The Staff is always super helpful!

The staff is friendly, helpful and very professional!

Employees are rude. I didn’t have my license present with me and was rushed out the door. I have an account now but wow! I’ve never felt more unwanted, uncomfortable in my life! It’s almost laughable. It felt like the scene out of a movie. Disgusting personalities.

Gave it a 3 because its still Cosmoprof. Didnt give five because of the employees.

I’m a young cosmetologist and multiple staff members kept questioning me if I was licensed (which is understandable because how young I am) but one walked by me while I was looking at polishes and said “interesting” in a snooty voice. I will not be returning to this cosmoprof unfortunately because I simply didn’t feel welcomed.

One of my favorite CosmoProfs! My Mother worked here from the time I was a middle schooler all the way to my favorite Barbershop today. They always have great deals on everything and a good wide variety!

I honestly avoid going here because the employees dont welcome your nor ask if you need any help with anything.
