Every time I enter this target I get a warm welcome by the employees working. Sheryl the manager is very very very kind and hard working and I would say she is one of the most heart warming people I have ever met. She is always very kind if me and my grandfather have any questions and answers them with honesty and respect. This store is recommended to others by me as I have never had a bad trip. 10/10

Very clean inside and out, and the employees looked happy. Totally better than my hometown target!I would be happy to continue shopping with this target.(I went at opening today, so your mileage may vary, but this target has their act together from what I saw.)Update: After several other visits to this Target, I believe my experience has been very consistent. The only issue is I really wish there were bathrooms further back in the store, but otherwise this is a great store.

Target carries different items than any other store i have been to. Customer Service is also very good and it is super easy to return or exchamge an item even if you lost the receipt. Also the Target app with Circle gives great coupons!

Manager was helpful to answer questions and found a person to help make adjustments to bike before we bought it.

This is a nice Target. I have been to this target many times and have been satisfied with my experience each time. This Target has everything an average Target has, in addition to a Starbucks. When you walk into the store, there are bathrooms, customer service, women’s clothes, and fitting rooms on the right. On the left, there’s kid’s clothes. Beyond that, there’s greeting cards, arts and crafts, and food at the left wall of the store. In front of the arts and crafts area is the makeup and beauty care section of the store. To the right of that are the checkout counters and the Starbucks is past that at the front end of the store. At the back of the store is men’s clothes, toys, movies, TVs, and snacks for sale. The store has a large parking lot in front of it, so it’s easy to find a spot. I gave this Target five stars because wit has a nice selection of products and it’s located by the Sandusky Mall.

This store has outstanding customer service. Returns are simple, no questions asked, even a lip gloss! They exceed expectations on all counts. I know, Im in there all the time.

The bathroom was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!! Trash was everywhere over flowing. No toilet paper in the stalls. Backed up toilet also.

I was able to get it and out without difficult. Even though I did not need employee help when I walked past an employee who was not engage with another customer they made eye contact with us.

This service is so convenient. Staff is friendly and always very fast! I love not having to haul two small kids into the small when I just need to grab a couple small things!

Went in today, not even 2 minutes into being in the store, I had a straight up disrespectful experience with a passing by employee, with all the current issues with people and the police, I had a lady SNORT at me literally, because I was wearing a staff shirt from my husbands Department! This is completely uncalled for disrespectful and not to mention STRAIGHT UP RUDE, i will not be shopping here ever again.

Items in stock, fast pick up

I did not have a good shopping experience at this Target due to the long wait to be checked out. There was only one staffed check-out lane open. I waited about 12 minutes to get checked out. Please note, the woman working at that register was very efficient and friendly. After the long wait it was nice to be greeted with a friendly smile and a hello!

Quick, effective pick-up for online orders, will be ordering like this again in the future. Maybe not this close to a major holiday though. Several pushy customers not caring how rude they were to the friendly staff or other customers.

I placed an order to be picked up in store, a few days later, because they did not have what I wanted in stock. After tracking the item all the way there, they cancelled my order with no explanation. I went in the store the next day and the item I had ordered was all of a sudden in stock. Just the one. If they had it in stock and I could pick it up there, why would they cancel my order!?

Target workers are a great. A lot nicer than Walmart. We love shopping here for almost anything we need.

THE OTHER DAY I made my way into target to buy a bike ..i found the perfect one.. it was so nicely put together I just had to ask who built it.. they brought brandon out.. he’s so friendly.. I was testing my new and my phone fell out of my pocket.. so I asked this nice man if they sold phones at target since my whole phone screen shattered. He then helped me pick out my new smart phone.. it’s like it was meant to be! I think he should open his own bike shop!! Thank you so much for your service brandon!

Went to pick up print ink cartridges, wasnt where they usually are. 3-4 employees huddled together, had to interrupt them talking, to get help. Then the newest employee helped me somewhat.

I dont remember when Target Brands came into existence but I have enjoyed shopping at the stores since at least the 1980s and I highly recommend these stores for the quality of the products and the courtesy of the employees. Ive been to several stores in several states and they are all commendable.

Buyer beware! Purchased Frigidaire chest freezer. Unboxed at home. Deep dent in the lid. Called Target, where the item was picked up and explained and stated i had pics and video. They said call Frigidaire or purchase warranty, after 24 hours, and then call in for warranty. Lesson learned...unbox your purchase before you leave or apparently its on you. Their motto should be pay more expect less.

I loved the visit to this store when I entered it. All yhe employees where super nice & great all around ppl. they really know how to greet you when you walk in. They dont give away quarters...Meaning that they wouldnt give me, a paying customer who got cash back, $3.00 worth of quarters for the $10 bill that I got. I had to make a second purchase to break the $10 bill and get some quarters.What ridiculously poor customer service. I want to know exactly where in Targets policy that it states that they wont exchange one form of American currency for another form of American currency for their loyal customers...

I called asking about an album and the woman on the phone caught an attitude and was being rude/disrespectful. Instead of being given an answer I was given a bad mood.

Bought a mountain bike from here march 25 at about 7 Pm and when I got home it broke within 5 minutes of riding it. I go to the store the next morning and they tell me that I cant return it until the 16th. What am I supposed to do with a broken mountain bike that I spent over $200 on?

I wish I could give zero stars because I would. This is the worst target I have ever been too. Absolutely horrendous customer service with really bad ghetto attitudes. Especially the “customer service supervisor chanel***It’s crazy this huge company has such rude and unpleasant unprofessional people working with the public.

Everything you need in one amazing store with free WiFi

The self checkouts are ridiculous, one person on register all the time, and the line is so long they make you use the self checkout, did not give me my change right, then have to wait to get it corrected. No one around to service, have to wait in the return, this is no way to run a business. If I go to a store, I want to be waited on, not me doing the work. You are not a self service store. Get more people on the registers, people want to work, and customers will come. I have been very disappointed when stores start this.

This is for NICOLE. She is a poor example of a Supervisor to be working in the customer service line. She needs to educate herself with company policy before telling a customer they cant use coupons. She tried to tell me my coupon had size restrictions. No where in the coupon was there any mention of size restrictions. She shouted at me in front of the whole store and was more interested in winning her argument than making a sale.I went to another Target and used the coupon with no issue. Stay away from Nicole if you want to enjoy your life.

Cashier so friendly

Basically every department was stocking so it was impossible to shop. Very frustrating that they would be stocking on a busy Saturday morning at 10am. I wonder whos bright idea that was?

I dont understand whats happening here. The associates dont wear name tags. There was NO ONE in Electronics, except someone who doesnt work for Target? There is merchandise all over the floor, the shelves arent stocked, what is in stock is a mess. I hate that my girlfriend likes shopping here. Most Targets are expensive, but have a higher standard. THIS Target has no target, its bottom of the barrel.

I have issues with using public restrooms but since I had been out shopping all day I couldnt wait anymore and I thought well target will be the cleanest.... NOT! It was absolutely disgusting! I felt like I was using a Porta pot! Trash all over the floor, smelled awful and was all around nasty!
