From their storefront alone you can tell this is a Magical and very special place. As you walk through the door youre greeted with soft calming scents, atmospheric background music and greetings from the most friendly staff. I dont usually review with such Feelings and descriptions of my 5 senses, but Zero Point is THAT special. I could spend weeks just looking at everything, reading everything and smelling, touching . Theyve got so much unique, even one of a kind EVERYTHING. I, from now on, whenever in Sandpoint will Always be going back in . Great service! I originally was only going to order a book that I was unable to find anywhere else but once I browsed the website I found several pieces to order. I was not disappointed! The quality is great and the items are beautiful. I would definitely order from here again.

One of my favorite little crystal shops downtown Sandpoint. I always stop here when we go downtown and shop around. I just bought a beautiful Smokey quartz crystal that is displayed on a stand and it was only $40.00 which was a great price! Anywhere else it would’ve been $80 at least! I’ve spent a lot of money here! Love it! The staff is really nice and knowledgeable about all of the different gemstones and all of that! I also love their collection of wall hanging butterflies 🦋 💗

WOW! WOW! WOW! I have been to shops all over the West that sell crystals, but there is NO place like Zero Point Crystals in Sandpoint, ID. My first venture there was four years ago when I was on vacation. The moment I walked in I knew this was a very unique and special place. The quality of their crystals is top notch! And, the time and attention they give to each customer is so incredibly helpful in selecting the items that are meant just for you. Even though I live in California I continue to purchase from Zero Point because I can count on their amazing quality and service. Of course, there is nothing like the experience of being in the store, so if you can get out there, DO IT! However, Kathy, Donna, and the entire team make purchasing over the phone an equally enjoyable experience! I am so eternally grateful for all of the guidance they have given me!

I by chance came across Zero Point online looking for backflow incense in my favorite scent of Nag Champa. I didnt think i would find the style in that fragrance but it was there. So i started looking around at other items on their site and noticed the great prices so i order nag sticks, backflow cones, and a incense stick holder is one of the nicest best quality holders ive seen and for the price..just fantastic. Im a customer for life now. So go check them out.

Beautiful shop and wonderful selection of crystals, but unfortunately the customer service is lacking. The first time we came here a year ago the service was wonderful! An older woman and a younger woman were working and were very pleasant and helpful. Today it was two younger adults, a man and a woman, and they were incredibly rude. Such a shame since they work in such a lovely place.
