Aaliyah was amazing. She made sure I was 100% comfortable before starting. She even explained the process to me!The facility was spotless. They go over and beyond to keep all their staff and clients safe by following COVID protocol. Ensuring every customer washes their hands and has their temperature checked before being serviced.They had the perfect playlist to set the mood.Would 100% recommend.

Eyetopia is a Successful Beautiful Spa. They are Certified, hands on, Meticulous and Professional Staff. Took all precautions during the pandemic. They were close until it was safe to open again. Safety was the priority for the clients. It made me feel good that they cared about our well-being first. They are The BEST with the services they provide. My results are always beautiful and I feel like a million bucks when I leave the Spa!!

Ive gotten my eyelashes done at Eyetopia several times. I usually see Oriana and Im always pleased. However, a week ago I visited and had the full set mascara look done. I saw Lady. Since Ive gotten them done Ive been experiencing pain along my lash line on my left eye and every time my eyes water they start to burn. It took a lady 1 hour exactly to complete my full set. Standard time for a full set is 1.5-2 hrs. Maybe it was a rush job.

Great location, welcoming atmosphere. My eyelash extensions look fabulous. Its been 10 days since my appointment and they still look great. So lightweight I forget they are on. This will definitely be a part of my beauty regimen. Orianna was knowledgeable, courteous and very professional. Highly recommended!

Ive been going to Eyetopia Spa to get my lash extensions for over 3 years now. Recently moved to Ohio and I cannot find a place like Eyetopia Spa. They have set the bar high. Beautiful storefront, relaxing music, friendly and professional staff and quality work. If youre looking for a place to get lashes done, I highly recommend coming here.

HONEY! I will never go here again! first off let me begin by saying the place is absolutely beautiful because it is. I was referred to Aaliyah. But when I called I was told she didnt work on Saturdays and sis stays BOOKED you hear me which sucked for us! so I ended up with someone different... Family owned business and you can tell. the dad was in the front watching tv.. uninterested in what was happening until 4pm (closing time) was about to hit.. he made me feel like we needed to get up out of there even though the lady was still working on my cousin.. he changed clothes, started sweeping, and kept walking past our room in what seemed like to see how much longer we were going to be. not much education around the different types of lashes or the services they offered. barely any education on the actual upkeep.. the lady told me that 2-3 lashes should fall out a day. like 15 of my lash extensions fell out by the following day.. without my actual lash so Im just assuming she didnt put them on well.. I told the lady I wanted the classic look and she told me that I signed up for the mascara look so thats what we were getting.. I dont recall ever being given a choice or a menu to choose from... the mom was professionally unprofessional meaning she was really nice while saying some side-eye type stuff. she came in our room twice telling the lash lady different stuff like if we got anything else it would be an upcharge .. but when she came in and tried to whisper to the lady to just do a few more lashes on my left eye because she needed hurry up to get to the next appointment (which was my cousin) I was DONE... because they didnt even start my lash appointment on time (20 minutes late to be exact) so now youre gonna rush! nobody even came out to greet us or apologize for the late start.. after spending literally an hour on my right eye … she spent about 20 minutes on my left.. and surprisingly enough all of the lashes are falling out of the right eye. HOWEVER! Even with the experience.. the lashes were beautifully done and that is the ONLY reason they got 3 stars because the experience we had was only worth 1 star.

They have always done an amazing job! I have been going loyally for over a year now and will continue to use their services. They are a pleasure to see once a month!

I love my lashes!! Lady and her daughters are very welcoming and make you feel comfortable and at home when youre in the spa! If you want to look glamorous then I would definitely recommend eyetopia spa to you!

The ambience and the staff are amazing. I have been getting my lashes applied here for a couple of years as well as facials and waxing. A great place for all skincare needs.

Never again! I dont usually wear eyelash extensions so when I tried to go this route my experience was less than pleasant. The lashes were very stiff and the glue somehow ended up in my eye. I felt as if the whole job was rushed because I purchased the Groupon so I can do a try it before you buy it type ordeal. There was an instant 30% gratuity that was told to me after the service, but instead of charging 30%of $79 she charged me $30 (which I didnt say anything, I just paid it) Not that I mind the gratuity but I would of paid for a better set of lashes if that was the case. The lashes started splaying after about a week. I went somewhere else to try to get them removed and the young lady removed most of them but there were a few that wouldnt budge so it was advised for me to go back to them to have the rest removed so she wouldnt damage my natural lashes. I go back to Eyetopia and explain and she was nice enough to squeeze me in to remove the 5 lashes that were left I thanked her but only to be charged $25 for removal of 5 lashes! The other place spent 45 mins trying to remove them and didnt charge me.. Not that i mind paying something but $25 was little much... the overall experience was not up to par along with their customer service! Never again

The atmosphere was very nice. Thats the best part of my experience. My friend purchased a groupon for me and I believe that effected my service. I was seen 35 minutes after my appointment time, she was on the phone a good bit of the time, my eyes itched sooo much, I rubbed them raw and had to sleep with wet rags on my eyes for weeks. I have had lashes before and never had irritation or poor service. I was expecting to tip appropriate gratuity but I feel like she put in the effort because she knew the tip was mandatory. I will not be back.

I walked into EyeTopia Sandy Springs off a referral to Lady or her daughter and neither of them were available. However, Tech Jaeda was available after about 30 min. So I decided to wait for her since it was difficult to find an available tech with same day openings. I was greeted and treated wonderfully by all the staff and they were all knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Jaeda did a wonderful job on my lashes and consulted me on how to care for them. It has been over a week and I’ve lost a few with natural shedding and they still look amazing. I just may consider doing a refill when they thin out. Overall great experience.
