Staff is nice enough, but when they received my replacement mirror and i pulled in to have it installed they discovered the wrong part was shipped to them by the supplier.I work seasonally at cedar point where i only get one day off a week, and their suppliers negligence has given me at least an additional 6 days of being unable to get my mirror replaced!I am also upset about the obnoxiously large concrete barriers in what i suppose are parking spots. My car tapped one, but luckily a car wash should fix me up. (No penalty for this).I believe that while the issue is out of their hands, it will be fair to take one star off and i will issue a five-star rating upon installing my mirror.

Progressive Insurance called them up while I was on the road traveling for a chipped windshield and they got me taken care of in less than 30 minutes. Highly recommend the fast service and kindness of the staff!

Went here to get a broken rear window in a 2018 Jeep Renegade fixed because of an unfortunate landscapering accident and also it was the lowest price in town. About 100 cheaper than the big guys. I was supposed to get a clear glass installed but instead the supplier sent the wrong glass. To my dismay, it was a privacy glass. So it was arranged that I would get the privacy one installed and swap it out until the correct one arrived. No big deal for me. That was not good enough for Randy. He made it right and got the other side done for me as well. That was awesome of him to do and I know he didnt have to do that at all. I hope to do business with you guys again in the future!

This company is far less professional than I ever thought possible. I would recommend that you do business anywhere but this place. When they installed a new back window in my truck it was far from done correctly or professionally. Upon receiving my truck all seemed fine. Once on the highway I happened to notice my bed cover was falling off as I was driving. I had to stop on the side of the highway only to find the clamps had never been tightened. They obviously forgot when they reinstalled it. While readjusting the cover I noted large chunks of glass where everywhere in the bed . I also found the seal from the old window. Now at this point I was less than impressed. Frankly I was pissed all I thought about was if that cover came off at 70mph what could it have done to someone or their property. Once I arrive at my destination I decided to really thoroughly check everything else. Inside my truck was worse. They damaged the trim pieces around the window and left glass all over the inside of my backseat. I was furious. I proceeded to call them the next morning . I was told to bring it by. I told the lady that I could not take another afternoon off work they would have to come get my truck. She seemed as though I was bothering her. This place is a complete joke. Absolute hacks work at this shop. They are a disgrace to to the honest shops out there. If there was a way give them a negative 5 stars I would. Please be careful to never deal with this place!

Had my 2009 F-150 leaking from the back window. I took it in to Butler Glass to have it resealed. The staff was awesome and informative. They did a fantastic job. One week later I get hit with light and heavy rain, not one drop of water leaking into the cab of the truck like before. They did a fantastic job. Anything needed in the future, I will be seeing Butler Glass first!!

Very helpful and fast good work

The owner is very rude. He said because we normally have a different glass company do our work that he is not going to bend over backwards for us and wants no part of doing repairs for us. He has zero customer service skills and has a very bad attitude.
