Seriously, if you have any thoughts of switching from another carrier and going with T-Mobile at the Sandusky store, don’t do it! Why did I ever leave Verizon in the first place? I’ll tell you why. T-mobile was offering a “free” iPhone 12 and a trade-in on my iPhone 8 to switch service. They were even $20/mo cheaper. So I switched. As it turned out, my phone wasn’t free, no iPhone trade-in, and to state the shortened version of the story…let’s just say this…after 11 trips to the t-mobile store and 10 phone calls to the main number, I switched back to Verizon after only 4 short months with t-mobile. What a nightmare! Broken promises, poor cell service (don’t believe the ads on TV about what great cell service they have), employees were without knowledge …just a nightmare. Since switching back to Verizon, I’ve not had one issue. Yes it might cost a little more than t-mobile, but it’s worth it to be without the hassle, problems, bait-and-switch practices and incompetence. Oh and t-mobile got hacked again. Phone and SS numbers, addresses, driver’s licenses with photos, etc. this was the 5th TIME IN 3 YEARS! Never again will I switch. Beware of switching.
Brittney was awesome! Ordered phones online and after 4 hours on the phone with customer service my phone still wasnt activated. So I went to the T- Mobile store and Brittney figured out the problem, fixed my issue, and in 15 minutes I was out the door! Amazing customer service in store!
Im a Metro customer wanting to switch over. Metro is owned by T-Mobile and theyll treat you better if you are coming over from the competition than if you were a loyal customer.
Went there for the second time in two months, both times was not greeted or anything. The last time two employees talked with each other while playing on a tablet as I stood waiting as a third was working with a customer. The other two disappeared into the back. I walked out and went to best buy for my shopping. Best buy employee was helpful and willing to answer my questions.
Excellent experience friendly people good service
I Love the staff! Always helpful and today gave me a new plan..unlimited that saves me money!!
I cant tell you how much I regret switching from Sprint to t-mobile. In particular the employees at the store in Sandusky Ohio dont seem to have any desire to be helpful . the phone service is also awful with dropped calls and slow data all the time When I call T-Mobile all I get are excuses about integration but that has been going on for months
Would not recommend this location. Staff was not knowledgeable. They were unable to access my account that I created there. Apparently you can do more online than they can at the store. The manager was new and showed very little interest in my problem, rather she was trying to sell me something i was not there for.
Slowest & by far the rudest customer service I have ever experienced. Will definitely not be going back.
We went in to switch from Verizon who I was with for about 20 years because they do not care about what the customer wants and gets to SELL, SELL, SELL. I also went to Cricket and they were way too pushy as well. T-Mobile on the other hand was awesome. Our representative listened to what we asked for, and did not try to sell us anything. She was so helpful and made sure she took care of everything we needed before we left and we could call or come in if we had any questions. I would recommend anyone to visit the Sandusky store for great customer service. Thank you for not being pushy and taking care of what we asked for.
The most useless workers ever!!!!
Terrible. The woman working was of no help. She told me I needed a tech and they didnt have any. She did not offer an further assistance. I had to call customer service to help me. They told me she could have assisted me with calling customer service.
Went in for a upgrade an they ended up adding a line to my account. Spent a month trying to sort it out with T-mobile after being billed for an extra line. I never authorized that and they never told me they were doing that. beware!
This place has way better costumer service than Verizon wireless. Same coverage. Less a monthly ... with the money you save you could add a tablet line or some of the cool extras they offer
Staff seems pushy. Also don’t step on the carpet more than once or they get upset. It’s in the middle of the door and extends to the first two phone displays so if you walk around the display you will activate it and man did they get angry. T-mobile has great customer service and they are extremely friendly but I will have to say they treated me like a second rate citizen in this store. Never again in Sandusky I’ll drive somewhere else.
Customer service is a 10 go over and above
Fast and friendly service
This is where I go to refill my phone!
They were very helpful solving my issue.
Prices much cheaper than verizon...
Worst Assistant Manger ever.No respect for the customer. No politeness at all.I think this has to be one of the worst tmobile stores in terms of customer service.Avoid this store at all costs, specially if your skin color is not white.
Very helpful
Awesome service and great staff :)
Just stopped at T Mobile to get unnecessary imfo off my phone n they did that
I expected so much better no really good offers mediocre phones they tried to push you towards auto pay or you have to pay outright for phones or put a very very large amount down they do offer prepaid but theres no free phones and no real product knowledge of what will work in the area I ended up going to Boost Mobile instead.
Reception beyond city limits is sketchy at best
I didnt go there! Silly Google.
So helpful for us fearful parents of technology!
They charge a fee to upgrade in store
Fantastic staff!
