Im a car guy, and when my baby (a 15 Subaru STI) was rear-ended, I asked my friend who does amazing classic car restorations which local shop he trusted to work on his masterpieces. He recommended Route 66 Autobody and their service and work did not disappoint. They took great care of me, dealt with insurance and didnt back down on compromising repair choices, kept me up to date on the stages of work on the car, including sending photos, and finished the work in a reasonable amount of time. They replaced all damaged parts (much to the insurances whining) and painted to blend and the paint job looks perfect. No drips or runs. No orange-peel. It looks like it did new. Thank you Route 66 for excellent service!

We have had this shop work on our car twice. The first time they couldnt get us our car on time because parts didnt come in. The front door didnt get replaced so the top corner doesnt line up with the rear door and we have to slam it to shut it.The second time we took it in we got it a full 5 days late! the paint on the hood the grill and bumper is fish eyed and has paint runs. They even dented and scratch the fender. I asked them it fix it and they just buffed out the scratch and left the dent! They lost both caps to the AC line as well. And heres the icing on the cake. They gave my wife back her car she took it to another shop to double check everything. They told her it was unsafe to drive and should have never left.Dont go here if you value your loved ones!I will never go back and I wont let anyone I know go there.

If I could give lower stars I would. What should of been a 5 day fix turned out to be a 22 day fix. What a nightmare. This shop is very upsetting. On top of not having a car for 3 weeks I received it with so many problems. 1) A scuffed and dented up fender that didnt need to be touched. 2)poor paint job and 2 bumpers that didnt match each other. 3) a hood that wasnt replaced because they ran out of time and corners needed to be cut. Giving it back for yet another week for repairs for the shop doing it themselves! Upon receiving it back my bumper wasnt even attached properly because they didnt have the clip I finally just said I will put the clip on because I wasnt leaving my car for another week.FED UP I took my car home. Mind you another shop told me it was UNSAFE. Needless to say route 66 will no longer get my business, they will no longer get the business of the people I know.If you want an unsatisfied, poorly done and slightly repaired vehicle, please take it to this place.
