! I chose to take my food to go but there is a dining area. No table service just order and sit down. Will be back!

Called in an order to cater a baby shower. From taking the order to completion the service was superb. The young lady who prepared the order did a beautiful job. The staff was very friendly and even helped me fit everything into my over-crowded car. The food was delicious and a big hit with my guests. So pleased and would definitely order from here again. A+

Very nice staff, they know my face now so I come in and get my regular sandwich. The location is very clean and the staff is so pleasant!

The food was very good, I had a classic ham sandwich, my son had a classic turkey, the price was fair, I did not like the customer service. The staff did not seem very interested in helping me, no assistance with selects, I seemed a bit rushed and there was no one in line behind me. I even had to ask the cashier if they were closing. I was told that they were not. No use of the restroom, but the dining area was clean and neat.

Who ever heard of making a reservation the day before at a store that only sells ham!!! You werent allowed to come in the store without one. There was no line you just couldnt buy one. How do you only sell hams and are not sure you have enough. Its Easter order enough hams. Dumber than dumb. Ill NEVER go back to the Athens store again.

They hands down have the best and I mean best deli sandwiches in the world. Definitely a hidden gem

Love the ham and Turkey each and every time

Gave them about 6 tries in the past couple months. They did get the order right once and its always just a plain smoked turkey sandwich, only meat. Last time they gave me ham and the manager said it was smoked turkey.. their ham and smoked turkey taste the same... are you kidding me! My receipt clearly said smoked turkey and the taste nothing a like. I prefer not to eat ham. Unfortunately I used uber delivery so I wasnt there to baby sit and make sure it was what I ordered. Good grief... done w/this location.

A little on the pricey side for sandwiches but it is a great sandwich. I just wish it was more affordable or they increased the portion size lol

Every year, Thanksgiving and Christmas. We depend on this company.This year not so much. 5lbs of ham. We were able to salvage 2lbs of meat. FAT! HONEY GLAZED FAT! Thanksgiving day and not enough to feed everyone. Thanks.

I ended getting the lunch special sandwich and was surprised by the amount of meat on the sandwich.

I order from this location in person and i ordered a turkey bacon ranch, but the sandwich made for me was with ham. not sure how you can mix up a turkey bacon ranch.
