Diane was absolutely great! We came in just expecting to look around. But she really took her time to find out what we liked the best. She showed us the temper pedic ergo adjustable base. And it is incredible! Could not be more happy with our experience and Diane made it all happen!

I never thought buying a mattresses would be such an exciting endeavor, and Tami made this happen. We met Tami on a weekday, no one else in the store and off the bat she was friendly, polite, and professional. She knew the in and outs of the store products and helped my partner and I find the right mattress for us. She had us try different products, running from one side to the other, making it fun and exciting to understand our needs. When the time came to it, she provided us with the space and privacy for my partner and I to talk and come to a decision. We never felt pressured, and on the contrary--we felt helped finding the best option for us. We both have opposite preference in comfort. Soft vs firm. Yet Tami helped us find the comfy spot for us. Lastly, delivery was within two days! TWO days! Arrived promptly, and the two gentlemen that brought the mattress did not hesitate to move and carry where we asked them to.We couldnt be happier and know that this investent was done right with the exceptional help we received.

Great service from Diane! I shopped several stores and this was by far the most low pressure, laid back experience. I compared prices and their deals were good. No attempts to simply push the highest price, instead helped me find a mattress that worked for me. Yes, there is a delay getting the mattress (maybe 3 weeks) but that is due to COVID, NOT the store. I had the same delay or longer at other stores depending on the mattress.

Diane helped us out today and it was a wonderful experience. She was very patient and pleasent, it was the best service Ive had from a matress company. If you are thinking of upgrading your matress please go there. They really know what they are doing.

Diane was very helpful with all the bad experiences with dealing with sleep number and there customer service I wasn’t in the mood to be rushed into a decision with another mattress sale. She took her time and made sure we had the right bed for the wife and I. Next time I am in the market for a new mattress I will be stopping here first just hope she is still here after the 10 year warranty is up.

I live out of state and needed twin mattreses for my vacation rental. Harrison was quite knowledgeable and went out of his way to assist in making my choice over the phone. He called back twice to assure me everything was on time . I appreciated his great customer service.

Update: We were supposed to have our bed delivered Saturday, but apparently it didn’t come in. It is now Monday and our bed is supposed to be here today, we’ll see. Disappointed in having to wait over a week for delivery. NOW WE HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL THE 5th! That’s 3 weeks!! So if you’re looking for a bed right away, do not come here.Incredible experience! Completely listened to our needs and wants. Was able to find a quality mattress within our price range! Would 100% recommend!

I Just went in the mattress warehouse in Sandusky after a very long week. It took a total of 15 minutes Dian the manager took care of me super quick. She listen to my needs recommended two different styles I picked one loved it then proceeded to ring me up I paid for it and back in the car in about 15 minutes highly recommended
