This office is extremely efficient and professional. Ive been going there for four years and have only nice things to say about the people I deal with. Anytime Ive had an issue with my hearing aids, they responded quickly and always fixed the issue.

We found Physician Hearing Associates and Dr. Lunsford by recommendation of one of her staff members. My father already knew he had hearing loss, and in fact had already purchased hearing aids from another facility in Columbus. The other location was so far away and inconvenient to get to that when he had troubles or concerns he would not get them addressed. He was frustrated and wouldnt even wear his hearing aids for the past 4 years!! After meeting with Dr. Lunsford and being encouraged to try again with a fresh start and newer, improved technology, we were able to communicate much easier! He started participating in family conversations and laughing at jokes his grandchildren would tell. Things he didnt even realize he had been missing out on before. Were all very excited that he was willing to try again and a big thanks to Dr. Lunsford and Physician Hearing Associates for making it happen!
