Working with Dora to select tile at the Sandusky store was exceptional, receiving the materials when promised totally different story. Repeatedly given a pick up date only to be told they did not have the time to drive from Oberlin to Cleveland to pick up, assume my order too small and not worthy of their Oberlin store staying true to their commitments. My aim is to support local business and with Amazon, Home Depot and the sorts one would think Im the customer they would want to go above and beyond to please. Guess not.

Great price, great communication, great service, great installation... answered all my questions, gave me a fair price, good quality carpet...extremely pleased with their expertise, it pays to use someone who knows the business

All carpeted rooms in our house are done with carpet and installers from Flooring America. Very pleased with the service and quality. Matt has always been very friendly and helpful. They have so many nice materials to choose from and offer a line of credit. The carpet and tile just came in for them to install in our large addition. Will be a continued customer.

I have never written a review but felt it was important to let people know what they are getting by going with this company. Very disappointed in quality of workmanship. My husband ended up having them leave before trim was completely done and he finished it himself. They did not order enough material so under my dishwasher is a random piece of Coretec. I did a lot of research for the best material for the job and love the material, as we have a pool. Totally waterproof, great material and that is why they only have one star, because they carried the material. I would suggest that you go to another flooring company.

Had to wait for awhile, only one person working, but he was a nice young man, that helped us.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! GO ANYWHERE ELSE...these people put profits above their company and their installers...and the installers just dont care anymore...they were badmouthing the owner...then the owner bad moutbes them...then we learned the truth about why they were chtging so much extra but it was too late...we are currently pushing to sue them...CROOKS AND LIARS
