I have bought ribeye steaks, twice, at Bay Meats. Both times the steaks were tough. My wife and I eat our steaks very rare, so the steaks should be very tender, on the contrary! I will take my business elsewhere from now on. Too high-priced to be that tough and stringy.

There is NOTHING better than Bay Meats!! Amazing seafood and ALL meats are fresh with NO preservatives! we have had ground beef sit in the fridge for 4 days and it was still good!! Thanks for being here in our community, and service is fun and polite.

I’m from out of town and was looking for a great place to buy some steaks to make for my wife. All I can say is that it was some of the best quality steak 🥩 I have ever bought. Every piece was perfectly trimmed and cut. Amazing quality 😉 all the way through each piece . The end result after cooking was nothing short of pure perfection! I highly recommend this place for all your butchered meats.

The best service Ive had at any meat market or butcher shop...have bought the best meat in the northwest...i live in Cleveland now and by no means is there a place Ive found that can compare.! I love this place and will travel to get my meats their! They will special order if need be ..they cut exactly what you ask for and very tentative...but boy they can get busy so please be patient...its very much worth the wait!!!!#payitfoward

By far best meat in Sandusky. I use to live in New York City and I never thought Id find a good steak in Sandusky Ohio... I was wrong. These guys are a really good butcher. Not only do they have good meat but they are very reasonably priced. They can get busy at closing time and arent open on Sundays but this place is well worth the trip. Anyone buying steak at the grocery store across the street is wasting their money.
