Came here for a particular item. All I needed to do is ask an associate where to find them and was taken right to it. No need to waste time wondering around looking up and down all the aisles.The whole staff seems very friendly and caring about the needs of their customers. The price of the item I bought was very reasonable compared to Amazon and other places. 😉

My first time at Harbor Freight in Sandusky ohio was a great experience!! ART helped me look for portable air compressors, Art was very knowledgeable on all equipment. Art had good eye contact while talking to me, told me about discounts, he has great customer service. I will return to this store!!

Only 4 stars because they wont HONOR a military discount or first responders discount. Hopefully theyll start to do this in the near future. Military service members and Veterans frequently visit this store. Were not active duty once a year! When you sign on the dotted line with your life on the line, its a HONOR! HONOR that service for that person! Apply a discount!!

Harbor Freight for an adult man is like Toys R Us for a kid. Im never disappointed as to finding stuff I didnt know they had before. Have had a couple things that were substandard such as low-cost drill bits but, you do get what you pay for sometimes.

I love harbor freight I just wish they had all the tools Im looking for. I know theyre adding tools everyday... Id rather go here than their competitors but they just dont have All the basic tools I need.... Like a table joiner... Shaper table and so on... I look forward to the day when they provide those tools!!!

Good tools for the DIY guys who dont want to spend a lot on tools

I was told to go to Harbor Freight Tools for a weatherization tarp by a buddy, because the tarps were less expensive than Lowes and Big Lots. My was accurate saving me $12.00. I decided to check out the store and see what other treasures I could find. With the money I saved, I bought 4 trailer reflectors, a set of knee pads, and an elastic netting strap. I also received excellent customer service from the two front of house associates. Thanks for your support in answering my questions to the best of your knowledgeable abilities. Also, your employees should be allowed phones on the floor to help customers with answers they are unsure of knowing to have the possible answer in case someone else may ask same question.

Really good deals here all kinds of tools from a to z. Stories very well-maintained actually its brand new its a couple months old. Little tricky to get into got to use the access road over by the BP station. Easy to spot from the road. Plenty of parking in the local area across the street from Meijer. Plenty of parking also handicap parking available in front of store. Handicap accessibility electric sliding doors. Add plenty of shopping in a local area including a mall.

If you need a tool here you go. Affordable.

Harbor freight is my go to place for tool and accessories and just about anything else I need for working in, on, and around my home.

Very handy store. As far as tools if they dont have it then they dont make it.

Found something that will work, but the last four times I went in looking for something specific, it was out of stock. The lady that checked us out was very helpful and tried to make our visit more productive. The kind of employee everyone wishes they had.

Harbor Freight has so many useful things.... with a little help from staff I was able to find exactly what I was looking for! (FYI a couple years ago I got online, placed my order and they shipped to another state...saved me from having to haul around heavy Christmas presents)

They have so many accessories for tools. They have tools too of course but their saw blades, jigs, drill bits, router bits and parts, clamps, hand tools and air tools everywhere in the store. Recommended for the extras for the shop.

The parking lot is on site and offers plenty of parking. If you are looking for a specific tool or device I recommend calling ahead and the employees will let you know if they have the item in stock.

As far as tools go I would say they had just about everything you would need but they also have other things here from gardening supplies down to supplies for camping like generators and ground blankets tarps and even iron skillets but they also have Electronics they even have some toys here for your kids I love this store I would never stop shopping at our Harbor Freight brand new in Sandusky Ohio

After stopping there for certain items, we had left one of those items at the register (because they dont hand you your purchases). I called to get a refund on my card for it since we live out of state & they said they couldnt do that without the actual card. Makes no sense at all when you can make purchases without them having your actual card. Very poor customer service.

Today I was shopping here and when I got to the counter I was asked for my phone number which I declined to give the cashier. He abruptly said well if you need to return any of this we need your phone number, its company policy. I said but I have the receipt. He said no we need your phone number and I explained thats an invasion of my privacy and again declined.If this is in fact their policy they would not let me return something if I only have a receipt? Not a real good policy. As a matter of fact two othesr in line agreed with me! now I wonder what the Federal Trade Commission [FTC] or the Ohio Attorney General Office would say about this policy boys!If I ever have a problem returning something I will find out!
