By far the best scones and breakfast pastry in town! And not to mention the beautiful cakes! Always a joy to pick one up at the local farmers market (while buying some of the best lettuces I’ve ever eaten)

My husband and I recently used Firehouse #5 bakery to make our wedding cake and cupcakes for our guests at the reception. Even though we asked for simple vanilla and chocolate cake with buttercream icing, the cakes were delicious. Everyone was very complementary of the desserts. I dont know what Nancys secret ingredient is, but everything was great. She was extremely helpful in dealing with the new restrictions on our event center due to the pandemic. She even boxed up the cupcakes into individual boxes of 8 treats per box to be put out on each dinner table containing 8 guests. We were not allowed to have one communal cake table for sanitary purposes. I would recommend Firehouse #5 for all your baking needs.

I ordered a cake for my sister‘s 70th birthday. We had a 9 inch two layer chocolate cake with fresh raspberries and chocolate mousse in between the layers and a white whipped cream frosting with a mound the size of a grapefruit of chocolate curls on the top. It was absolutely fabulous. Cake was moist, fresh and very very good.

The amaretto cake with strawberry and whipped cream filling was absolutely fabulous! It had a very generous amount of strawberries. I had so many compliments about how delicious the cake tasted. I am extremely happy that I ordered a cake from Firehouse #5 and skipped buying my cake from a grocery store.

Nancy created us a beautiful 50th Anniversary cake and it was absolutely delicious too.
