Im originally from Toledo...now live in Columbus...and am in Sandusky every other week...nice to see Barry Bagels in both cities...a taste from my youth!

Good selection of bagels and standard toppings and sandwich fixing.Bagel were good but not great.Service was quick. There was 3 people behind counter. Only a few customers.

Really friendly staff, great concept...but you probably want to have good bagels if bagels are your thing. Our order was doughy and overpriced. I like a toasted bagel to have no cold spots, or yeasty textures. Selection limited if you just want a bagel and cream cheese. Not worth the money.

My Boyfriend and I went there on Friday and the lady working was very fast and friendly! The food was amazing. Will definitely be back for more bagels with smiles

Really great bagels especially in the early morning. Great way to start the day. I recommend veggie cream cheese or the egg salad bagel sandwich. Best bagels in town.

Friendly service but do not get the pizza bagel. It is not worth the money with only getting 1/2 of a bagel that is overheated beyond edible consistency. Think the atmosphere should be brighter, cleaner, & all the pop was out of stock except Coke & Diet Coke.Sandwiches are probably better deal.

LOVE the vanilla and cinnamon bagel. Added some honey and brown sugar cream cheese and it was the perfect way to start the day.Its super clean and the staff is really nice.They need more advertising on 250. Its hard to see.

Let me start by saying that, I love Barry Bagels. Every once and again people in Toledo pick them up and bring them to work. Always excellent, and have to say they were quite tasty in this Sandusky location. Well there was the positive.The negative, oh boy! The grumpy, sad, some what nasty man that waited on me the morning of 16 June 2018, damn near made me walk out while ordering. Yep, sir unlike you, I have traveled outside of Sandusky and in fact been to a Barry Bagels, and do in fact know how to order them. Such a lousy experience!!! Never again!!!I feel sorry for the person who owns this place. It should be a gold mine, but the staff will ruin it like it does to so many businesses in Sandusky.

This place is amazing! Its very clean, the staff are friendly and helpful in ordering, the food is amazing and fresh, Ill be here as often as possible. This place is definitely a gem.

I go there at least 5 times a week. The food is amazing and brings me pure joy. There is an employee named Chase who is really on top of his game. makes the best sandwich in northeast Ohio!!!

The food here is excellent. We are not local and Ive been craving it since we left. Going to see if I can order the asiago bagels online somehow. Staff was also very friendly. Wish they were closer to me, Id be a regular for sure.

Bagel dough wasn’t very good, bagel itself was under toasted. Lox were kind of slimy due to condensation...not bad tasting but wet, which is gross. No pepper on lox, which is important if you like lox. Cream cheese was basically stuff stirred into cream cheese, instead of the cream cheese getting some infusion of flavor...disappointing for sure. Bagels should have been awesome at a bagel joint, for sure. Wanted horseradish sauce on my sandwich (it was on the menu) but surprise surprise, they didn’t have it. There was certainly enough people there that it should have been easy to stir some mayo in with some horseradish, which judging by the other condiments available, was most likely the recipe. Was hoping for a great cookie, but the sugar cookie was undercooked and doughy. It’s no Einstein’s, folks. Get the soba noodles up the street, which are awesome. Staff was nice, though. Oh yeah, wayyyyy to many capers. Wasn’t going for a juniper sandwich.

Loved the food. The bagels are delish. Potato salad was good. They left a young kid by himself with no training at the counter though. I felt bad for him. He under charged us Im sure.

The food is tasty, the atmosphere is very modern, clean, and welcoming; the employees are just as welcoming. The hot pastrami is a favorite.

I was in there yesterday (6/21) for a few bagels. I asked for a few plain and was told 8-10 minutes. I said that was not an issue and paid for my order. After 30 minutes I finally got them. Poor customer service. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. I wont be back. Ill get my bagels further up the street.

Stopped in for a pizza bagel on Asiago cheese bagel. The girl sliced a 1/4 off the bottom of my bagel and threw it away. I asked what she was doing she said thats how they make it. I asked for another bagel figuring that Im buying the whole bagel and asked if she could slice it in half, two even halves. She sliced it with 1/4 off the bottom, threw sauce on it, a piece of lunch meat cheese, and placed it on a plastic container and put it in the microwave. Bagels get toasted, not microwaved. So I nicely walked to the end of the counter and paid for my tea and left. I wont be back, thats for sure. Ill continue to go down the street a few hundred feet and buy a real toasted bagel!

Tasty breakfast bagel sandwich! Way better and more fresh than what youd get at Dunkin anymore, and although the topping/sandwich choices were more limited than Panera, Id say the Barry bagel itself was better than theirs as well.

Love love loved it. As a born and raised Sanduskian, Ill say they should have been here a long time ago. This will be on my places to visit now everytime I come home to visit.

Service is amazing, .... store was somewhat dirty and food was par at best.

I walked in this morning a little after 7, and wasnt sure they were open. The stone faced girl behind the counter didnt say a word. The bins were empty, so when I asked if they had bagels, she stared straight ahead and said they were in the back. She just kept staring straight ahead like a zombie. Very weird, very unfriendly. I just turned around and walked out.

I always stop here when in Sandusky, OH. Fast friendly service, they use great tasting meats and cheeses, and they actually have horseradish here. Most places have a vaguely horseradish tasting sauce in a squeeze container, Barry Bagels has the real stuff in a jar.

The one time I went was pretty good. Had the lox bagel.

So good! Egg, cheese, lox, tomato, capers, cream cheese, and red onion on an everything bagel = delicious!

The food was good I have no problem with the place.

As a born and raised Toledoan and former employee of the Westgate Barry Bagels the experience my family and I had was extremely disappointing. The food was good, however the same cannot be said about the employee who made our food and could use a Customer Service 101 class. My wife asked if her bagel could be hollowed out and she was told no. I asked for the Matzo Ball Soup and was told the the Matzo Balls were not ready. We were there at 12:30, prime lunch time rush, how is this possible? And when we were cashing out the gentleman who made our food rang us up, we paid cash, and instead of giving me my chance he put it into the coin cup, without asking. The gentleman who waited on us was a young guy who had a beard.Real shame to see the name tarnished by poor customer service.
