Were greeted promptly. Staff was friendly. Dr. Biedenbach was knowledgeable and compassionate. Surgery was recommended. Explained in detail. Questions were answered. Everything went smoothly. Very appreciative!!

Dr. Biedenbach was arrogant and rude. The meeting was rushed, less than 15 minutes. He said my NP basically couldnt tell the difference between an ear infection or not (completely untrue), and that he couldnt help me unless he saw me with an infection. Literally prescribed flonase OTC and answered zero of my questions regarding my dizziness etc. I really do not recommend.

Misdiagnosed in 2009 by arrogant doctor and kept sending me to speech therapy. Local GP referred me to Cleveland Clinic where I was diagnosed with incurable form of cancer. Thank God for Cleveland Clinic and local GP referral.

Very friendly, helpful, nice place

I went in for what I thought was a tiny bit of fluid in my ear... it had been there for months on and off. I scheduled the appointment thinking it would be a simple hearing test and office visit. Nope!The gal that did my hearing test was great..courteous and thorough. The doctor, however, makes me suspicious. Without much explanation why, the doctor stuck a camera up my nose. I wasnt explained why this was important or that I didnt have any other options (or that this would be considered a procedure on my bill that cost me $300.) To me: it wasnt worth the money. I wouldve been OK with the symptoms I was having. I had to find out from the billing office why the doctor did what he did.Long story short: had the procedure been explained to me beforehand, I would have opted out and saved myself the money. Not to mention the fact that I had to repeat my symptoms several times to him. They need to polish their communication skills. It seemed like the doctor avoided me the opportunity to reject the procedure (maybe because he wanted the money, I dont know). I will never go back there.
