These guys are an amazing dealership. Everything was top notch and they went out of their way to make the sale happen. I flew in from out of town and they picked me up at the airport which was an hour away. Got to the dealership and the bike was exactly what they had been promoting, actually it was even better than the description on the website. If I was a local they would be the only dealership that would be allowed to service the bike.

Tom and Steve were great! Husbands first Harley. Everyone had a no bs approach, honest good group of guys. We got one hell of a bike.

The price of the bike was a good price. 2008 FLHTCUI. I bought it in January of this year. In May I had to replace the forklock/ignition switch. In July I had to replace the battery. In July I had to have it towed because it wouldnt start (after the new battery). I called about bringing it to them for service because it wouldnt start all the time.. The service department said to bring it in. I told them I wasnt comfortable riding it, in case I had problems with it not starting during the trip. They said to call if I broke down and they would come and get the bike. I ended up having someone else repairing the bike because I was afraid it wouldnt make it . The fuel pump, compensator, mag rotor, and chain sprocket needed replaced. There was less than 34,000 miles on it, I have put less than 1,200 miles on it. I know it was used, but the service department should have done better than we will come and get you if you break down. And yes, I am within their delivery area, because a guy a work with had his bike picked up twice for repairs.

Took my bike in for service work yesterday, 6-11-21 and was very pleased. Not only did they call me today 6-12-2021 and say it was done a few days early, but my bill was also cheaper than quoted. However.....after speaking to 2 different people and discussing with both of them to leave it outside for after hrs pickup, I arrived about 2.5 hrs after closing time, and a 50 minute drive to find my bike NOT sitting outside as discussed. Now, I must wait until Tuesday when they open to find out why, or even worse, was it stolen? Needless to say, Im not very happy. Because of my work schedule I have no clue when Ill be able to go back to pick it up if it is still there.........edit 6-14-2021.....Dane Fox (owner) called me while business closed to tell me that they do have the bike and that there was a lack of communication from his employees. This will not affect any further business I do with fox cycles and I appreciate Danes commitment to good business.

Its always the little things that make a impression. I took my fatboy in just for tire replacement. Id bought the tires from a online vendor. So they didnt make any money on the tire sale just the labor to install them. But not only did they do a great job the went the extra mile and got cleaned her up even getting all the bug guts off the wind screen. Awesome job and will definitely be bringing my bike in there for future maintenance

Best place I have been to shop for a Harley. I am 47 so have been to alot of dealers. Took my girlfriend along, we ended up buying 2 Harleys. Everyone was great to deal with a talk to. They made our dream come true. Looking for a motorcycle, go here for sure! We drove 1.5 hours to get there. And remember, life is short buy the damn motorcycle!

I was looking to purchase a bike, I was doing a Google search one night looking for bikes to put on my short list. I found Fox Cycle Works while searching E bay. They had the bike I was looking for, at a good price. Staff was great to deal with. Ended up purchasing the bike under my budget, so I was able to make a few nice upgrades. I purchased most of the upgrades from Fox as well. They made the bike purchasing process enjoyable. Will be coming back, and I recommend Fox Cycle works to everyone I talk to about motorcycles.

Seemed like a good business at first. Got totally ripped off on my trade-ins. After purchasing bike and not receiving my memorandum I called and was told that I probably threw it out or it’s the post offices fault. Some of the rudest people I’ve talked to in customer service. They are typical sales people they treat you like gold to get you to buy once you do they change. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy from them.

The folks at Fox Cycle Works are absolut9 incredible! They do everything to make the customer happy. Steve in parts is the absolute best. Don in sales is awesome. Melinda in service is a workaholic! Does an absolutely incredible job to make things happen for you. Will never go anywhere else.

They have done service and rear tire on my Harley Breakout and were great. I brought my friends Ultra Classic in for a service and they were unexpectedly short staffed and still made sure I was done same day. Very happy with the service.

They had our new tire mounted on the rim in just minutes. The staff were very friendly.

