Its still a small store but found the perfect t-shirt for one of my sons ..So thank you couldnt have found it in person anywhere else

So many strange and interesting finds. Staff was just ok. Kinda seemed preoccupied. Another shopper commented the same so I was not the only person who seemed like we interrupted them to check out. Found out about reward program from other shoppers not from staff. The merchandise will keep my teenager going back but the staff should be retrained to put customers first.

Eh. I like the store it just seems like it got smaller to be honest. And very few people who work there are polite. They usually act like they have something more important to do like theyre not working or something. Cool store, cool items, meh on the service.

I usually purchase items for granddaughter, every once in a while I find something I like. Prices are reasonable as well

Great sales people and wow such amazing stuff inside the store for just about any taste.There are socks and shirts for TV shows, bands, movies that are new as well as cult classics.The toys and mugs, jewelery and trinkets are pretty damn cool and some pretty hard to find things too.They have a great section set up for all your Halloween favorites and man did the kids ever go crazy looking at it all.They currently have a buy one get one at half price and the savings sure add up when you have four kids excitedly shopping.All in all, between the specials and the awesome selection of goods, the services and being all in one place, you cant go wrong stopping out.if you are looking for something in particular, I would phone them to see if they have what you need; and they have always been happy to set them aside and hold them for me till I get there.I highly recommend Hot Topic and the Sandusky Mall and if you stop by you will not be disappointed.

Im unable to wear a mask with my panic, anxiety & asthma, so to demand mask wearing and have someone standing at the door monitoring it and trying to force mask wearing after I had my proof of not being positive for covid... no thanks, Ill just shop on Amazon.

They have some unique pop vinyl dolls, and a lit f them are under $10. Their sales are often misleading though. Read the fine print before you pick out things.

Prices are too high

Helpful staff. If youre getting a lot they will start a pile behind the counter for you.

For piercing jewelry, concert t-shirts, and all things pop culture this is the store. I shop here for my 12 and 16 year old grandchildren as well as for myself, and Im pushing 60.Expect some loud music, but it is ok because the young salespeople are very helpful and polite.

Crappy customer service. Called the 800 number and took forever to get through and to have any kind of resolution. My daughter loves this store but after my last encounter, no way will be I going back. Everything is expensive, I at least expect to not have clueless employees.

This place is absolute garbage. Ordered a few shirts, I got 1 of them and they lost the other 3. They not only wouldnt give me my money back after they lost my things, but they also wouldnt refund my shipping money. Ill never spend money here again, and if you value your money youll go spend yours elsewhere as well. This right here is why shopping on Amazon is going to replace these garbage stores.

No one bothered to greet me when they saw me come in. Couldnt even buy what I wanted because all the employees went in the back and never returned.

Very punk. Hot Topic has been my favorite store since 2010 and the employees are so nice and helpful. This store is bigger than most of the others Ive been to. While the items are somewhat pricy, its worth it.
