Love Krogers deli section. Their boar Head sandwiches, Pizza and their Mexican street food are excellent. We come here just for lunch. The bakery is also good with fresh bread, bagels and pastries. Have not tried the sushi bar.

Open until 11pm. Have a pharmacy. Friendly employees who just want to go home at 11 but get bombarded with Cedar Point travelers coming in after the park closes at 10. Great deals on womens clothing and gas grills in August! Wide selection of grocery items. Fresh produce. Build your own six pack of beer. Its like a Walmart Supercenter! Was surprised at selection available. Totally recommend going here!

Best quality meats you can buy in Columbus OH. I have lived in Columbus over 4 years and I am from a rural area where with that you are spoiled with the quality of meats & local butchers.The meat here is the best you can find. I find their top quality meats are reasonably priced too.Produce, greens, and veggies you can’t beat either. This place is a little out of the way for me but never disappoints.They also have a great selection of wine, cheese, etc.This place does not disappoint! I feel like I’m eating at 5 star restaurant when I buy my steaks, pork chops, etc here!

This is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Absolutely no communication. There app is a joke. Prices change from month to month by %200.

Went to Kroger Saturday at noon .got my things and got to front of store and what a JOKE !!!!! People lined up for ever .no auto check outs open just 3 lanes .I asked the service desk why no self serve open and she was the Rudest woman. The big blonde w the curly hair. I have shopped at Kroger for years. Did a great job during COVID. The last 3 times that I was there it was awful. Only 1 checkout line open and very few self checkout on 1 side. Lines coming from multiple directions. No one could tell where the line was people getting upset and aggravated so I put my things back and left. Will shop Aldi or Bassetts or Cornell’s.

Can only say good about this store! It is always immaculate. Aisles are extra wide so other shoppers are rarely in your way. Staff are super friendly and eager to help in any way. Produce department gets an A+! Best of all...there are numerous registers open to cut down on wait time.

Good deals I like the options in the store the sushi is good and the produce is well managed. The deli and seafood is always clean and kept in order. I like this store because the people have always been nice/polite and unlike so many other places everyone is usually working not chatting or slacking off.

You can buy a beer and walk around drinking while shopping. What better way is there to shop??? They have a bar there that has wine tasting and beer tasting. They also have a bunch of food shops and a sushi bar. Did I mention they have a starbucks inside as well?? Cool place to eat/drink/grocery shop!

Usually big stores try to do too much of everything and end up not really doing anything special. But this is not the case here. The store is clean. The personnel is very helpful and they have people to bag your groceries! Oh, their savory rotisserie chicken, is a must have!

My absolute favorite place to shop! Between the great prices, coupons on the app, and coupons that come in the mail, I can’t find groceries cheaper anywhere else. The new meat department is always great quality and my husband loves the seafood variety. I’ve found some very unique things that I’ve never seen in other stores at the Kroger. The only downfall is the staff at times; I have a hard time finding help if needed and most of the cashiers are anything but friendly.

The new Kroger store is huge with a vast variety of items. They have a pharmacy, a liquor store and a little area where you can sit and eat fresh made sushi! The grocery section seems like it has an endless variety. The only negative is they really push using the self check-out.

I cant say anything bad about this place. Clean, full stocked, wonderful workers.My husband and I stop by the bar inside and sample what the bartender has available. She is very knowledgeable on everything they carry and will help guide you to what you like.We always try to head to that side of town when in Sandusky because they have a great selection of vegetarian protein and organic foods, as well as everything else you find I. A grocery store. The deli and seafood areas are always clean and ready to put their best foot forward. The breads and cookies are amazing.

We all have really busy schedules in life! I discovered wine tasting with Ashley and Wes at the Perkins store in Sandusky. What a great experience! I take a break, enjoy an hour for just me, try some fantastic wine features, Ashley does a fantastic presentation about the origin of the wines and flavor descriptions. CHEF Wes pairs up the wine with some amazing foods. I never leave without buying a bottle to take home.Try it yourself!

Yesterday, Krogers let 20 people parade through their store with no masks, even though it is required by state mandate. Obviously, they could care less about the health of their customers. Will never shop there again.

The new store is amazing!Over 120k square feet.They have a beer and wine bar, so you can grab a drink and shop. Win win.Seafood section is huge with a wide variety (compared to the other grocery stores in town), same goes for the meat and deli department. The cheese selection is wonderfully overwhelming!!They also have, wait for it... A fresh sushi bar!!Which is surprisingly somewhat comparable to that in authentic restaurants here in the states. Sushi chefs will also make rolls as per request.Lastly, they have a Starbucks. Which is rare in this town.Love it! Same great prices, friendly staff, more selection.Definitely best grocery store in town!Oh, and they added the racing car shopping carts for the toddlers (like the ones in Fred Meyers and QFC) and have little shopping carts for mommy/daddys little helper!!

I love shopping at the Sandusky Ohio Kroger! Ive met so many nice people that work there. I would recommend this store to anyone. Not only can I do my grocery shopping there, but can also buy clothes there along with have an occasional drink as well! And its so clean.

