Chris is the only Oreillys certified mechanic in a 50 mile radius of Sandpoint. Had an issue with a water pump that was under warranty from a shop in another state. He scheduled me for an appointment, installed new part and made a thorough check of coolant system in quick order at no cost to me.Very personable and trustworthy!

Chris takes the time to explain what is wrong with your vehicle. He will never try to sell you on anything you dont need. He always tells you if work needs to be done right away or if it can wait and he gives you price options on remanufactured and new parts and helps you decide which is the best. Ive been going to him for years for my auto service needs. Hes a great guy and knowledgeable mechanic.
