The rudest business owner. We walked in and never did the owner indicate the place was closed and the sign was light up open. We walked in and proceeded to pick out at least a hundred dollars worth of cigars. While we are checking out he continued to be sarcastic and rude. My daughter said very calmly your customer service is great. He grabbed the cigars and canceled the credit card order and said get out of my store. We are walking out and he calls us dumb f@#k$. I would never recommend this store to aanyone.

This is the absolute worst shop I have ever been to! The associate/owner of this establishment was a complete condescending, rude, arrogant jerk! I told him I didnt know anything about cigars and was looking to get into them. He acted like he didnt even want to help me! I gave him the opportunity to talk me into buying cigars and he totally talked me out of it! I would not recommend this shop to anyone. Anyone who would treat a first time customer like that doesnt deserve business.

Goto Havana cigar outlet in Norwalk. Lots of help, nice guy. NOT like this place