Tremendous selection! Great winebar, of all things! However, in their corporate zeal to get you to walk through the entire store, they have placed items in strange/multiple locations. (Hence, the four stars.) Thank goodness for the Kroger App that gives aisle locations (and coupons) when you search! Wish there was a way to give 4.5 stars. Update: Items have been rearranged throughout the store. Some of it actually makes sense!

Got off work to shop before I got home at 745am... I finished shopping and there was one lane open... it took me 15 minutes to shop and I was on line for over 30 minutes... that was not pleasant after working all might... I am too tired to bag and have to pay for my groceries... got to do better...

I love Kroger. Since the new building has opened, things are much more difficult to find and the lunch meat and deli cheese counter has limited options. Boar s Head is great, but the options for Private Selection have really decreased. The service at the deli counters is also lacking. The prices on other items has increased as well. Things dont seem as friendly there as they used to be.

Always wonderful. Day shift young men could use a manners lesson. The young girl in the flower department was so helpful despite her how rude her male coworker was being to her.

Kroger is probably my favorite grocery in the area. I love the Murrays Cheese station, as well as their deli and bakery goods. Some prices are a little higher than other nearby markets, but when they have sales, they are quite comparable. Ive used the grocery pickup a few times, too, and its definitely a lifesaver when you are in a hurry.

This newer grocery store establishment has surpassed my expectations for a one stop shop. The most outstanding parts are:1. Convenient Clicklist shopping experience2. The Bistro section for a quick but delicious lunch3. The vast variety of regular, organization, and special diet foods available4. The clothing is delightful and surprisingly comfortable & affordable5. Omelette Station on Saturdays!

Food is awesome and the service is excellent. The new store is incredible. I love the Click List, it has given me so much more time in my life. I go on line to order my food, and I pick it up at the predetermined time, boom, go on with my day. Love it.

As you would expect there is a great grocery selection, nice deli, bakery, meat/seafood counter, sushi bar, salad/soup/hot entree buffet w/seating for dining in store. LOVE this store!

I stopped at this location on 9/6/18 at 4:30 to pick up 4 roast dinners for family. I told the gentleman there I wanted a chicken breast and drumstick in each meal. He dished out 2 meals and said I have no more chicken breasts. I asked if he had more in the back... he replied “I don’t know.” I asked if he could find out... he went in the back and came out with a female. She looked at the pan of roast chicken, then stated “we don’t have roast chicken breasts, you can have fried” then walked away. I said hold up, she stopped and said it will be 30 minutes and kept on walking. I then pointed out the sign that shows dinners are available from 11 AM to 7 PM. How about you restock when you get low? Customer service was not good at all BUT VERY RUDE!!!! I don’t expect anything to happen though because we went to the self checkout register there were 2 employees just standing at 1 and there was a line of about 4 people waiting

The employees are wonderful, have great customer service ability; and the store is clean and great to shop in.I am a Whole Foods customer, and this area Kroger is my first choice to go to when I cant get to Whole Foods. Being gluten-intolerant, there is nothing more important than finding food that is good for my family and gluten-free for me.The management should be very proud of this wonderful store and their amazing employees!

I am always discouraged by the fact that anytime anything is on sale its always gone when I go they need to restock faster.I never find what I need on sale never! I really dont shop as much as I use to just to frustrating! Oh and the gas points our a joke you need to simplify it like Giant Eagle.

These people dont make sense. Around dinner time they didnt have any chicken at the dinner bar? And everyone who goes to Kroger must think its a place to hang out and block aisles. This place is crazy. Do not go here. Everyone is super rude. When we went to self heck out, we walked around an employee literally just standing in front of one having a conversation and she looked at us and said: wow, well okay then! The customer service here is the worst Ive ever experienced anywhere. Im shocked at how rude they are. I work in customer service and I would get fired for acting like this.

This is a beautiful Kroger. Kroger is easily the best grocery store on the planet both for selection and value. I feel bad for anyone who doesnt live near one.

Prices seem higher unless on sale, than other area stores. Food good, but if you dont want to pay using credit card as a debit card with pin, or with cash you may end up walking out without the stuff you wanted to pick up. I took My Mother, who has difficulty walking, to pick up groceries. After walking all over to get the things she wanted she went to pay and it wouldnt let her without a pin for the card. I ask the attendant how she uses her card as a credit card as she does not remember pin because she never uses it. The attendant told us you can not do it here. We left minus groceries and got the at Meijer where she can just sign for them. She sat in the car while I tried to recreate the cart of groceries she wanted.

Food choice is excellent. Can get pick up meals and sushi., Boars Head deli meats, good bakery selection, wine bar is fun, good beer and wine choices, and much more home decor, drug store, etc.

Ok well since you asked. I stood at the bakery counter for 5 minutes. Two people were working there, one was putting cookie dough on a sheet while laughing and talking to a customer, (who was also a store employee). She never once glanced my way. The other bakery employee kept herself busy tearing apart boxes and she too never glanced my way. I didnt feel that I should have had to call out to them, they should have been aware from the beginning of my presence. I took my business elsewhere.
