Kennedy the Manager is Amazing! Effective and Efficient. I had been having an issue using my unlimited passes from another location. She was able to fix an issue I have been having for months! Service was absolutely amazing! This was my daughter and I first time getting a Brazilian Wax done and we could not be more happy. It was no where near as painful as I thought it would be. Jordan did a great job of keeping me informed with next steps and how much more we had to go. Also Kennedy was awesome at the check in/out desk and made me feel very welcome and she also was very knowledgeable about the products we purchased.

Terris was amazing. She did what I call a modified Brazilian on me. She did the most thorough job I have ever had done in my year + of going to EWC. I am so glad I found her! I cannot recommend her highly enough. She is detailed and has great “bed side manner” in that she makes you feel comfortable. I will be requesting her every time I go!

I fully agree with Glorias review. Every time I come here there is only 1 person who has been jammed with back to back appointments every 15 minutes but the time needed is always longer so you wait 30+ minutes continuing to push everyone back all day. Terrible operational management. This is the last time I come to this location.

I dont know how this place got a 4.7. I made an appt, waited for 40 minutes because they were melting the wax and just walked out instead. 3 people were greeted and done with the whole time I was there. Insane and so frustrating. This is the last time Ill ever go to a European wax center. Thanks

I’ve been going to this location for about 5 months now and every experience has been great. The customer service is amazing and everything is clean. My first and second Brazilian wax was done by Raegan. She’s great and quick! After she left for maternity leave, I started getting my waxes done by Shani. LOVE HER! She’s so friendly and did an amazing job with my Brazilian and eyebrows. Highly recommend coming here.

I love European Wax Center in general but love my wax specialist Shani. She is kind and passionate about what she does. She always has great conversation and Makes me feel soooo comfortable which is so important when getting a Brazilian. I always ask for her and can’t recommend this place enough! Also the fact that you get your first wax free/discounted just goes to show that they know you’re gonna love it and come back

Hands down the most painless wax removal I’ve ever received!!!! I was literally shocked! SN: It’s been since last November since I’ve had a wax! Definitely worth every penny! Perfectly done within a fraction of the time! Would recommend! 10/10 from me!

Made an appointment for 12:00, arrived 5 minutes early. A girl that had came in a little before me was running very late to her appointment. So they took her, and I have waited over 30 minutes for my appointment. I get that it’s New Year’s Eve, but either they should have taken the person whose appointment it was and made the person who showed up late wait, or they should have given more time between their scheduled appointments to account for the lateness while not affecting the next customer. As I write this I’m still waiting for my appointment so 30 minutes and counting... I should have been walking out by now, and I have yet to be seen.Update: 40 minutes and countingAfter being seen I decided after getting my underarms done and she attempted to put wax on my bare skin...without prepping correctly by putting powder on first. After that there was no way I was letting her do my Brazilian.. had to walk out.

When getting a Brazilian....choose your esthetician wisely!!!! Ive been to a couple EWCs in the metro area and this one is my favorite so far. The girls are very professional and they make you feel completely comfortable during the process. Getting a Brazilian can feel awkward but you wont have to worry about that here. The staff does great work and put alot of thought and care into making it a great experience for their customers. The results are amazing and can last weeks because of the products and techniques they use. Check it out ladies!
