I purchased my truck in April of 2020. The office people are amazingly kind and outgoing. Jodi went above and beyond to work with me on my down payment to get me into something new. My fuel pump module unexpectedly went out 2 weeks after buying my truck and all it took was one phone call to Jodi and the issue was fixed within 2 days. After the amazing service Myself and my family have received I will buy all of my future cars and highly recommend Reece!!

Our son got a vehicle at Reece Auto Sales and Jody Reece went above and beyond what needed to be done! In turn my husband and I went there looking for a truck and again Jody and Staff went above and beyond what they had too! Being burnt by used car dealers makes you very leery. Jody is extremely friendly, kind and compassionate! You can’t go wrong with him!!!!

Also I must thank Wes for making sure my used car was running like a brand new one and all this while paying less than half of what a new car would cost. Good reliable cars. The only buy here pay here I go to. Good or bad credit, they can get you into a car. I just purchased my second vehicle from them back in February. I still have the first vehicle I purchased from them years ago.

I signed on another truck today... I am very excited and very very pleased with the quality and the price of my new truck! I bought 07 monte Carlo for 7000 which is rediculous a year after I got it only drive it to work at most and the drivers seat is broken barrings immediately started making noise a month after getting it the electrical job was horrible dude put in a new front radio wired it wrong so now my front speakers dont work then he yelled at me cause there was a confusion with the time they installed the tired monitoring system backwards and one is already broken and not to mention when i was buying the car Jody reece asked me if I knew how to read just cause I said I was waiting for another person to come check out the paperwork first very rude and takibg every advantage they can even tho they knew it was my first car

I was with someone when they bought a car from this joke of a place. I understand if u don’t have credit u might have to resort using places like this. But they sold him a car with a service engine light on. They told him they would fix it and never did. Not to mention the prices he ended up paying were ridiculous for a broken car.

Prior to visiting Reece Auto and I had heard multiple negative things about the lot, with only a couple of positives from many family members, coworkers, etc. I decided to give it a try after speaking with the office representative Jennifer, and she was extremely helpful and notarizing, and getting vehicle information over to me. I couldn’t be more disappointed with this vehicle. Now this is obviously not geared toward the people representing the lot as the folks I have dealt with have been extremely personable. However, as with all used vehicles, especially that was purchased without a warranty, you have risks involved. I have now spent over $700 in transmission sensor repairs, new brakes, and electrical issues with my automatic locks. I would say if you can afford to put more down on a vehicle, don’t take the risk and just go to a larger dealership that will offer a warranty on the vehicle you are purchasing. In the long run you’ll end up coming out of pocket that money anyway to service the vehicle that you purchased from this lot. I really should have listened to the people in my life when it came to financing a vehicle through them.

Absolutely wonderful wait staff customer service is exceptional very helpful very dedicated very knowledgeable employees more than willing to help people in dire need of a vehicle their vehicles are inspected they do offer service plans the owner Jody is awesome gentleman and Jennifer as a wonderful wonderful secretary and Loan manager

I dont know why there was a one star previously for Reeces auto from me but that was a mistake. I dont know about you but they are the most honest and dependable in Sandusky and Im on my second car from them so whats that tell you ....duh .
