Got the brown butter bourbon truffle which I enjoyed much more than the Colombian coffee which tasted more like cream with a hint of coffee in it. Add more coffee to your coffee ice cream please! Also make sure to tell them if you want any toppings because apparently they have to scoop it differently to accommodate the toppings - so don’t change your mind after they scoop.Service was quick as we went around 3pm on a Saturday and they had about five people behind the counter. Plenty of parking in the lot.

Okay dude straight up I really enjoyed this place its not that far from cedar point at all. It looks like its hook on to a Dairy Farm which I found pretty cool and Im pretty is the reason why their servings size are so huge! Im not knocking it loved how big their large was. You definitely get your moneys worth here thats for sure. Like I eat! Alot I bash out and I couldnt finish this I may have made it half way through mine it wss an ice cream mountain like that episode of rugrats lol my wife got the mid and that was pretty huge too so just saying Id you never been here before maybe shot for the small if your eating alone because I got humbled but the large lol however it was delicious! I got the lake Erie cookie monster and the Moose tracks and both were amazing. This was my first time here but it will not be my last for sure I plan on stopping here every time Im up this way. If you havent been here pay them a visit! Doesnt matter if the line is almost out the door I promise you its worth the wait!

This place is amazing! They offer so many different flavors of ice cream that it’s almost overwhelming - but a lot of choice is a good thing! The ice cream is creamy and delicious. The portions are HUGE. A small cone is like a large cone anywhere else. Prices are on the higher side but for what they give you, it is so worth it.

So yummy! We stopped here in our way back to Sandusky from Kelleys Island and it did not disappoint. The flavors were very original and plentiful. It was hard to choose because there were so many good options. The portions were very generous. My wife and I both got smalls and it was more than enough. Probably 4-5 scoops. The ice cream tasted fresh made and was very smooth. Prices were also very reasonable.

Old time dairy (and dairy farm) vibe in a quieter part of the town. But only a 10-15 minute drive from Cedar Point if thats what brings you to Sandusky. All the spectacular old school ice cream favorites you could want. If you love Ive cream, or even like it a little, dont miss.

Ice cream is great. Some employees are very rude. We drove 3.5 hours to get there. Web site said they closed at 10 but when we arrived at 9 the employees were laughing at us and were waving bye to us and yelling bye bye to us behind the locked door. Quite rude! There is a reason this is Ohios oldest dairy!! They serve HUGE portions of ice cream, a large is 20 scoops or approx 1/2 gallon of ice cream... A junior here is about a medium other places! Usually a line, but they move quickly. Buy a half gallon or pint to take home with you while youre there.

I was very disappointed this evening when I brought my out of town guests to the main dairy for ice cream only to be kicked off our table at 8:45pm. Was very disappointed . The inside where the ice cream was shabby . The Ice cream was warm and melted to a soup before half was eaten. The outside tables were sticky and messy. Did not look like anyone had cleaned them for some time. Also napkins were too small.

So he asks me which size and I cant find sizes or prices (later find its in the middle on a board). So we get our ice cream which I have to say is really good. THE SPOONS SUCK. Yes Im yelling that. We ended up giving up and throwing the rest of the ice cream away. Will try again but will bring our own spoons.

Dont be discouraged by the long line. You will be needing it to choose a few flavors from the amazing amount they have ready at all times. I have yet to have a bad experience here. I drive 2 hours to have ice cream from this amazing factory. Staff is very helpful and informative. As well as the free samples of you are stuck between a few flavors. I will be coming back to this place for years to come.
