The gentlemen who work at Auto Electric truly are helpful guys. I have a truck where the passenger window would not come up during a time when the temperatures hovered around 30s. I called Auto Electric and they said that they were booked but if I came in first thing they would take a look at it and see if they could get the window up, with a little tinkering and a few minutes of their time they successfully got it up for me and I was on my way. They only charged me $35. I have never, in my 60 years, been charged less than an hour of shop time, usually a couple hours minimum of diagnostics, even when they cant say whats wrong. Integrity is alive in this shop. Thank you for taking my cynicism down a notch.

The service was awesome, The price very fair. My old truck had wipers that quit working. David figured out it was a ground problem. He showed me exactly where this issue was resolved. He made a recommendation on future issues with the wipers. I will return!

Lifesavers... I had I short that was preventing my tail lights from working.. and without my car I could not go to work because I use it at night... After calling around other companies told me it would be five days at least before they could get me in to work on it which would not work for me... These guys got me in a couple hours later and solve the problem immediately and I was able to make it to work that day... They were very busy too they had a full schedule and they still managed to squeeze me in.... I have never dealt with Top Notch Auto Repair Service like that in my life

I was heading out of town on a trip when I received a couple of battery and electrical warnings on the dash. These guys got me in immediately, diagnosed a problem with the alternator, and got me on my way in no time. Very personable, professional, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

What a great business! Great customer service, and immaculately clean shop. I had taken my car into another shop and was diagnosed with needing a new starter and altinator which had both been replaced recently. Turns out it was corrosion on my battery terminal which caused the issues. In short, it cost less then one third my other quote. They also took the time to inform me about the work they did and show me the parts which failed and how they were fixed. If it was possible, Id give them an even higher rating

Full disclosure, I didnt have Doug at Auto Electric do any work for me.I did however have some prices checked on alternaters and he took some time out of his busy work day to focus his efforts on something he ended up not getting paid for. When I told him I had to go an alternate route (no pun intended) he was very curteous and didnt raise a fuss or push too hard for me wasting his time and effort. In the end, he was very competitive for a small town shop and I hope to be bringing some business his way in the future. Thanks!
