I felt like a celebrity when I went there! The desk clerk ( Diane) was very thorough and took the time to show me 2 units that was pretty far to walk to. ( I drove). She explained everything in detail and I felt as though I had made a new friend. I would highly recommend this place. It is also clean and secured by a gate.

Diane also helped me find affordable moving assistances for items I could not move myself. She told me about moving vehicles I might consider in the future. A great asset to the company. Add to pick up a one way penske truck rental. The lady working there was very kind, but these cheap rascals are using an outdated old Dell computer that kept crashing and I lost Over an hour waiting on their computer to reboot properly. I have a 1000 mile drive at that hour was precious to me. OK update it soon!

I have had a large unit with this company for several years now. When Storage Rentals of America bought out the old company, they raised my unit price by nearly $35 per month. Now Ive recieved another notice in the mail, stating that they are raising the prices yet again... for no specified reason. This time is going up about another $10. When I called and spoke with the woman who runs the office, she said that the new owners stated that they will continue to raise the prices because most of their units are occupied, and people will pay! She also said that until people start going somewhere else, and they start losing business, the prices will continue to rise. Very unfortunate for the loyal customers... needless to say, I am going elsewhere!

Went and cleaned storeage building. Abandoned it. Was my late husband stuff. Why it was done you raised the rent.

Nice facility, reasonably well maintained, friendly staff.I was there to pick up a rental truck, when there was a problem with the rental company having the correct items ready the staff here went far beyond a simple servicing provider and made sure I had what I needed.

We had a storage unit here for 5 years. Im not sure who the owners are now or if the policy changed but the rent on our unit went up every 6 months the entire 5 years we had a unit. We rented a unit the size of a one car garage. It was always dry and we never had a problem with bugs or rodents inside. There were usually multiple lights burnt out on the property that werent always addressed promptly. One of the reasons we chose this place was its location and that it was gated. They had just updated their security system for the gate when we moved out. Both the people working the desk there are friendly and knowledgeable. The one time we were late on a payment, they went out of their way to get ahold of us to make sure everything was ok (we usually paid a week in advance) and ended up not charging us a late fee as it was a problem with the mail.

Would score higher, but went to make my payment on the first of the month. Facility was closed. An inconvenience to me to have to go back, several times. Diane is a true keeper, makes every visit very pleasant. Brought my issue to Dianes attention, a viable solution for everyone. 🤗

Its secure, the roadways inside the location are descent however the unit doors are flimsy and come off the track quite often. My opinion is they are highly Over priced for the quality.

Storage zone is a RIP OFF. They scam people out of their money and takes peoples belongings!! I owed 93.94 every month which I started in 8/27/2016, THEY charged me a $20 late fee (which I rightfully deserved) but Dianne tried to jip me out my money after I paid $350 11/12/2016. I realized they were going to make me pay $541 and I only owed $373. They are scammers! PENDING LAW SUIT

I hope they fixed their snake problems!