They seem like nice enough people but they arent very responsive to inquiries. On 6/28/20 I used their online forms to request a trade value on my motorcycle and fill out a credit app attached to the bike I wanted to buy. Then on 6/30 I used their online form requesting a quote for the one I was interested in and made a note on the form that I had already requested a trade value on mine as well as filled out a credit application. On 7/2 I submitted another request for a trade in value on their form. I was able to reach someone on 7/2 and they said they were still waiting on the lender but that he would reach out and hoped to know something that day. I didnt hear anything back one way or the other. I called them again on 7/3 and had them check again on my credit app. They actually told me that it was approved but the lender was trying to reach me to get more information. There were no missed calls or messages from their area code in all that time. They gave me the lenders number and when I called them they said they wanted to know how much I was putting down. I told them I was going to trade mine in. They said they needed the trade value. I called Fox back again and told them the bank needs the trade in amount. Wouldnt you know he didnt know what I was trading in and said he hasnt seen the bike so its hard to say. Why have a form on your website if you dont bother to look at it? So he asks me what bike I wanted. Even though I sent it over no fewer than 3 times on their forms. When I told him he said that the bike was sold on the phone call just before mine... Im very disappointed and more than a little upset.Edited to add that I called them 10 times between 6/30 and 7/3. Sometimes I left a message other times I didnt. The only call backs I got were on the morning of 7/3. Very poor performance. I was prepared to drive out to buy it today (7/3). To be fair I live about 3 hours away so I was not able to get anything accomplished in person. I gave them two stars because things may have worked out better if I could have gone there. Ill give them the benefit of the doubt.

Guess you have to be a local to get a bike I submitted on line for a bike on Thursday since Im hour aways called Friday evening said there still waiting on financing got a call Saturday they sold the bike not right thing when you already had someone wanting to buy it

Excellent shop and trustworthy personnel to do business with. I had an issue with a manufacturers part that I had purchased from them and Dane and his crew stood behind me 100% and made it right. Watch what you buy, I bought my bike... Rode for 1 day found out the spark plugs were hand tightened not torqued. Two days after my inner primary needed rebuild (compensator, clutch hub assembly.) Less then six hours after the inner rebuild my regulator went bad... Not saying all will have this problem, but I was told they go through everything and if it needs replaced they replace it... They claim to have been working on motorcycles for 30 years but it isnt showing. Salesman is nice but Im sure he knows what goes on too.Well Dane upon contacting your business no help was to be found... Failure to inspect the safety features on a motorcycle, then refusing to pay for the bill because an ACTUAL Harley Davidson technician diagnosed the problem and found the bike was dropped or hit on the left side and had been replaced with the wrong parts!!! Maybe thats why you cant help? You refuse to help.

I shop small business because you get real knowledgeable staff instead of the because its our policy motto of the bigger dealerships. Parts availability at Fox is adequate and they keep the most popular items in stock. Theyve got some beautiful motorcycles at reasonable prices, and the service staff all have knowledge of the bikes theyre working on.

Good people great prices. It is a buisness i do understand, like I said nice people, said bike was completely gone through, after sale asked about nylon shoes in cam chest. All the sudden the got quiet and did not want to talk about it in any way. Not good

Salesman I knew from roeder Harley Davidson nice guy. Manager was completely rude and insulting. You cant test ride a used bike unless you buy it give me $500 down then you can ride it he says. I can test drive a new or used car or truck worth twice as much with no problem. I have zero points on my license, have full coverage motorcycle insurance, he should have insurance maybe he does not?, I have had my endorsement for 16 years. He was totally rude. Nice selection of bikes and competitive prices but dont waste your time as I wasted mine. Go to a place that wants your business and treats customers with respect.

Been looking for a set of Reinhardts Slimline Duals for my RoadGlide, 2016 Special, stumble upon them on EBay, price was below average, compared to local dealers in my area PNW, fast an easy and replied to my emails promptly! Its not your normal retail store. Its more customer oriented. Even if we can get you a part will at least set you the right direction on the number of the part and where else you can find it. I bought touch up paint for here and they helped find the color I needed.

While touring around Lake Erie on my 87 Electraglide I discovered a leaking fuel crossover line, called these guys and was told to come right in...literally right into the shop as soon as I arrived and 20 minutes later and $29 I was on my way. Excellent service AWESOME people honesty and integrity is alive and well here!!...HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I started going in there 5 years ago when they was a small shop. They were a good business to deal with.Now that they have expanded their business the service is slacking.I purchased a motorcycle from them last summer. I noticed it had a bad vibration.I mentioned it to the owner and he laughed at me.I was pretty upset because I had been doing business with him for several years and spent thousands of dollars.I found out one of the motor mounts was broke. This was the cause of the bad vibration.I contacted the shop and notified them.He was a bit surprised.They claim to inspect the bikes prior to selling them.
